I had Bo from Froggy Fix service my refrigerator and valve connection and everything went very smoothly. He also arrived on time, was friendly, and charged very reasonable amount. Would definitely recommend!!

I called with a home plumbing emergency(my shower was stuck on) and they replied quickly and had their technician Nicholas at my door in a hour. He was friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to use this company again. They fixed my problem in less than an hour and I was charged a very fair price..

Bo did a great job, and was awesome to work with! He also helped us set up with a restoration company to fix the damage that was caused by a leaking water line. Would definitely recommend him.

Team was great.. came out same day to assess situation. Devon, Bo, Nick and I didn’t catch the 4th individual.. but all were helpful. Nick went above and beyond to take care of issues that arose during the process and kept me well informed along the way. His partner was also super helpful in getting the yard back into reasonable shape to the previous state. Super appreciative of all the work completed.. wasn’t easy!

Justin with Froggy Fix is awesome!! He responded to a sewer request at 5PM on a Saturday and was at the property by 7:30PM! He got the job done and the sewer pipe is now perfectly cleaned out! I highly recommend using Froggy Fix! Thank you, Justin!!

Plumbing pro Nick was once again fantastic to work with, replacing washer/dryer valves and improving the valve box location in the laundry of our recently purchased home. Very Happy with my experience!
I called Froggy Fix, because I was having a water flushing sound through my bathroom walls.
I believed it to be the water pressure valve.
I called and Bo came out the next day. He tested the pressure and confirmed that my water pressure valve was shot. It turned out that my hot water heater was not up to code with a bubbler, as well.
The next day Trevor came out and did the repairs. He took his time and was very informative. He even went out of his way to drain my hot water heater while he was doing the repairs. My water pressure is now fixed and it’s nice to have my hot water heater serviced and up to code.
I Would highly recommend these guys!

Devin did an excellent job moving the water heater and water softener. Great guy to deal with and very personable. Not sure why the review is showing four stars because he definitely does five star work.

Our gas line was leaking and had been shut off. Froggy Fix came to the rescue and got us taken care of ASAP. Every single person we spoke with whether front desk, billing, on location or in charge was amazing! The work done was perfect. Let me tell you about this company. It’s absolutely fabulous. Luckily, I haven’t had to use them a lot but as soon as I called Justin the owner, he knew who I was and what he did for me and it was over five years ago pretty impressive… His employee Devin
came and installed a new water heater for me. Got it all set up hauled off the old one, cleaned up everything and was gone before I even knew it… I will be using this company for any of my needs around the house.

Great service. Quick. Friendly. Reasonable. Would highly recommend. I will use them again. One company wanted 650 dollars. Froggy charged me 220 dollars for the job.

After soliciting bids from several plumbing companies, I settled on Froggy Fix to re-pipe our home. The job was to take a couple of days but ran into a snag the morning of day two. The crew led by David worked their tails off to get as much done as possible given the late start. By early evening they had water service restored to the kitchen and one bath. David and his protégé’ returned the next day to complete the remaining work which appeared to go well.

Over the weekend however, I noticed that the water heater was not getting me through a shower and there were several issues with the re-pipe that needed to be resolved. I contacted the company and the owner, Justin came out to personally discuss the issues I encountered. We discussed each item and he resolved to correct everything to my satisfaction before I was obligated to pay the open invoice.

The next week the issues needing correction were addressed by another employee, Devin. He began by discussing the items that needed attention and immediately got to work. By the afternoon all of the issues had been resolved and our project was complete.

I am glad I selected Froggy Fix given the personal touch expressed by Justin and the diligent work performed by David and Devin. I would also like to mention that each of the folks I mentioned in this review were always professional, diligent, and courteous. I would recommend Froggy Fix to anyone in need of having their home re-piped or any plumbing project. Thanks Froggy Fix for the great service (Jesus L).

Rob did a great job for three plumbing projects, including kitchen sink repairs and water softener installation. He was very patient and explained all the procedures he was doing so I could understand what was going on. All three jobs were expertly completed. Very satisfied with his work.

Froggy has been to my house four times in the last month and I’ve had great experiences with everyone they’ve sent- Justin, Nick, Trevor and Bo were fantastic. Everyone at the office is so incredibly helpful and nice too. I had a pipe leak and flood my house in the middle of the night and they came through when I didn’t know what else to do. Patched the leak in the middle of the night and had it repaired the next morning first thing. Will recommend these people all day long.

I have had nothing but excellent service with Froggy Fix! They’ve done great work at my house in the past. This time, Nick installed a bathtub for me, moved the drain from the previous shower location, re-piped all the fittings, did it all the right way without cutting any corners and he even cleaned up after himself! Left the bathroom spotless. Nick was patient and knowledgeable with answering any questions, going over all the options on how a project could be done, and made sure everything was how and where I wanted it. I’ll definitely be calling Froggy for any future plumbing needs!!

Had a shower leak break through our ceiling downstairs. Nicholas came quickly and completed the repairs same day. He also pointed out a few areas that weren't a problem yet but probably would be in the future. Very happy with the service

I had some work done in my house. We were having problems with horrible noises coming from the pool fill and some outdated vaccum breakers. Ron and Ben were fantastic. They were both very professional and knowledgable. In fact, they replaced one of the vacuum breakers that was giving us trouble from a few months ago for free because it was under the warranty period. 5 stars for these guys!
