Cameron Service my 18 year-old GE refrigerator. He quickly found a water leak and The flapper valve to the ice dispenser was warped. Cameron was polite and he was on time with the service.

Our experience with My Appliance Repair Pro experience was PHENOMENAL. If TEN stars were an option, that is what they deserve! We called on a Thursday about our refrigerator not staying cold. Paul (from My Appliance Repair) came out that SAME DAY, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. He came the NEXT MORNING, installed the part and then examined our freezer and found the coils frozen (sep issue). He defrosted the coils, put everything back together and was friendly and knowledgeable with us the entire time. He talked us through everything, explained it clearly and concisely. Paul was outstanding. The price was explained up front and was very reasonable.Highly recommend !

When you call for service, Craig’s (the owner) wife answers. She’s just awesome and so professional. She was able to get help to me the same day. When looking for the problem, he got it fixed without having to replace any parts. The only charge I had was for his service call. From now on they are my go to company.
