Why don't these things happen at a decent time? There we were at 10 pm, digging down to expose the cleanout before he was able to run the line. The clog, which he found relatively quickly, was cleared all while carrying on a conversation with me as I did my best to assist him in finding the buried clean out. After he knew he had the line open he used the camera on the snake to show me the area of the pipe that caused the issue, and told me what needs to be done to fix the problem, and an approximation of the cost for the job.

Another DIY gone haywire and called Froggy to the rescue. 25 years old water valve replaced. Moen is a great product.

We recently purchased a home and upon moving in we noticed our refrigerator water spout and ice maker weren’t working as water was not flowing to our fridge. We went on Thumb Tack in search of a plumber and found Froggy Fix. We received a quick response and had a technician out the next day. It turned out to be a fairly simple issue and quickly resolved. What inspired me to write this review was the time they took to help me fix it myself, so I didn’t have to incur unnecessary cost, but once that didn’t work, they came out promptly and didn’t soak us on cost for the onsite visit. Made us feel they were more interested in helping us instead of padding their pockets. Great commitment to customer service and building a relationship. Will definitely use them on other projects we will have in the future.

We had a leaking pipe under the sink and called Froggy Fix. Trevor showed up on time, figured out the issue quickly, and explained what was going on in plain terms. He fixed it fast, cleaned up after, and the price matched what was quoted. He made sure the job was done right before wrapping up. There were no surprises and no pressure, just a super easy experience during a stressful experience and I would definitely call him and the Froggy team again.

These guys are REAL plumbers and exceptionally professional and serious about their workmanship. Ron is a friggin lifesaver. I’m writing this just after service. The downstairs master bedroom in this 1970 tri-level flooded this morning into the bedroom. The team was dispatched quickly and after about an hour, Ron not only identified the issue but was able to get the other toilets and baths in the house to not be in jeopardy of flooding the downstairs. Our prior “plumbing technician” was absolute garbage, but after finding these guys I will never be going anywhere else. 10/10- will definitely be using them again.

I’ve known Trevor for the past five years, dating back to when he worked for his father’s company, Edward’s Plumber. His dad installed a water softener at my mother’s house, so when I bought my first home, I knew exactly who to call. Trevor is a phenomenal person any time I have plumbing issues, he’s able to properly assess the problem and come up with a solution.
I bought my second house about two weeks ago, so of course I contacted Trevor, who now works for Froggy Fix. He was able to come out right away to give me a quote for a new water softener and a metal loop installation. Today, I had an issue with a leak in my backyard. Apparently, the previous owners had done a DIY project that was never completed they ended up cutting the copper piping and bending it at a 90-degree angle. Trevor knew exactly how to fix it, and he completed the job in less than 20 minutes.
Five stars across the board. This guy is a saint highly recommended!!

We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and everything was explained clearly along the way. Pricing was fair with no surprises. It’s such a relief to find a reliable, honest plumber—we will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

I needed a plumber to troubleshoot a slow flushing toilet. The toilet was first snaked before being removed. They located and removed a root that had compromised the drain pipe at the flange area close to the opening in the floor. I was told the only way to repair the compromised pipe was to dig a 3 foot hole around the 2 foot standpipe and replace it with a new pipe and flange. I was given an estimated cost to do this repair of approximately $3,500. This didn’t include the the additional repairs I would incur to replace broken or removed LVP flooring. I wanted to get another opinion and was charged $675 for the service provided which included a “fixed cost” charge of $360 just to remove/replace my toilet. To their credit the tech helped remove the root and identify my problem. I called another repudiable licensed plumbing company and they proposed a solution to fix the compromised pipe and flange without the need to dig and replace the entire standpipe or touch my LVP flooring. Total cost to do the repair? $875.

Bo Lawrence responded quickly when I had a water leak in my attic. He was personable, knowledgeable & patiently answered all my questions. He was able to fix the pipe leak in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend him.

Absolute top notch. This company was fantastic when I had hot water issues. Had a few bigger companies come out only to be outrageous in price and felt very pitchy with upselling me everything in the iPads they had!
I then received service from Bo Lawrence who delivered not just exceptional service but was affordable and reasonably priced. My new tankless heater and gas line to our stovetop was completed in a single day and they left zero mess behind! Totally recommend FROGGY FIX !

The guys at froggy fix are great! Devin was working out here for 4 hours to get everything fixed, really appreciated the hard work. Bo was our initial tech for inspection. Both were friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a GREAT experience with Ron!

I originally Googled "plumber near me" and looked for the best ratings. I found this company, figured it was worth a shot.

Our original issue was with a shower faucet. It wasn't an emergency so I set up an appointment for next week. But 3 days later, we found liquid coming out of our water heater. NOW my plumbing situation is an emergency LOL. I called back and Ron came over FIRST THING in the morning.

He was able to assess BOTH of our situations and educate us about our options. The only real option for the water heater was a new water heater - which we already assumed, but we did NOT know that the original water heater didn't even comply with current safety codes. That liquid that was coming out of the heater was corroded water, and could have easily started an electrical fire.

Not only did Ron install a new water heater in just a few hours, he installed EVERYTHING to bring us up to code, making the house so much safer. He also made sure to educate us about our new appliance, how often to get it serviced, and made sure we know what to look out for just in case something goes wrong.

Next time we need a plumber, we DEFINITELY know who we're calling. Thanks Ron!

We had a large hot water leak under the slab.
Trevor and Cody from Froggy Fix took care of it for us and much quicker than I had anticipated. Both very professional and great at what they do. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. We are vey happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

Ron came out to install a pressure reducing valve and replace several under-sink valves that had corroded, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing, and offered helpful recommendations on things to watch for in the future.

The pricing was very competitive, the workmanship was excellent, and the overall service was truly five-star. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be calling Froggy Fox LLC again for any future plumbing needs.

Trevor and Robert were very friendly and communicative. Showed up on time and ready to get the job completed. Very happy with the outcome. Installed a new electric water heater and a new pressure assisted toilet. Would gladly request them again.
