Ryan helped me with a quick turnaround install of in-floor outlets in the middle of a flooring project. Timeline was tight and it involved multiple steps/visits and additional contractors that he provided (concrete cut, fill and finish). It all worked out very well after the previous company failed to show up. I absolutley plan to use Firefly and Ryan again.

Reached out on Yelp to have some recessed lighting installed. They responded quickly to messages, scheduled the work quickly, showed up on time and did a great job at a fair price. Will definitely use them again for electrical work.

Ryan did a great job getting me out of a bind. When my landscaper accidentally hit my pool timer while cleaning up sparks flew, and the timer stopped work. Had to pull the breaker. Wires were loose and had been burnt through. Ryan was able to come out to view the damage quickly, gave me a fair price & estimate, and got the work done in impressive time. As a bonus, my pool light works again! Cheers, and will be recommending Firefly for future work and to friends & family.

They did the door knock and in home sale for my sun solar on my house I found that Troy was not as up standing as I believed The person who originally set up an appointment with me for solar who had Troy come with her to are meeting. He didn’t give her her commission for me signing up and I had many problems getting him to follow through with his commitment to doing out door lights But I was very happy with Sun solar company who put the solar on my house

We have an older home that needed some electrical repairs. We used Firefly once before to install some fixtures, called them again based on that experience. From the estimate to the work being performed these guys are top notch. Want a no nonsense, efficient estimate done? Ryan is your guy. Totally confident, cuts right to the point and works up a figure without any waste of time. Doesn’t try to “sell” you and the prices are realistic. Want some quality, professional electrical work done? Diontae is your guy. He’s professional and courteous and the workmanship is outstanding. We won’t use another electrician at our house at this point. Thank you guys!

Outlets and lights went out in our master bath just before Easter weekend. Not a big deal for me since I’m bald/bearded and know where things are but my wife was quite unhappy. Firefly had a technician at our home Monday and quickly fixed it. Very happy with their quality work and professional service, will use them again.

I give Firefly Electric my highest recommendation. I am in the process of remodeling my 1997 built home theater addition. We needed a new electrician on short notice and Firefly Electric schedule us quickly and perform the work admirably. There was quite a bit of work involved and it took several electricians one and a half days to complete the work. Now that the electric dedicated outlets are done (19) my Home Theater integrator can get going on the rest of my theater remodel which involves a 11.4.12 speaker system with a 14’ wide screen and projector. And each of the three electricians responding were great to talk to and answer questions. And Ryan is scheduling some additional electrical work to install a new dedicated power panel (previously located on the outside of my home) to the attic above and behind my theater So that the electrical wire runs are much shorter With even less noise and better audio than before. To see that I am very impressed with their company and work is a total understatement.

Chad arrived early, which was good with me, and proceeded to work nonstop until he was finished (about 5 hours). He installed lighting, an exhaust fan, and a couple of new outlets for my bathroom remodel. Spent some time in the attic when it was nearing 100 degrees outside. Very pleased with the work. I’ll be using Firefly again.

Had these guys come out to do a home Tesla charger install in my garage. Service was excellent and prompt. Ryan did the estimate, and Trevor did the install. Both were very professional, and the estimate was accurate to what they charged. Would highly recommend this company.

Extremely responsive from the initial request to quote. Ryan was efficient and communicated clearly around the job and cost. The quote came thru the same day. Hillary did a great job of scheduling. Dionte arrived early. Did the job quickly and cleaned up. No mess at all. He was extremely polite. I would highly recommend Firefly.

So very happy I used Firefly Electric. Ryan was get to deal with when he came over to evaluate what I wanted and then his staff, Hillary and Diontae and Diontae’s helper were outstanding. Firefly Electric is an awesome company, and I would 100% use them again for future projects. Chad compelted the work at our house and he was very helpful. He explained everything he was doing and provided a nice overview of our lighting options. Chad's installation of the recessed lights were awesome too. Completely changed the look of our kitchen and dining space. Very pleased with service and end result!

Not happy with this company at all. The electrician that came to service us was ill prepared, didn't call to inform us he would be late. We needed lights changed out and the ring app wired. This job has taken three days to do. This is classic case of poor work ethics and professionalism. It's Saturday and I tried calling to see where is the electrician, and why he isn't here. The company is closed Saturday. So I say, " why did the electrician say he would come back Saturday"? I regret using this company. I do not recommend them at all.

Have used Firefly on a couple of occasions now and they always provide excellent service at a good and fair price. Chad was the electrician on this job and he took the time to do the job right. He was careful and conscientious about not banging the ladder into shelves or walls and he made sure the area was clean and all boxes, etc removed at the end of the install. Will definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Firefly! From the moment Autumn answered the phone I felt like I was going to be taken care of. They were booked but found time to squeeze me in! Service was great! Timing was great! I will use them over and over again and refer them to all 350 agents we have here in our center!!!

Autumn was so helpful this morning and getting an appointment for us right away. Gabe came out to inspect the issue and quickly resolved the problem! He gave me some tips on how to manage future electrical issues. We are very appreciative of the excellent service!

I love firefly electric!!! I own a 90 year old home so the electrical can be… interesting at times. I’ve called firefly electric for several projects now and have been satisfied every time. Ryan and Trevor obviously know what they’re doing. They advised me on the work I needed done to keep my home safe but didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary projects or charge an arm and a leg. I was shown before and after pictures of the work done in my attic to remove the fire hazards that were present. There was no way I was climbing up there to check myself… now I have peace of mind. Plus Autumn makes scheduling easy and their availability is pretty good so you aren’t waiting weeks for an estimate or for work to start.

Firefly is the best! From scheduling to service the entire staff goes above and beyond. I had to reschedule a few times and they were super nice about it. Then they sent Trevor-who I shall now refer to as god of electric! He fixed everything that needed fixing, answered every stupid question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything when finished. Highly Recommend giving them a call if you’re looking for stellar customer service.

I cannot praise Firefly enough. From making the first contact on the phone (Autumn is great, very nice to speak with), to the free estimate by the owner (thanks Ryan) to the actual project work: everything was outstanding. Very special thanks to Trevor and Eleazor who performed the work. Excellent knowledge and very pleasant to talk with, I enjoyed the whole project time with them. They even cleaned up with a vacuum afterwards, even though they didn't make a mess to begin with. Will always use Firefly from now one.

The company is good. First, their pricing was way better than any other company. The guy who finished the work, Diontae, was fantastic. My only complaint was that they rescheduled me twice and the job ended up taking a month to complete. They first scheduled me and then called me two days before and told me they accidentally scheduled me on that techs day off. This pushed it back a week, then for the second appointment they called me and said they were running late and had to push it back another week but would come and do part of the job. The third time, one month after they quoted the job, they came and finished. If it wasn't for the delay I would rate a 5. Again, pricing was the best. I had them install 4 recessed lights, replace 6 outlets (that includes adding new ones), and swap out all the light switches. I would recommend this company.
