I always have a great experience with Froggy Fix. They are reliable, charge reasonably, trustworthy, and can usually put me on the schedule on the same day or within a short time frame. This last time, I had a leaking toilet and Devin came out within 2 hours and fixed it. I was at a doctor's appointment at the time, so he sent me videos, photos, and clear explanations via text, cleaned up and locked the house for me on his own. The service charge was fair and reasonable. Great service at reasonable prices! I highly recommend Froggy Fix.

Always very helpful and welcoming whenever I get materials

I had a fantastic experience @ Hughes Kitchen & Bath! Here is my story: I had a shower faucet that broke and in order to keep the shower faucet replacement simple I needed to get the same exact shower faucet, the big box stores did not have it and when I looked online all of the online sources wanted to send it to me in about a week so in summary I needed the shower faucet ASAP and this is where Hughes Kitchen & Bath comes to the rescue. I walk into Hughes and I speak with Ashley and Buddy - both great people! After searching on the computer they found my exact shower faucet and Ashley says: "I found it and I will go drive and get it for you." At this point, I am thinking, what, you actually want to drive about 30 mins and get it for me and not charge me extra, ok. I was completely stunned that she wanted to go that much out of her way to help me. So Ashley runs off and get the shower faucet for me and at that time I ended up talking with Buddy about another part that I needed for a secondary bath tub project. Buddy is such a nice guy! Buddy is like a super nice helpful neighbor that just wants to help anyway he can. So as I was speaking with Buddy about my second project I am sitting there eating a complimentary breakfast taco (it was super tasty and I ended up having a 2nd one - I guess that have complimentary food for their customers on Thursday). Just as I am wrapping up my conversation with Buddy, Ashley returns with the shower faucet -perfect timing! Ashley and Buddy even provided a name/phone number to a local plumber that could do the job for me (BTW - I ended up hiring this plumber and he worked out great!). Ashley and Buddy @ Hughes delivered on product, price, superior customer service and trust! Thanks Ashley, thanks Buddy, thanks for being Awesome!

Ashley worked with me to get plumbing supplies for my whole house remodel. She listened well to what I was looking for And we found most in their display room. For those where the display didn’t meet what I was looking for Ashley searched through the options and found quality options that met time, price, Function, and style requirements. Stellar Customer Service !!! We recently started using Hughes Supply and their customer service is on point. Buddy actually took time out of his day to bring our techs out the supplies they needed. Went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful! They also found and oversight on charges and refunded us the money without even being asked.

Incredible over the top always going the extra mile for plumbers the Leadership leads by example always finding solutions and never have ever been disappointed Ashley is always accommodating. The plumber was polite, courteous, and spent time listening to me as to what I wanted for my next faucet. Although Yellowstone didn't carry it, he made sure I got the one I wanted, which I really appreciated. My leaky kitchen sink and bathtub are now both fixed, and I have a cool looking, industrial faucet. They came out the next day too, which was great because I had water damaging the cabinetry that needed to be stopped asap.

Steven to the rescue....again!! We had a nagging faucet issue that plagued us for MONTHS. After several frustrating attempts to solve the issue online with Kohler, Steven showed up within 24 hrs of our call and diagnosed/repaired the problem within 30 minutes!! He is officially our plumbing SUPERHERO....

Plumbing or sewer issues in the Phoenix Valley? Josh with Yellowstone Plumbing is the man! He responded immediately when my client was in a bind and thoroughly explained the sewer scope video. The images were the clearest I've ever seen and he gave us a very clear and concise quote that was also broken down into options. The Plumber came to check my hot water heater to see what needed to be done the next day after I saw the leakage.

That same day he worked on it and replaced it
checking it often to make sure it was working perfectly.

He made suggestions to make sure it was going to work properly for the time I chose for the warranty.

He explained everything he did and what I needed to do in the future to prevent any problems.

He also said if I had any problems or questions I could call him.

I am very happy how professional everything was done quickly and glad I chose Yellowstone Plumbing for the job.
