This is the 3rd I’ve had them clean my home. And each time they’ve gotten better. Tidyguys is open to feedback and takes it seriously. My house is sparkling and all the little things I asked them to pay attention were completed. I couldn’t be happier.

I am very happy with the deep clean that I received.

My only suggestion is for those considering a deep clean is to make sure that you get an estimate in writing. I was very surprised by the amount when I was billed, but Ross worked with me and got it figured out.

Bottomline, I will continue to use them!!

I have used Tidy Guys since Ross started this company. We are in our second house using them and wouldn't trust our cleaning to anyone else. They are always on time and do special cleaning on a rotation. I have had other cleaners in the past and many times they are late or cancel because 'something came up'.

I've been using TidyGuys for awhile now, and each and every time they have been punctual. On some occasions, they are running early, and they always make it a point to reach out to me to see if it is okay to arrive early. My response has always been of course. Their team does a fantastic job of cleaning my home. I've never had a complaint on their service. They use an app called HouseCall which helps to keep track of scheduled appointments and to make payments with a click of a button through the app. Great job TidyGuys!

I have hired Tidy Guys to clean/wash/wax my 4 door longbed Dually truck several times and they do a great job. Looks brand new when they are done. Great work and a great value. I will keep going back. thanks Fellas !

We had a couple of snags in the process but overall it was a positive experience. As with any new service there a couple of things I would request next time but Dominic, Austin and Luis were delightful and Ross at the office took care of the snags and made them right. UPDATE: much smoother experience second time, all requested changes were accommodated.

There were good points and not so good points about the visit. I wasn’t excited about how the floor was washed. I know that’s because of your protocol of using. I’m not sure, swiffer pads. So none of the spots were removed from the floor, the entertainment center in my bedroom was not dusted. Luis did the refrigerator and the patio door window and his expertise shined. I’m not so sure that the refrigerator has looked that good since I bought it 18 Years ago.

They're cleaning techniques are fast, efficient and very comprehensive. Pricing is competitive with most other reputable cleaning services. By far the best cleaning service we have found and had tried quite a few. I would recommend them without hesitation.
