In 2019, I was referred to Sparkle Air by a family member. The service and response time is incredibly quick and the service and equipment is excellent. Sparkle Air has been there three times for our family and we our grateful for their response in our time of crisis. I have recommended Sparkle Air in the past and will continue to in the future.

I’m so grateful to have found this company. Not only was their work professional and well done, but the cost was reasonable and they provided options. My water heater went out and I had no idea how I was going to be able to have it replaced especially because other companies were price gouging. This company provided me so much peace of mind

We had our A/C unit checked by another company and was advised to replace the unit that would cost us around $14k. I was going to buy it but Fred from Sparkle Air was referred to me. We exchanged text messages and calls and later he sent technician Juan to inspect my AC unit. Juan found 2 bad capacitors and replaced the bad parts and AC appears to be working very well. He also did a repair on one of the side panels that was loose and leaking. We are very pleased that he did not try to sell us a brand new AC system. The owner Fred was very nice he even told us it will not cost that much to replace if we ever needed to. In summary we are very happy doing business with the company. Highly recommended!

Sparkle Air was fantastic! They showed up perfectly on time and were very polite and professional. They replaced my 4-ton air conditioner without disturbing my sleeping roommate and helped me program it. I feel like I can trust Sparkle Air to take care of me unlike every other company that just wants to take my money.

I can't say enough how AMAZING Sparkle Air is! I had a system break down in the heat of summer ☀️ 115° and called Fred for help. He calmly acknowledged to me not to worry, that all will be taken care of. He sent over his technicians and realized I needed a new split unit. They did a full replacement the same day! Sparkle Air is so efficient and FAST! Very knowledgeable techs that really know their trade. I've worked in the trade/tech industry for over 30 years and this team of people from sparkle air work effectively! They are my a/c go to company forever! Sparkle Air replaced a heat pump for me a little over a year ago. It was dead of summer and AC was not working. Sparkle Air quickly got it replaced. I reached out again to have my second heat pump replaced as preventative. Once again Sparkle Air quickly got it replaced. Highly recommend Fred and his team for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Service was quick and the issue was fixed without delay. The company has great customer service. I recommend Hoffman for any AC repair work.

My home HVAC system failed due to a leak in the Evaporator Coil. I contacted Hoffman Heating & Cooling based on a very positive recommendation from my neighbor (who recently had their HVAC system replaced by Hoffman Heating & Cooling). Gary Hoffman came to my home, diagnosed the problem, clearly answered all of my questions and offered sensible repair/replacement and cost options. After consulting with two other contractors, I felt very comfortable selecting Hoffman Heating & Cooling. Two days later, three Hoffman Heating & Cooling trucks rolled-up with a crew of four technicians. Each crew member was respectful, personable and proved to be extremely knowledgeable and skillful. Throughout the day, crew members were providing me updates and explaining what they were doing. After seven hours of diligent work, they completed the job and departed leaving no trace behind. Two days later, Gary Hoffman stopped-by and inspected his crew’s work, and making sure my HVAC system was properly working.

They were incredible thru out the entire process the quote was done in a timely madder and very professionally. Called this morning around 11 because my house was at 84. I asked if there was a reset or something and Jill said I could try the breaker. It didn’t do anything and by 1 it was at 87. They were able to come over by 3 and got me some needed relief in this heat! Very efficient and nice. Within 15 minutes after they completed the job it went down 2 degrees.

Hardly words could express my gratitude and appreciation to Gary and the entire staff. Office gals were wonderful as well. I was advised 6 months ago that I would be needing to replace my whole unit, sure enough during our heat alerts, it happened Hoffman loaned me two portables and what a blessing. Today we got the new unit installed

Fair pricing quoted by Gary and his detailed explanation of options to consider for new split system install were given quickly. Within an hour after calling Hoffman, a service technician was at my house. It was after hours and I was very satisfied with the promptness and happy with everyone I dealt with.

We called out Hoffman heating and cooling to troubleshoot our AC. They were prompt, courteous, and didn't charge us for repairs we didn't need. They sent out Sean to fix our AC, he was awesome. We have used Hoffman in the past and their service has always been great! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Hoffman Heating & Cooling several times. I signed up for a yearly contract to maintain my rentals. They do such a great job, less expensive as the other companies. They are professional and always show up for their appointments, give you an estimate right on the spot. You know exactly what it costs up front which is very comforting.
