Constraction reviews in Gilbert, Arizona

Extremely grateful for Sherden and Exact Construction! We had a leak from our toilet and they came in quickly removed the floors, and treated our floors. They left the fans overnight and throughout the following day to ensure no moisture was leftover. Sherden is very friendly and answers all your questions in a way you understand. Would recommend this company to anyone in need!

Exact Construction and Restoration LLC did a great job restoring our home after water damage. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Krystal and Bruce for their excellent work, clear communication, and attention to detail. They handled everything efficiently and treated our home with care. Highly recommend Exact Construction and Restoration LLC for quality and reliable restoration services.

My house sustained considerable damage from a waterline break. I hired Exact Construction and restoration to come in and manage the entire reconstruction process. They also assisted in coordinating the removal of household items. They did an outstanding job of managing the process and completing the work. Reed kept me informed And worked with my mortgage company. Lucas did a great job of coordinating with my insurance company and Jason did a phenomenal job of completing the work. Between them, the entire process was seamless and relieved the burden. Communication was excellent.I strongly suggest this company for anybody looking for an honest, straightforward, and professional company.

Really good construction company with a good man as the owner, they deliver what they promise and take the extra step to please the customer!

Quality work.

I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Fast, professional and on time every time.

Quick to get back to me. Professional, quick and I was impressed with the work.

Hello do you guys have a website? If not I would love to build one to fit your criteria and all forms of work offered! I see you guys have excellent ratings and great reviews but no site for customers to see work, opportunities, culture, back story, and so much more that makes your company a better business!

Clay and the crew were amazing. The patio they installed is awesome. Great team! We look forward to using them on our next project.

This is the 3rd time I have used gusto for one of my remodel projects. quality work, responsive, and very experienced. Between clay and his father who also works with gusto they have over 70 + years of experience.
The quality of the work speaks for itself.
I will be a lifelong customer of gusto.

Quality work. Very responsive. I know he had a few other jobs he was trying to finish while getting mine started but kept in contact every step of the way. Absolutely worth the wait to have him do the job correctly as opposed to having somebody who could start right away but ruin the entire project. His work was absolutely worth the one or two week wait.

Clay was wonderful to work with. We had damaged roof trusses and he repaired quickly and for a reasonable price. Thank you Clay, for going in our attic in 116 degree Arizona weather. You are a true professional.

Clay the owner was absolutely amazing, he was very knowledgeable, his expertise was unparalleled.
The quality of his work speaks volumes for his experience.
The men he had working with him on my room addition, we’re his family members. So it was a nice change of pace seeing family work so seamlessly.
Thank you for everything you guys did for us!
Will continue to use gusto in the future.

Always a professional interaction with this company. They are fair on pricing and do quality work.

Sonny and his crew did a fantastic job!!

Very happy with both bathroom remodels!!

Best in the business! Would highly recommend SS construction to anyone looking for a great company.

Sony completed a large scale painting job at our commercial HOA complex. His work was professional and well done. We won’t hesitate to use his company again in the future.

If you’re looking for a General Contracting team who go above and beyond look no further, Sonny and Sean are your guys. Their customer service and workmanship is top-notch. I own a mold remediation company and we bring Sonny and Sean in for our rebuilds. They are the only GC team that we trust will provide the high level of service that we provide to our clients!!

I hired SSC for a complete buildout of my pharmacy and couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, attentive to my changes along the way, and all the work was very high quality which is hard to find. They understood the scope and requirements of the medical space to keep the build compliant with industry standards and assisted there when we needed it. In the end, we have a beautiful, functional layout. I highly recommend SSC for any commercial projects or tenant improvements. Truly exceeded my expectations!!
