I placed the call for service later in the afternoon. I did not expect to have Dominic arrive so promptly. I was met with knowledgeable and friendly service.The heating issue was solved expediently. On 2-14-24,I had a 3.5T split heat pump system installed in my two story home. Prior to selecting Ken Muncy Air Conditioning INC. in Chandler, Az. I did a considerable amount of time doing research, getting bids from private companies, as well as large companies. By far, hands down, Ken Muncy, had them beat on all levels, price, labor and I got a better Goodman 14 sheer unit which was more expensive in other places, that I checked. My previous unit was a 13 seer. When I spoke with Sarah to get information for a quote she was super professional, patience, friendly and very polite. She immediately put me on the calendar for a prompt install. The install crew arrived right on time Thursday at 7am, five persons and immediately started working. They worked "Non Stop" til 2pm upon which time they terminated. I was very impressed with this crew and especially with Oscar, who appeared to be the crew chief. Oscar also replaced my main bottom air conditioner. Oscar told me to call him in three months so he can come out and check everything to make sure the units are functioning properly and to check the Freon, R-410A. They took the entire system down and started all over with everything new, plumbing, cooper and PVC tubing, values, bolts, electrical, new wiring, new thermostat and they were very careful and caused no damage on the sheet-Rock or inside roof. The handler inside the attic was dismantled inside the attic and the new unit was assembled inside the attic. Upon completion the old units were hauled away. Note, other companies that I spoke with said that they would have to cut the sheet Rock to take the unit out in 1 piece and I said definitely not. I'm a very picky person and I do remolding on the side and I strongly recommend Ken Muncy Air Conditioning.

They got a tech out the next day, even with it being a holiday. They got me an estimate the same day that beat 4 other ac companies. The same employee who did my estimate, Jake, did the install of the additional ductwork. Jake was extremely professional, polite, and answered all my questions. He had the whole project done in half a day, and cleaned up everything before he left. The airflow to the kitchen and laundry room is night and day difference. Thank you Jake and Ken Muncy Air Conditioning, the only company I will use for my ac needs going forward!

Dominic arrived on time and got right to work. No repairs needed. Why I like Ken Muncy is because their technicians are not on commission so they don’t need to
find repairs to make a living wage. At the end, he offered to clean up the small amount of insulation that eked out of the attic. I used them again for AC issue. Great service, knowledgeable and respectful. They’re my AC and heating people.

We scheduled service and they were able to send someone out the next morning. Dominic arrived on time and started right in to solve the issue.
Dominic went over and above to fix the issue, which required pulling a 7-wire cable to connect a smart thermostat with c-wire. Super nice guy, knowledgeable and willing to listen. Thank you, Ken Muncy AC!

Both Aaron and Dominic are very competent and helpful. They explain what they did, answers questions and sure seems like they know what they are doing. We are lucky to have them as our servicemen. We have had nothing but good experiences with Ken Muncy AC.

Had us up and running in no time and I was very pleased with the price and the work .. Ken Muncy Air conditioning was fantastic! We needed two smart thermostats installed and they were incredibly quick to send someone out! I had been ghosted by two previous well known companies and am glad I ended up using them instead. One thermostat would not connect properly and after I was able to troubleshoot with the manufacturer they quickly sent someone back out to finish setting it up.

We bought a mini split hooked it up didn't work properly had 3 ac guys out to get it going 650$ later still not working. Called Ken Muncy air-conditioning.They sent Dominic out within 20 min he found the problem! Needed a second breaker in electrical panel. What a great guy, he was so Knowledgeable and polite did an awsome job. Will be using this company for any further ac problems we have. And the price was awsome to!! Thanks Dominic

Dominic is the best. Ken Muncy Air is always very fast and way more affordable than others. Had someone come out late at night and they tried to heavily upcharge me.. crazy. They bring expertise quickly at a very reasonable cost. Very much appreciate their help!

We were very happy with their service. We were able to get scheduled the same day and Dominic came within an hour. He did a great job with our inspection and was very knowledgeable! I’d recommend this company and we will absolutely use them for any future needs.

Oscar was on time for our appointment. He was thorough in his inspection. He found the problem quickly. He produced an estimate in just a few minutes. Great service.

Ask your current HVAC tech if gets a commission for selling you a new AC unit. If he says yes, then how motivated do you think he is to keep your current unit running?

On time, got the job done. Explained what they found with the AC. Provided video and pictures so I could see what the issue was. Great service!!!
