Great company have used them twice now. First time they went above and beyond to get our A/C fixed quickly even after part was back ordered they went to airport picked it up and came out and installed it so we would have our A/C. This time was basically a tune up I needed for the sale of our house and again they were very quick to come out and get it done. Very good people to work with. Highly recommend them. Fed was Awesome. My hot water tank went out the day before I was leaving town for Thanksgiving. He quoted me a great deal and promised it to be fixed as soon as I was back. His worker, Johnny fulfilled that Promise. It took him about an hour to install a new tank AND he cleaned up after himself. Soarjle is a terrific company to work with!!

My AC went out and was down for 3 weeks due to the warranty company dragging their feet and parts being shipped from out of state. Common practice was for AC companies to get calls from vendors in order to be notified when parts were in. In this case the owner, Fred, personally went every day to the vendor warehouse to check the status or the possibility of the parts being in for me as he was sympathetic towards my family and I. His dedication to his customers and his persistent will to check the status on the parts was unheard of. The second the parts came in, Fred and his team ensure he would be able to squeeze my repair into their busy day and got my AC fixed during this hot summer. I recently had Sparkle Air out to fix my AC. They came out right away after my call. Fred the owner was so kind on the phone and sent his Top Tech, Tom, right over for the repair. Tom was polite and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and knowledgeably. He replaced the broken part right then and there. No waiting to order it. They are so honest. A company with integrity! And very fair in price! They are now my GO TO AC Repair. Would never call anyone else!

I was lucky to find Sparkle Air through a google search. My elderly parents are in Coolidge and in the blistering heat their AC stopped working. I needed a fix asap. Fred answered the phone immediately and I knew we were in good honest hands. He was able to get out within a short amount of time AND do the repairs.
