I called at 7 pm and they were out the next day before 10am. Keenan was awesome, presented all of my options and took care of the required service right away. Previously went through them when we needed a whole new unit (separate unit) and would definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Keenan at Chandler Air for repairs and maintenance. From start to finish the service was exceptional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them in a professional detailed manner that I could understand and was patient. He was punctual, respectful of the property and very knowledgeable & experienced about the unit as well as the process. If you need an AC guy, Keenan is it! I highly recommend him for your next service or consultation 🤩

I had my AC unit serviced by Derek this morning. He was very professional and polite. Derek was efficient and thorough.
The next time I have a check up on my AC or if I need it serviced, I will definitely ask for Derek.
I have had Chandler Air for years. From one move another and all the representatives have always treated me with respect and have been professional in their services.

He's been my technician the past few years and it's just really nice having consistency, familiarity, and a tech you can truly trust.

Brenton has been our service technician multiple times. He is always thorough and a delight to work with. Chandler Air, as a company, has been dependable over the 5+ years we’ve used their services. Highly recommend!

I’m updating this post with a caveat. I had said that “James sourced and installed the exact unit I wanted with no drama.” Turned out it wasn’t the exact unit, which caused a few years of trouble. The heat pump I was after had two stages; I ended up with a single-stage unit. I won’t fault the company because I can’t be certain whether that mistake was theirs or mine; I only know that I’ll be much more cautious the next time I make a purchase like this. Caveat emptor: Don’t approach a company with a specific request that’s far out of their usual domain, unless you have the expertise and the time to supervise closely.

Everything else stands in my review below. I’d recommend this company any time for duct work and general maintenance.

Brenton was quick and effective in resolving leaks. Carl and Ryan did a complete duct replacement and the result was great: even airflow throughout the house and a noticeable difference in comfort and cooling cost. Justin was incredibly persistent in tracking a difficult problem; he listened to me and advocated for the issue when the manufacturer expressed doubts.

Ultimately, I needed someone who had more experience with the specific HVAC system I had and was able to contact the right support team with the manufacturer - that takes a prior relationship. Chandler Air doesn’t primarily sell the brand I use and couldn’t offer a technician familiar with my older air handler. But these are still good people who do good general work. The duct work was especially good - five stars for that alone.

Brenton, my service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough during inspection of the entire system. He explained options. He even corrected issues from the previous AC company. I have full trust in him and Chandler Air. I also signed a service contract.

Chandler Air has come to help us a couple times now and each time they have been kind, knowledgeable, and quick. This last visit Keenan came. He diagnosed our problem quickly and had a very thorough explanation. Would highly recommend!

Finally an honest Air Conditioning company. After having been a VIP customer for the past 6 years with another AC company, it became clear that I was being ripped off by a bunch of scoundrels. Their recent pre summer check of my system resulted in them telling me I needed a new ac unit and new air handling system. Only $18,000!
Thank goodness I called Chandler Air to double check those findings. What Justin found out was that none of what the other company told me was honest and true. What Justin found was that the other company either accidentally punctured or intentionally caused damage to part that caused oil to leak.
Justin replaced the part on the AC then thoroughly inspected the furnace/ air handler and found no problems.
I am so pleased to have found an honest company and a highly competent and honest technician in Justin. I opted for the 1 year maintenance agreement and look forward to working with Justin in the future.
Calling Chandler Air saved me over $17,000 that it would have cost me needlessly had I done what the other company tried to rip me off for.

Called Chandler Air for their $29.00 AC tune up special. Justin arrived promptly for our appt. and after checking our AC asked to go up into the attic to check things out up there. We were skeptical but he pointed out, outside, a potential problem so up he went inside. Thank heavens for Justin - he pointed out a huge potential problem that had been developing for years to the unit unbeknownst to us. He took pictures and showed us what could have a been a costly (thousands!) mistake by the folks who installed the unit 28 years ago. He advised a very reasonable estimate and even scheduled the repair date and time. He came back and made the repair - very professional, timely, described exactly what he was going to do and why. Justin was terrific and Chandler Air is lucky to have him on their Team. Don't wait, call them! THANK YOU JUSTIN!!!!!

James was fantastic. Chandler Air Conditioning installed our air conditioner last year. And when we had issue because a plastic piece on the outside broke they sent James out that day and he replaced it with a metal piece in 3 minutes and everything was good as new! Love them!

Always punctual, and communicate when they will arrive. I’ve used Chandler Air for 25 years. That says it all.

Keenan handled my HVAC maintenance with professionalism and care. He was friendly, polite, and explained everything he was doing along the way. The service was thorough, efficient, and he left the work area as clean as he found it. I really appreciated his attention to detail, highly recommend Chandler Air and Keenan!

