I had a great experience with Good Times Plumbing & Restoration. First, I called close to 9 PM in a mild panic, when I discovered a large amount of water pooling in my ceiling, and they quickly scheduled me for first thing the next day. When I woke in the water pool was even bigger; they were able to get someone out even quicker. Once they deduced the problem, Brandon was amazing. He quickly fixed the issue and answered any questions I had, and everything was also left as clean as possible.

Ruben came out to see if I had mold behind my shower wall. Not only did he arrive early he was great and professional throughout. I was really concerned about it but he put my mind at ease assuring me it didn't look bad at all (and there may not be any). He mapped out my next steps to mitigate any potential situation and ordered a test for me for the following morning. He was super professional and kind. I would recommend this company all day just based on the interactions I had with him (and the receptionist - she was great)!
