This company was amazing to work with. Michael is very was fantastic to work with and made our yard a place where my granddaughter can play now. They are now the only ones I will call for my yard work.

I chose to get yard services through landscaping ideas az because of their thoroughness and great work. We did a bid for a cleanup and weed management for a great price and we will be using their services more often. They are very nice people and always show up when they say they will. I am very pleased with their service.

I originally gave five stars because Michael does great work. But I'm forced to lower that because the problem has consistently been getting him to show up, without a reminder.
We originally set up a schedule for once a month on the 4th Friday.
The first month or two went okay. But since then, he has yet to show up on that schedule day, if at all.
A week early, a week late, and always with an excuse.
This time a no-show for over a month.
It's disappointing. Like I said, he does great work. When he shows up.
But now I can't even get a hold of anyone there. So unfortunately I now need to find somebody more reliable.

Great company, they do awesome work.

Really good construction company with a good man as the owner, they deliver what they promise and take the extra step to please the customer!

There are no surprises. They value efficiency and stick to their timelines. In fact they are finishing our project earlier than was planned. We have felt seen and heard throughout the process. They have gone out of their way to support us. Couldn't recommend them more!

They are extremely expensive. It would be cheaper to take a welding class and build your own fence . Which is what I did

Called & set up an appointment for a quote - they were a no-show. No attempt at communication was made on their end.

Had an appointment for a quote for new fencing. He never showed up or called. Didn't answer my text. Sent my calls to voicemail. Don't waste your time.

Would not give any stars if possible. Scheduled appointment for quote on fence this past Friday. Representative did not show at agreed upon time and did not respond to e-mail or answer phone. Purchased property and needed fence quote. Was dependent on appointment as my time was limited. Would not recommend for any type of service.

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.

Ordered carpet for 2 bedrooms and it was a great experience from ordering to installation. Fair price and great service. The installers were excellent as well

We ordered carpet to be installed in 2 bedrooms and a large game room. Price and process were good. The retail associate in the store was good but knew we wanted the first available time to get measured and expedite the install. To our disappointment the measure team couldn’t get out to our home for 4 days. To complicate matters when the day came to do the measure, we waited around all day only to find out the associate made a honest mistake and scheduled it for the FOLLOWING week, 10 days out from the time we committed to going with Home Depot. While this part of the experience was less than 5 stars, the contractor who did the measure and the install team from Western States Flooring were spectacular. The team at Western States were on top of it and even called 3 days before the scheduled install to let us know they had a cancellation and could install earlier than planned. Overall a 4 star experience and with some additional training with the store associates, I’m sure Home Depot can improve the overall customer experience.

Western States Flooring was on time and explained everything they were going to do. Our carpet and pad works great. They were courteous and knowledgable. Both rooms
looked so good. Thank you!
