Our landlord arranged for their technician to set up the wiring, but it was not functioning properly. We raised our concerns at the time, and the technician said it would take two hours to fully charge and then left — but it never worked, and no one ever returned to complete the job.

Despite being charged \$355, the service was never properly delivered. We've called multiple times to follow up, but our concerns have been completely ignored. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience — once they received the payment, they simply stopped responding. We’re requesting that this issue be resolved, as we paid for a service that was never completed.

Klimate King is awesome. My AC went out on Sunday & Klimate King showed up on Monday and had my AC back up & running. Klimate King was very professional & courteous. I would definitely refer them to anyone & I will definitely be calling them the next time I need AC service. Great job by Joseph Warren & company!

I called Alex because the AC was not working at one of my rental properties, he answered the phone, discussed the problem with me, went out and figured out the problem, which wasn't easy. His price was very fair and communication was great. Definitely use him again.

AMCA Heating & Cooling was dispatched to our home through our extended warranty company. After I sent the request for service, Alex had contacted me within a few minutes. He was able to come out to the house within an hour. That was amazing as when we had got home we found our house at 88 degrees and rising. Once he was there he had the problem diagnosed very quickly. The only issue was the exact part he needed was not on his truck and would not be able to get it till the next day. But Alex then went out of his way to figure out away to get the AC unit to work through the night so that we would be able to sleep at home. He then promptly showed up the next morning with needed parts, made the repair, and made sure everything was working correctly. We are so happy that AMCA Heating & Cooling LLC and Alex were dispatched for our AC repair. I would ask for him again if we have other issues and I will recommend him to anyone that needs heating and cooling repairs.

Alex responded very quickly and is very professional and honest in his work. We called AMCA for a second opinion as the first HVAC company was giving us a repair report that did not make sense. Alex confirmed it was not accurate information and fixed the real problem .

Tech was GREAT ! Was here early and explained everything about what was happening to the A/C system. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional company to help with your A/C issues.

I've known the Bartlett's since we were kids. Through the years I've watched them grow their knowledge for the business, had them come out anytime I've had AC issues, referred them to many in need of help. They've always done as they said in a quick, honest and reliable fashion. It's been great knowing them, use their services and you'll be glad you made the call.

I contacted CDL Mechanical to request an inspection of my air handler/furnace to ensure it was functioning properly. I spoke with Josh who answered my initial questions and scheduled an appointment. Dale, their service technician arrived on time, performed his inspection and recommended an immediate repair and identified deferred maintenance items. My initial experience with CDL Mechanical was exceptional and I would highly recommend them.

AC went out last night and they were able to get a tech out today. The tech was great and even had to go get a part before the ware house closed at 4. By 5:15PM he had the AC back up and running!

Excellent service!!! Punctual, professional and very knowledgeable! We had a company come out and they couldn’t figure out the problem. This company comes out and it took a bit testing different variables but they got it done and the AC is working great. The technician explained everything thoroughly so we knew what we were paying for. This is our new go to company! Highly recommended. I can see why they are rated 5 stars 👍🏻

They came highly recommended from people who have used this company for their home and business. They were able to come out same day when our AC broke. Unfortunately there technician is unwell and we have to get an AC elsewhere, but we will call in the future! Feel better soon!
