We had a water leak coming from inside the wall and seeping out from under the baseboards in our bathroom. We called Prudential Construction in Gilbert, and they were absolutely great to work with. They responded quickly, identified the source of the leak, and handled the repairs efficiently and professionally. Their communication was clear throughout the process, and they left everything clean and finished beautifully. We’re really thankful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with home repairs or water damage.

Thank you for our tournament trophies! They are player favorites!!

Prudential Construction was great to work with. They communicated throughout the process and stayed on schedule. Their pricing was very competitive and the workmanship was professional. I would highly recommend reaching out to them!

I have utilized Prudential for almost 16 years on several projects on my multifamily apartment communities. Christin is quick to respond to all communications and is typically the fastest in providing detailed bids. Her team is always efficient and produces amazing work! From roofing, to welding there is no job they can't do!

In these times it is difficult to find contractors that will do great quality work at a descent price. I have all ways been extremely pleased working with Prudential. Their people are always on site when scheduled and the communication is excellent!

Top notch general contracting. They renovated our entire house two years ago, and I couldn't be happier with their work.
Michael is very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for changes that made a huge difference in the final flow of our home, especially the kitchen (that we moved). Don't be afraid to ask him his vision for your space. He has the experience to tell you what will make your space amazing.
Mark and Chris are great workers on the job: very clean, professional, and efficient. Christin is easy to work with and does a great job managing all the trades and their schedules, and she still has time to answer your questions. Highly recommend them and their work.

Michael, the owner of Prudential is amazing! He works quick and efficient to streamline every commercial construction project. The same projects would have taken months of planning with engineers and architects to get started, but Michael’s vast knowledge of every aspect of the business simplifies and speeds up the process every time!

I loved Prudential! Wow! The team and advice and work was one of a kind. I was able to get real action and real tactical advice unlike any other group I talked to. Thank you Michael. He was genuine and authentic. That was a breath of fresh air especially in this industry. Thank you so much.

We had Prudential work on the remodel of our home in 2022. I'd highly recommend them.

Prudential operates with utmost integrity - I never had to worry if I was being taken advantage of. They are knowledgeable in their field and I could trust that they knew what they were doing. On top of that, they showed up when they said they would show up.

Additionally, the job site was kept very tidy as they cleaned up the mess at the end of each day. I really appreciated this.

I can’t say enough great things about Prudential. They’re a family-oriented team that truly cares about their work and their clients. The quality of their craftsmanship is amazing and every detail is handled with care and precision. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill with genuine integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch construction work!

I have had the pleasure of working with Christin at Prudential Construction on numerous projects over the past ten years in both multi-housing and in my personal home. They are a company with extremely high standards, impeccable customer service, and the attention to detail that often eludes other contractors. The entire team is talented, innovative, honest, and accountable. Simply put, Prudential is always at the top my list when I want things done right...the first time.

We had an amazing experience with Prudential Construction! They did a fantastic job on our room addition at our house, exceeding our expectations in every way. From start to finish, their team was professional, detail oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship. They communicated clearly throughout the process, stayed on schedule. They even cleaned up each day and made sure everything was done right. We couldn’t be happier with the results! If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled construction company, we highly recommend Prudential to anyone.

Prudential, it's a great company professionalism Is awesome. Great people respectful, great to work with. They do a great job. Christin is awesome to work with. Also they have really good pricing. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. Friends and family and any company out there that needs their kind of service.

Prudential did such an amazing transformation of my kitchen! Knocked down load bearing walls and created new, longer supports to open up the rooms. The work they did on the Tuscan arches was flawless with such wide spans. We totally rearranged the kitchen design and it came out absolutely beautiful. They created artificial walls of sturdy plastic to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. They were prompt, courteous, hard-working, and their attention to detail was second to none. Can't say enough good things...

I had an excellent experience with Prudential Construction! I had an old style 1974 kitchen with popcorn ceilings and everything. Mike helped me come up with some design ideas. They were insightful with the coloring and how to get me more room in the kitchen. Kristen made sure everything stayed on time and communicated any change that came up! I’d strongly recommend them!

Mike and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and very diverse in their skill set. I met with other contractors to complete my projects and Prudential was a one stop shop. Happy with my decision to use them on several projects around my house and they will continue to be my go to.

Mike and Prudential were great to work with! We sat down and had a big picture vision but as my ideas changed they were able to adjust on the fly and accommodate our wishes. They did a buildout for us and we’re coming up on 10 years- all the work they did has been great!
