We had an incredible experience with Good Times Restoration, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

When we first had an incident caused by an improper AC repair, Ruben came by to do an initial inspection. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional, taking detailed photos and walking us through everything we needed to know. He even left one of his machines to help dry out the area—no charge, no strings attached—just because he wanted to help.

At first, the company responsible for the issue insisted we use their team, so I had to let Ruben know we wouldn’t be moving forward with him. When he came back to pick up his equipment, another company was there doing an estimate, and they were completely unprofessional. Even then, Ruben went out of his way to check in, share his honest impression, and make sure we were being treated fairly. That level of integrity and care is rare, and it left such a strong impression.

We eventually decided to move forward with Ruben’s team, and just when I thought we’d already met the nicest person, his crew which includes Michael proved to be every bit as amazing. They were extremely hardworking, arriving at 8 a.m. and staying until 7 p.m., always with a positive attitude. They were thoughtful about our home, cared about our kids’ well-being, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Even on follow-up visits, they were friendly, personable, and detail-oriented, ensuring everything was running smoothly.

I honestly wish this company could handle every service in the world because they’d be my first call every time. For anything related to water damage or restoration, there’s only one company I’ll ever use again—Good Times Restoration.

Fantastic experience today working with Good times! Trenton was able to get me on the schedule for a same day estimate for both my plumbing and mold needs. As a realtor in their inspection period nothing is more important than fast scheduling and turn around of quotes. Ruben did a fantastic thorough job talking me through potentials costs for mold remediation and Cody was a fantastic help presenting options and best case worst case scenarios for our plumbing needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Today I walked into my laundry room to find the sink left on, overflowing, flooding the room. I acted quickly and called Good Times Restoration right after shutting off the water.
Within 60 minutes they had a technician at my home! Super grateful for the amazing response time and customer service my family was shown. Hopefully we don’t flood the house again, but if we do I know who to call.

On a referral from a friend and colleague, I called Good Times Plumbing & Restoration. From 1st contact, everyone I've dealt with has exceeded my every expectation.

Ruben came out to diagnose a slab leak. He stayed involves in the entire project and sent Shane out 1st thing the next morning. Shane explained what he believed was going on and said he needed to get a remediation team out to demo our kitchen and both showers.

Demo took two full days. The ensuing dry out process took about 9 days. Shane came back out and assessed slab damage and completed plumbing repairs with "Pops", in about two days.

Shane and his Pops were very knowledgeable and did a terrific job with plumbing and slab repairs. Ruben and the remediation crew did good job getting the project ready for build-back too.

After some research, I found that while the project so far has been expensive and some is still being negotiated with my insurance company, What we've been charged to date was very reasonable, not to mention timely and professional.

I'll post again when the project is complete but so far I'm extremely impressed with Good Times Plumbing and Restoration.

Brandon Bergen was absolutely amazing and he made the water heater look nice. The pipes and fixtures are all neat and squared off instead of the hot mess they were before he installed the new one. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a wonderful job. Will definitely call them again.

Had a leak in my wall. Called Good Times Plumbing on a Saturday…. They came out right away and Logan identified the source of the leak and got everything fixed up properly. Could’ve been a lot worse if we hadn’t addressed it quickly. They did a great job! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend good times plumbing to anyone having issues! They were able to come out right away for our clog and everything backing up. Cody is an excellent technician who really seems to not only know alot about plumbing but also really enjoys his job. He explained everything to me that was going on and even gave me multiple options for the repairs needed and he gave me his honest opinion and never felt pushy towards anything like most "salesman". Trenton came out a few times while they were replacing our main sewer line which ended up being harder then expecting and taking longer then expected and he was very nice and also kept me informed on what was going on. I appreciate all the work that these guys did and I would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

My water heater was no longer able to get hot water to all my faucets. I realized it was 27 years old. I called Good Times Plumbing to give me an estimate. They were able to come today. After the quote they even offered to replace it today. Wow! Same day service is rare it went so easily. I was impressed by the professionalism and service. Thank you. I definitely recommend them.

When you need great service and unbelievable response times this is the right team to call! Have experienced several issues with my tankless water heater and the team at good times plumbing answered my calls quickly and dispatched help within just a few minutes! Nobody else had response times that even came close to this and the times that I called in were late afternoon. The plumber that arrived, Cody was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very polite. His attention to detail was great and he walked me through the entire process as he did it. He was able to troubleshoot and correct the issues on every single call and saved me thousands of dollars! On subsequent calls, they were able to dispatch the same plumber who was already familiar with the unitand was able to troubleshoot and correct other issues. Give these folks a shot! You won’t be disappointed.

Was looking for someone to replace hot and cold water valves on short notice, Logan was able to get out the same day. He explained everything in depth, was able to get parts within a limited time frame, and did a great job finishing the project.

This is our second time using Good Times Plumbing & Restoration. Once again the technician was able to quickly identify both the problem and solution to our leaking hose, and completed repairs within the hour. I was very pleased by Azriel’s service, professionalism, and expertise. He was great to work with. Hoping for no more leaks, but if I do, I’ll call Good Times.

Seth and Garret did an amazing job here for us. They were quick and efficient to set everything up and pulling the necessary things out. I was actually surprised how fast they finished it. Their general manager Ruben is awesome. He guided me on how to file a claim to insurance and gave me a game plan on how to get the work done the best way. I’m not an expert on this at all, but he made everything so clear for me to understand. Seth came back a few times to take photos of the progress and making sure everything is going according to plan. I love the job they have done so far. Safe to say I’m a satisfied customer.

I called in to replace a leaking water heater at 4 am not expecting someone to answer, much less arrive at my doorstep in less than 2 hours. Cody was very friendly and hygienic during his visit and answered all of my plumbing questions. They were able to replace my 20 year old unit in a few hours and provided me with a maintenance schedule to keep the new unit working well into the future. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Cody and Good Times for your plumbing needs!

I called Good Times the other day to repair a leaking drain on a second floor bathtub and was scheduled for a same-day appointment.

They promptly sent Cody to our home, communicating updates until he contacted us directly with an ETA.

Once he arrived in the early afternoon, we introduced ourselves and the issue at hand. After he was up to speed, Cody began his inspection and shared his recommendations for the repair.

Once we determined the best course of action, Cody set off on locating the materials and pricing; we had a quote within 30 minutes of his arrival, and agreed to the work.

By the end of the afternoon, Cody had made and tested the repairs, informed us of his work, and made further recommendations for pluming system maintenance.

Overall, the experience is 5/5! Cody was professional and pleasant. He never rushed, but acted with urgency -- a sure sign of a tech that's enabled to do an excellent job.

I chose Good Times Plumbing based on other positive reviews and I can tell you they were not wrong! Good Times was very responsive and did everything as promised. They really make use of the technology to send messages and keep you informed. The technician, Brandan, was professional, competent and polite. They presented me with three options and allowed me to make the decision on what was best. I feel extremely confident in their work and would recommend them for any plumbing need. I’ll be using them again in the future, if an issue arises.

Good Times is the best! I had mold from water damage in multiple areas and they removed and eradicated it very quickly and thoroughly. Specifically, I want to mention that Andres and Tristan are phenomenal! They were extremely efficient, thorough, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure our home was taken care of and their level of effort was incredible. I would recommend them to anyone! I’ve used good time plumbing a few times now and always get great service. Logan came out today to fix a toilet that had been leaking. Super fast response and he was able to come out very quickly and fix everything for me! I would highly recommend using good time plumbing, very reasonable pricing as well!
