Couldn’t be happier with the service level of Father and Son. We were ready to rip out and replace the carpet in our guest bedrooms. Called F&S and spoke with Jason. He came out with his father and cleaned our carpets, and they look brand new. We discovered they also clean shower tiles (ours was so dirty!) and again they did such a bang up job. Father and Son Flooring went above and beyond! Jason and his son were incredible to work with—friendly, reliable, and truly kind-hearted people. They helped us get my mother-in-law’s Saltillo tile cleaned and sealed just in time for her move into a new townhouse. The price was fair, the work was top-notch, and they even worked around the movers' schedule without hesitation.

But what really stood out was their kindness. Jason’s son helped my mother-in-law put her bed together, and when a dresser turned out to be too big, Jason offered to move it and take it away for her—just out of the goodness of his heart. That level of service is rare.

They’re based right here in Fountain Hills, and we’re proud to support such an honest, local business. Highly recommend!

The team did a great job getting my house tidied up - detailed and hard-working. I was impressed with the calm and attentive demeanor that made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!

On a positive note, the 2 guys were friendly.
The downside - not sure the toilets were scrubbed since there's a toilet ring and the nearly depleted stick-on gel remains. Missed one of 3 tables as to dusting/furniture-oiling in one room. Tops of table dusted but not the lower shelves. Kitchen sink not scrubbed.
Microwave untouched - used paper towel inside; fingerprints still on front door of microwave. Mopped without moving carpets. Bathroom/bedroom trash can lids not dusted. Garbage taken out but garbage can bags not replaced. Just overall a sub-par job.

I can't say enough good things about TidyGuys! I have been a client for exactly a year and they are getting better and better. They work as a team and are super efficient. They are in and out of my home within an hour and a half. They are also very personable and friendly and I feel comfortable with them in my home. They don't seem to mind my two very furry cats and the fluffy tumbleweeds they leave behind! The cleaning products they use are mildly scented and not overpowering and they reach all the nooks and crannies that I never cleaned myself. I LOVE the way my house looks and smells after they leave! My only disappointment is that I can't afford to have them come more often!

My 3 year old Raptor badly needed detailing inside and out including scratches removed and engine compartment cleaned. It now looks virtually brand new! Couldn't be happier with quality, schedule and price.

Wow, I had really been wanting to try these guys for a while. I had them come out to give an estimate, and a day was set. I signed up for a once a week service. About 1.5 weeks ago, I got a call wanting to make sure that I wanted the time selected, and I confirmed that I did. Today I opened email, that they had been trying to reach me, to change times, in which none of them worked. I stated that I might need to another service, and Ross said, it might be a good idea. I couldn't believe it. He replies it sounds like there might be have been some confusion, no not on my side. They had called and confirmed it. At this point, he hung up on me. I had set this appointment in the third week of April...wow. Tidy Guys must think that they have gotten too good for Fountain Hills, and could careless about customer service.

This is the second time I’ve had my house professionally cleaned. The cleaners were extremely efficient and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a detailed, thorough job when it comes to a cleaning.

I was given a four hour estimate of time to deep clean my 2400 sf home at a cost of $500.00. They were in and out inside of two hours. My pot shelves were not dusted, they stood on the bed to dust fans in bedroom, bedroom cabinets were not dusted or wiped down, top of bookcase not dusted and the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down. Very disappointed. It works out to more than $250.00 an hour. Not a good value. Kids comment to husband “ your house is really clean.” Not so much….

From the moment they showed up the level of professionalism and experience was top notch. My car was filthy and they made it look better than brand new and I am almost scared to drive it as I don't want to dirty it at all!

If I could give 6 stars I would and I can't wait to have them back out!

Wow! Tidy Guys cleaned our home yesterday, and it was by far the best cleaning we've ever had done. A team of three bright, energetic young guys cleaned every inch, every nook & cranny. We've used cleaning services for years for our home, but have never experienced a cleaning this thorough. And we love that they use eco-friendly products that leave NO unpleasant chemical after-smell. Tidy Guys are great! They provide their own equipment and supplies (a big plus with me.) Super polite, super professional. And not afraid of a little pet hair - lol. I've been a client for several months now and am very pleased with the work they've done for me. They always show up and at the pre-arranged time, do a very good job and are always so cordial. Win win!!
