My husband and I bought a house last weekend and were met with plumbing issues a couple of days later. I posted on Angis list and Zoom Drain was able to come the very same night! Their plumbers were very knowledgeable and kind. They also worked fast and efficiently. Pricing was reasonable!

Called to confirm appointment, arrived on time. Communicated the process during evaluation of the problem. Completed the work quickly and verified solution was successful. Friendly and professional.

Highly recommend calling this guy. I have been having sewer smell issues for weeks. He came by but of course the smell wasn't present when he showed up. He gave me some advice and didn't charge me. I will definitely call him again when that next real issue shows up.

We recently purchased a new home with a water softener, something my husband I have not had in the past. Pat the Plumber was very good at what he does, he came to work on short notice in my master bdrm shower pipes to prepare it prior to having it tiled. He installed flexible tubing rather than the copper pipes, which tends to take longer to sweat pipes together or solder. I’m satisfied with his work and probably use him or recommend him on future plumbing repairs.

Called Pat, answer right away. Provide service in short notice. Great work, fair price. If sewer and drainage problem give him a call, highly recommend.

I do highly recommend Patrick for the job. I came home from a vacation to a water leakage in my garage, it was my water heater that had a leak. I was upset because it was a holiday weekend but he came out anyway, change out the water heater and put a pan underneath as well. He did an Awesome job!!

Patrick was great, he was very responsive and when he got to our home to unclog a drain he quoted a price and after the job was done to our satisfaction the price was as quoted. Patrick did what he said and after he was gone everything worked and the space was very clean. It was like nothing happened.

Pat and his son did a great job repairing a leak in a wall from the RO tank. They were on time and cleaned up the space after the repair. Pat clearly knows what he's doing and is a great mentor to his son.

I can't say enough good things about Pat and his brother. Pat is truly a plumber who cares about people before anything else. When Pat learned about my lack of water to the house due to a broken pipe under my driveway he came out immediately. He set up my home temporarily, using a reverse fixture on the hose to the city water (this was amazing, as having no water is brutal). He came up with a solution that would cost us the least amount of money, saving us THOUSANDS under what other companies quoted.
