Great service from Johnson Power. Pops was able to troubleshoot our electrical issue, and got everything working again! He also sat down with me and recommended things without being pushy. Highly recommend.

I reached out to Johnson Power Solutions for the installation of my Tesla charger. From the moment I spoke to them I felt comfortable with the company and confident I would get a quality service. I was not disappointed. I went back and forth before deciding on exactly how the project should go. They were patient and answered all of my questions. Once I gave approval for the project, they were quick to schedule and communicated all through the process. Steven arrived at our house on time and walked us through each step. He was quickly joined by several others who made quick work of installing my charger. It went exactly how they said and they even gave me tips for saving money and how to use the charger effectively. I would not hesitate to hire Johnson Power Solutions again. The quality of work is incredible and I am now reaping the benefits of having a charging station in my house. I've suddenly arrived into the 21st century.

Jason from Johnson Power and Air arrived within 20 minutes of my service request. He was extremely professional and resolved the issue promptly. I’ve used Johnson Power and Air in the past and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them for their reliability and excellent service.

Johnson Power and Air have done work on our house on two different occasions and did an amazing job on both! Their quotes are reasonable, they respond quickly, and complete quality work. The second job they did took less time than they thought so the price was actually below the quote. We will continue working with them!

JPS is a great company to handle electrical needs. We had a line run from the inside of the house to the outside for a BBQ grill and pergola lights. The guys who did the work were great; arrived on time, worked efficiently and effectively and did great work. Really nice workers! We will be using JPS for future electrical jobs.

Fantastic service by Spencer! Replaced our very obnoxious and loud bathroom exhaust fan. Professional and timely.

We were referred to Johnson Power and Air for varied electrical work we needed at our home, and what a great recommendation! Kristen, who handled our calls and scheduling is friendly and efficient. Jason, aka "Pops", was on time, super knowledgeable, easy to work with and got the needed jobs done. It is clear that he has a ton of experience and thinks things through to troubleshoot. They are now our go-to electrician company with their expertise and fair pricing.

They came when they said they would and knew exactly what was needed. They were able to get my AC unit back and running within minutes after arriving. The price was very reasonable and I’m back in the cool again.

Johnson Power and Air came to my rescue after many electrical contractors would not. I was going through a renovation and the previous contractors made a mess of things so I needed to have many things redone. the redo meant meant removing builtin appliances and correcting the electrical wiring that was done sub par.Steven was professional, personable and meticulous. I will certainly recommend and use Johnson Power and Air again. They will be the first call.

Great service, starting with the initial phone call to schedule service. Very professional and respectful. The technician showed up on time, listened to my description of the problem, and knew right away what it was. Did not waste my time pretending to look elsewhere. He went straight to the source and fixed it in minutes. They say knowledge is power, and these guys know what they are doing. Thank you, guys.

Excellent service installing 2 car charging lines. Creative approach helped in optimal positioning of outlets. One car charges in front the other in back.

These guys were great and are full service. They have helped us with wiring a remodel, rewiring our laundry room from downstairs to upstairs. They installed a level 2 EV charger, wired a new circuit to our gazebo, and installed 2 full AC Units at our house. Everything was done great and professional. We have had them back multiple times

Best Electrician EVER! I have used Johnson Power and Air for years now on all my construction projects. They are efficient, professional, and on time. Pricing is always very fair, work is excellent, and you won't meet a nicer person than Jacob.

This company was great and my technician, Spencer was knowlegeable, professional and solved a big problem that another contractor was unable to. He solved it with not a lot of money which was a relief. I highly recommend them.

Kristin was very nice. However, Jason was not as knowledgeable, nor professional as I had hoped. I have been dreading having to write this, but maybe it will help other single women before they employ this business. The entire visit was a nightmare starting with his arrival. I have a security screen door. Instead of knocking or ringing the bell, Jason decided to yell, announcing his arrival. Did not wipe his feet. I went over what my concerns were and wanted done for the inspection. He kept walking by outlets and needed them pointed out to test. He also tested outlets that had surge protectors without removing everything plugged in. Can lights- asked him how to safely replace. He response was for a different type. We had just been in the house observing the flickering. He should have noticed what type they were and what was required to replace them. The whole visit was like pulling eye teeth. He went to the garage to check in the attic after I showed him the access point in the pantry. Didn't put my ladder back where he found it. Wanted to move a storage closet to check for an outlet behind it instead of using a flashlight. And best of all, he hit me. So hard in fact, that my arm still stung after 10 min. Under no circumstances is it 'ok' to hit a customer, let alone, a woman. He gave an I'm sorry, 'but' Which means he wasn't. Apparently, he thought I was going to touch the uncover electrical box. Hey, why not say something like be careful, blah, blah, blah. I was reaching for a cobweb. He way over tightened the screws in the box. I guess it's possible that he has been doing this for almost 30 yrs. Lots of people stay with the same job even though they are not good at it. I also didn't care for him barking at me to 'get the door'. I had offered to hold the door while he was carrying the ladder in. I was going to hold it for him otw out. "Get the Door". Wow. I doubt you get much return business after Jason has gone on a call. If you're looking to keep "Pops" busy, many the warehouse would be a better fit. Needless to say, there will be no return visit. His hands and odor also indicated he is not in the habit of showering. Sorry Kristin, but this experience had to be put out there.
