Definitely 5 star service! Got here within hours of calling them; had a minor issue with the dishwasher, Cameron fixed it for just the cost of the service call without trying to upsell. Keeping them on speed dial for any future appliance issues.

Cameron came to our house to see if he could fix our 1948 Pepsi machine. With research, time and skill, he was able to repair it. I tried numerous other places, and no one was even willing to try. The cost was reasonable due to the time and effort he put into it. You won’t be disappointed and we highly recommend him.

Very disappointing experience.

The technician was onsite for approximately five minutes, briefly checked two items (mostly while on the phone), and immediately concluded that the control panel was defective (service call $79). This was surprising because I had already installed a brand-new control board purchased directly from Frigidaire for $99.91.

Without properly testing the newly installed board, I was quoted $499.95 + $199 labor for the same replacement part. When I asked how he determined the board was faulty without testing it, the response was simply, “I know what I am doing.”

I chose not to proceed and contacted another technician for a second opinion. After conducting a proper diagnostic evaluation, he confirmed the control board was functioning correctly. The actual issue was a bent cable connection causing a short circuit. The repair was completed successfully, and the total cost was $66.

I understand that service companies apply markups; however, quoting nearly $500 for a $99 part without proper testing raises serious concerns about diagnostic transparency.

I would encourage others to seek a second opinion before approving major repairs.

My Appliance Repair Pro came to fix our refrigerator. Cameron is very knowledgeable, and very nice. He adjusted a couple of things, had to order a part, and made arrangements to come back the next day. He was prompt, put in the new part, and then went about cleaning the condenser. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great! Cameron came out next day and was able to assess the issue with our dishwasher within just a couple min. He ordered the part and returned a couple days later to install it. He had a great, positive attitude, went above a simple part swap to include preventative maintenance and made sure there was nothing else we needed before he left. Everything was reasonably priced and I would recommend them to everyone!!

my water heater started making the water way too hot, so i shut it off and called a local plumber. they showed up in the afternoon the same day and quickly found the issue. eric came back the next morning with the needed parts, but because of heavy calcium buildup, he couldn't get the old parts out. instead of giving up, eric contacted the manufacturer and got a replacement approved. after picking up the new water heater, he removed the old one and installed the new unit fast. from my first call to everything working again was less than a day. the cost for fixing and replacing was a lot less than i expected, and the prices were fair, especially compared to what i paid for my last water heater install. johnathan and eric did a great job, and now they are definitely plumbers i trust for any future work.

eric was fantastic. we recently moved into our new place and had a reverse osmosis water system along with a tankless water heater. the hot water heater needed to be removed since it wasn't working, so the ro system could be repaired. eric responded quickly to our messages and even followed up when we got busy and didn’t reply right away. he came out promptly and handled everything efficiently. he also coordinated with the water treatment specialist to make sure the ro system got finished up. the whole process was smooth and hassle-free for our busy family. we'll definitely be reaching out for any future plumbing work.

Late in the day, I accidentally put a screw through my PEX water pipe near the main line at my house. After searching online and reading reviews, my wife found a local plumber to help. Eric arrived quickly, gave me a quote for a simple coupler repair, but once he saw the spot where the pipe was damaged, he realized there wasn’t enough slack to just add a coupler. He explained he would need to extend the pipe, which was a bigger job and took more time and effort. Eric fixed the leak professionally and made sure everything was done right, even though it took longer than expected. He stuck to his original quote and never asked for more money, but because of his hard work, great attitude, and the late hour, we decided to pay him extra for his excellent service. If I ever need a plumber again in Coolidge, Eric will be the first person I call. Highly recommend!
