Constraction reviews in Gilbert, Arizona

We contracted with SS Construction for a mailbox enclosure project in Troon and SS Construction did an excellent job. They were timely, organized, work was excellent, project area was maintained well, and any issues afterword were promptly addressed. Would highly recommend!

Sonny was great to work with, he was extremely great with communication, I did this entire demolition of every piece of gypsum board and item in my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We did this remote I was in California and he of course was in Arizona. It was seamless. The only difficult part was dealing with the HOA and unfortunately almost all of fell on Sonny' shoulders. He had my back 100% of the way.
He also kept me up to date with pictures and videos
I can not say enough great things about Sonny

SS Construction redid our 2 bathroom showers are we are very happy with the results!
We will use SS Construction for future renovations in our home.

I’ve worked with SS Construction on several remodels, including both a rental property and our primary residence. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and they consistently deliver high-quality work. Whether it’s a large-scale renovation or a smaller project, SS Construction has always exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and detail-oriented general contractor.

Our HOA has used SS Construction for many projects and they always do an excellent job. Great ideas, quality work, and communication throughout the process. They excel at thinking outside the box on complicated projects and we've called on them many times. Highly recommend.

The crew was wonderful. Bid was fair and work completed on budget and on time. The master bath is everything we wanted. Highly recommend these guys. When we remodel the pool area they will be our first choice. Thank you.

I’m on a Board at an association complex located in Old Town Scottsdale. We have involved SS Construction in projects ranging from surface work, building structure, retaining walls to water main work. The follow through on all aspects of any job was up and beyond my previous experience I have had with other contractors. The integrity and professionalism SS Construction brings to a job is just hard to find these days. I can contest to this… Integrity Guaranteed - Quality Expected

The entire SSC team has made my new restaurant buildout easy from the start! They are punctual, very communicative and I truly believe they have my best interest in mind throughout the entire project. Highly recommend and I will be using them for all of my future projects. Thank you!

SS Construction did an amazing job on our small remodel! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough good things about SS Construction! They replaced our drywall, insulation, and flooring, and the job was completed in just two days—so fast! The team was incredibly efficient, and the quality of their work was top-notch. What impressed us the most was how clean and tidy they left our home. It was like they were never there, aside from the beautiful work they did. Their pricing was very fair for the level of expertise and speed they provided. It’s clear they can handle any job, big or small. We’re extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend SS Construction to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality contractors. Five stars all the way!

My home in McCormick Ranch needed stucco patching and a full exterior repaint. SS Construction, especially Sean, listened to my concerns, guided me through the decision-making, expertly prepped everything, and left the house with a flawless finish. They were punctual and professional. I will definitely use them for future projects. Highly recommend!!

SS Construction handled our master bath renovation with quality work and phenomenal results. They stayed on schedule, on budget, and made the process much smoother than we expected. Excellent communication and customer service. Top-tier, 5 Star, local contractor!

We just moved from New York to Arizona and needed a big project done: blowing out a wall (then rebuilding to add more space) and creating a custom fireplace with a wood mantle. Sonny and Sean were absolute pros from start to finish. They showed up on time, communicated every step of the way, asked smart questions, and gave great advice when needed. They finished in under the time they originally planned, without cutting corners. The result is stunning, and they made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend these guys if you want reliable contractors who actually deliver!

My home/patio renovation was just completed and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Sonny was professional, patient, communicative and helped bring my visions to life. In addition, the crew always showed up on time and provided regular updates to all my questions. The final results are beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you again so much for making a highly stressful renovation so smooth and gorgeous!

We had a mold issue in our condo and called SS Construction for help. They came out quickly and were absolutely awesome. Sonny was the best to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend SS Construction for anyone needing reliable, top-quality service!

Sonny is wonderful! He shows up on time, he’s honest and provides great insight. He really listened to what I wanted to achieve with my paint and drywall. I will be contacting him soon for some remodeling and will definitely refer his company to anyone I know looking for good honest work!

Xtreme Construction remodeled my kitchen, bar and bathroom shower/tub. Their contractors are prompt, reliable and professional. I felt the quality of the work was outstanding! Gracie was fun to work with and had some great ideas for decor. I’ll use them again.

Thank you for the gorgeous kitchen and bath remodel. You guys are so talented and professional.

Have been working with Kim and the family for a while now and referred several people their way. Each very pleased with their professionalism, quality of work and eagerness to get it done as quickly as possible. I'll continue to keep referring and sending friends and family their way!

Worst decision ever! If you want a contractor that will take months to do some simple renovations, send sub-contractors who continually do poor quality work and when you complain, the contractor just blames the subs... then go with Xtreme. They showed little sympathy for months of stress and the continual rescheduling of work as they attempted to get it right, not to mention living in a mess.

Filed a complaint with the ROC and their investigation found several violations of AZ state work quality standards. We had to hire another contractor to finish their project.

I would love to see the other reviews on here verified. They are the reason we hired them.

I post this as a warning to others.

UPDATE: The business response proves my point. They refuse to take responsibility for anything. Everything is someone else's fault and now they are defending themselves with lies. The response is un-truthful.

**** Ultimately, all of the violations of ROC workmanship rules speak for themselves ****
