I was contacted by Pat after going through my rental agency, and he responded very quickly. His communication with me was exceptional and very professional! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater, found a part that was local and did all the necessary steps to get me hot water to my house. His knowledge and understanding of the situation really helped to put me at ease and make the process very easy! I would highly recommend free flowing sewer and drains come out and do any kind of plumbing work in the future!!!

I cannot recommend Free Flowing Sewer and Drains enough! I had what I thought was a toilet leak since my bathroom was flooded. Pat came out, agreed with me, replaced my toilet's wax seal and then cleaned up all the water. Only then, when most of the floor was dry, did we realize that the water was coming out of where the wall met the baseboard.

It was my first house so naturally I was stressed. Pat showed me how to turn off my water main while I contacted my home warranty company. He waived both the diagnostic fee and the fee to replace the wax seal since he (and I) had misdiagnosed the problem. That is some S-tier integrity.

While I hope that I won't need a plumber again, I probably will, and when I do, I will absolutely be coming back to Free Flowing. Phenomenal service!

Wow! Genuinely, wow is all I can say. I've had the pleasure of working with many tradespeople across 3 different states over the years. Pat is far and away the best I've come across. If you need a plumber for any reason, don't even think about it. Pat is your guy!

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Pat was great. I just needed my kitchen sink snaked, but he answered the phone right away and was at my house in short order. Clean and efficient. I used a guy a few years ago that I didn't like, so I called this company this time. I'm glad I did. Any future problems, Pat is my guy.

I highly recommend Patrick for anyone with plumbing trouble. He is knowledgeable in his trade, his workmanship is top notch, and he's an all around honest, nice guy. We had a slab leak and Patrick came out right away on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot and come up with the best options for repairing it. Then he was back out on SUNDAY morning to do the work so we could have running water. He even found a way to do the repair that was minimally invasive and saved us a lot of money. I can't emphasize enough how spectacular his services and work ethic are. This is the plumber you enthusiastically share with friends and neighbors. So grateful to have found him!

After the pilot light went out on our water heater a few times over the course of a couple months, the last time it happened we couldn't get it to reignite. We suspected we'd need a replacement, and with 4 young kids getting it replaced quickly was very important. Pat gave us a reasonable quote, fit us into his schedule quickly and the job was done well before I expected it to be. We were so happy with our experience that we worked with him on installing a water softener and RO system the next week! Pat's willingness to accommodate our needs and schedule meant a lot, not to mention his quality work. I'm so happy to support this family business!

Pat and his wife are very kind and honest people. Hard to find now! They came out to look at my sewer lines for me after another company way overcharged me for previous work. Pat has earned all of the 5 star reviews. I had a competitor of his clear a clogged drain line about a month ago and it clogged again. The company wouldn't warranty their work and wanted me to purchase an expensive "water jet" service to clear the lines. I contacted Pat and he was able to clear the line at a much more reasonable cost. He also provided a 3 month warranty and provided suggestions on how I can avoid having the problem again. Last but not least... he offered to come out if I have problems again for free... even if it was on Thanksgiving. Where do you find that type of service any more? You can't go wrong with Pat.

I needed a waterline moved in my bathroom and had been looking for a reliable plumber for about a month. I called Free Flowing and spoke with Nani (owner and wife of Pat) she got me scheduled right away for a day and time that worked for my schedule. Nani text me to remind me the day before my appointment and when Pat (owner and expert) was on his way. When Pat arrived he knew exactly what needed to be done, had everything he needed with him and got to work right away. My 5 year old son wanted to watch him and Pat was absolutely amazing!! He let him watch and showed him what he was doing and the tools he was using. My son talked about Pat the rest of the day. He was done in about an hour and cleaned up every bit of drywall in my bathroom. Nani and Pat are hardworking, honest people and they are very reasonably priced. Being a new homeowner is stressful and I'm ecstatic I found a reliable, honest company to do business with. I will never call anyone besides Free Flowing for any plumbing related issues again!! I was able to book an appointment quickly. Free Flowing Sewers and Drains team arrived on time and were very friendly and professional.
Did a great job on repairing the items they were called out to fix. Went above and beyond and took care of a couple other issues I pointed out while they were there.
I have no hesitation in referring them and will certainly have them back in the future.

I had the pleasant experience of working with Pat the Plumber at Free Flowing Sewer and Drains for my commercial building. Super nice AND HONEST guy. Not only did he promptly return my call but scheduled a timely visit to scope and hydrojet my lines, sent me videos and explained there was no reason to take immediate drastic repair measures. Roto-Rooter gave me an estimate the week prior to re-line my pipes for $10k! Evidently there is only about 10 ft of pipe in question. Support your local guys! Call Pat if you want a fair and honest plumber.

FAST HELP! The owner Justin came out immediately to check out our emergency while Devon was on his way. We had a HUGE water leak, SORRY LAKE under the mobile home. He got our water off, called a restoration company that came within the hour to start draining the lake, and had our new water heater installed by 2pm. These guys really CARE. Highly recommend.