I called Chandler Air out, along with a few other companies, to give me quotes for replacement of my AC system. Not only did they come out quickly, Riley identified that my current system was oversized for my small home, he also worked with me to find the best unit for me, he was also amazing when some significant issues (out of his control) came up during the process of installing a new unit. My home is cooling more economically now.
Professional, helpful, local, and family owned Chandler Air should be your first call when you have AC issues, especially if you need a replacement. Thank you Riley!

Chandler Air so far has been very easy to work with and accommodating with my schedule. While the new upstairs/downstairs AC had a few manufacturer defects, they have always done the right thing in getting it corrected quickly. Justin, one of their senior techs was especially instrumental in fixing a compressor that went bad after one year. He also was able to make the units quieter and has been a pleasure to work with.

I am impressed by my experience with Chandler Air. They answered the phone promptly, and responded quickly with a service call. I required a new installation. Riley and Tyler were thorough and knowledgeable explaining the options, and offered a fair price. Jesus and AJ did an excellent, clean, professional installation. I highly recommend this outfit.

**Update**
Come to find out they didn't install the correct unit model. It took 2 full months to resolve this. I ended up working with the operations manager Aaron who was great and did successfully resolve the issue. I can say as much as this company does stand by their work, which cannot be said for every company.

I would give me first experience 5 stars and the second 3 stars so I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4 since I cannot give a 5 star review based on my most recent experience.

TLDR I cannot recommend this company. They installed a unit for me on July 2nd and it has been nothing but problems ever since and now cannot get a response from the person i have been working with since day 1.

I have been using Chandler Air for many years. They have now installed 2 different roof AC Heat Pump Roof Combos for me. Based on the first one I would have given them 5 stars. It was flawless and worked perfectly with no problems.

I since moved into a house that at close we knew was going to need a new unit soon being the one on the roof was from 2009. It was no surprise to me when it went out or when they told me that the best course of action was to replace it instead of trying to fix it. The install was scheduled and from there it was all a giant nightmare.

The day of the install I was told that they would arrive at 8am. Ok cool. 8am rolls around no word. By 10am still no word. I had to call them to find out the crane wasn't going to be here until 11 so there was nothing they could do until then. Oh okay well communication of that would have been nice. Go outside and find my new unit sitting on the ground 100% unattended. I didn't even know they had been here. They finally show up around 11 with the crane takes a few hours to install. They come in after it's been installed do a few checks and tell me I'm good to go. Well by the time they left it was 85 degrees in my house.

The unit runs literally for the rest of the day I call Riley around 8 because this is not the experience that I had at my old house and was told to just let it run if it doesn't get down to temp by the morning to let them know. Ok so i check my ecobee and it finally got down to temp. But during the day it is still not cooling and won't get down below 80 in the house. Let Riley know and he sent someone out. Oh the themostat wasn't wired correctly. Oh okay. A few days later upstairs still is not getting below 80 let Riley know again. Once again he sends someone out oh well now the blower wasn't set properly it was set at the lowest possible speed. They leave. A few days later nope upstairs STILL is not cooling properly they send someone out do more checks and I get told they screwed up and gave me the wrong size unit and that Riley will be contacting me. I get a call from Riley to be told the next step is for them to come out AGAIN with the Bosch rep and look at the unit. They come out and DISABLE THE FIRST TWO STAGES on a variable unit. Okay now it's cooling in here but my electricity bill is skyrocketing and the system is constantly cycling on and off which is not normal based on my experience with the exact same unit that was in my prior house.

At this point I'm contacting Riley with absolutely no response. Stating that the first 2 stages need to be reinstated. I had to get window units for my upstairs bedrooms because of this issue which cost me an additional grand ON TOP OF the almost 21 grand the ac unit cost me. I cannot say that I'm a happy customer or that I trust that these people know how to do their jobs at this point. I was really trying not to have to write this review, but after a full month of back and forth with them I'm fed up.

I have interacted with 3 people on their team - sales, tech, and scheduling. All are 10’s! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Darius Wilson from Chandler Air came to my house today to fix my broken air conditioner. I highly recommend Darius and Chandler Air for anyone who is having air conditioner issues. Darius was friendly knowledgeable and worked quickly to repair my aging air conditioner. Chandler Air also has a maintenance program that makes maintaining the air conditioner very affordable. I am so glad Chandler Air was recommended to me.

We have been very pleased with all aspects of Chandler Air. From the day Riley came out and provided us an estimate to today when our new system was installed, everyone has been extremely helpful and clear in communicating what was going on. Our system was installed by Jesus and A.J. and they did an exceptional job. They were very professional, competent and communicated throughout the day during the process. We could not have asked for nicer individuals to come into our home. We would highly recommend this company!
