The project manager, Kristen, met me at the residence and thoroughly walked the house while asking questions and providing design suggestions that I hadn't thought of. You could definitely tell she knew her stuff.

Once demo began, the project moved along seamlessly. Michael, who I believe is the owner, stopped by on several occasions to ensure the job was progressing as promised. The project was completed on time and stayed within the promised budget. I couldn't be more happy with the workmanship and professionalism that Prudential provided. I have recommended Prudential to many others and continue to hear how happy they have been with their quality of work.

these guys replaced part of our walkway and added a small broom finish landing near the back door. Hired them to pour a pad for a basketball hoop and they made sure it was perfectly level, no tilt and exactly square. Measurements were checked more than once and they also advised on curing time which I really appreciated since I’d never done this before. They didn’t leave any trash or scrap behind either which shows good work ethic.

We had a stamped patio put in over the summer. these guys were very knowledgable about different pattern options. We chose an ashlar slate and they colored the mix with a charcoal pigment. Came out real nice. They explained how to seal it and even left behind some extra product for touch-ups. They were polite and didn’t leave a mess.

Got my carport slab redone and they did a proper job. It was a bit messy the first day with the old concrete removal, but they cleaned up the site fully by the end. The final finish is flat, no standing water. I asked for a slightly smoother finish and they delivered. Would call them again for future jobs, no doubt.

Exact Construction and Restoration did a fabulous job rebuilding my parents' Arizona room! They had sewage overflow from the toilet. After the necessary demolition was done, Krystal, the estimator, got an estimate to us quickly, made changes we requested immediately, and checked in with us regularly until the work was completed. Craig, the project manager, took changes in scope in stride, kept us informed of next steps, and was always cheerful and friendly. Madison, in customer service, ensured we were satisfied with progress and got answers to any and all questions. Madison, Krystal, and Craig were delightful to work with! For a variety of reasons, we needed the job finished by a certain date; miracle of miracles, Exact pulled it off!

This restoration company is amazing. Came out on a Sunday for an emergency visit and has always worked around my crazy work schedule to provide excellent service. They also show such kindness and compassion for the situation in which this damage occurred. Mitch was my manager and was absolutely amazing in explaining everything and working with me so well. Jeremy is the first person to come out and did the work to mitigate the water damage. He was amazing and even sent updates to me regularly while I was at work including pictures so I was always in the loop. Would absolutely recommend working with this company :)

Jason the guy who was assigned to lead the construction at my property was very professional and accurate with his timeline to finish the project.
His group of people assigned to do my floor, kitchen, painting etc did an EXCELLENT job to restore my place to look better than it was before the water damage.

Exact is amazing. I have had to use them a few times now.
Most recently, we had a slab leak scare (luckily it wasn't!) and Jeremy Santa Cruz came over within minutes of my call and did a full sweep of the house looking for any potential water sources. Checking for moisture in every single place we could have issues and recorded it all just in case we had to involve insurance. I couldn't ask for a better company that cares about their customers!
