Completely destroying the Verrado community landscaping.

The neighborhood right next to me uses this company to landscape our shared street. Two of their employees catcalled me today while I was just trying to walk my dog. Very unprofessional.

i havent had the misfortune of doing business with these people, but i cant tell you how many times ive seen you guys park like absolute narcs in front of other businesses. this dude i just saw is literally all up on the curb with nobody else in the lot. do you hire anyone that has a drivers license or self respect?

Our HOA landscapers in Mesa 85205. Courteous and friendly people who work very hard to get job done. Neighborhood looks well kept and maintained to best of their ability. We really like them here. Thank you.

Wouldn't recommend them just from their driving. This person sped and cut me off doing about 50 in a school zone with kids present. Tells me all I need to know about the people they hire.

These guys are lazy. They come and blow their clippings and dirt into my backyard and garage. What terrible work ethic and lack of respect.

Absolutely horrible. As a parent I witnessed them moving with tractors on school playground during recess!

They would not listen to any teacher asking them to go away as it's not safe for the littles.
My child has asthma. They were blowing dirt all over and operating equipment right by the kids. I will be notifying the school and district! Gross and careless behavior

Caution, This company lacks follow through. We hired them to trim our palo verde tree and they never showed up. They were even to busy to send a courtesy message letting us know they couldn't. When we asked when they could return they simply said they were busy. They must have too much work to handle, I recommend going elsewhere for your groundskeeping needs.

Brightview bought out our old landscapers that took care of my commercial building. We now get a smaller crew for less time than we got with the old company. The account manager also has bad follow through and half the times doesn't reply to my emails.

They like to skip holiday weeks. I understand that it's hard to get to all of your accounts in less time but I didn't see them for 12 days and it showed. The billing was also not adjusted because we're billed for monthly service and not per visit.

Additionally it took them nearly 6 week to stake up a tree that was falling over. I asked the account manager via email twice as well as the crews that came out the next several weeks. The solution they came up with was to prop up the tree with a brick.

At this point I'm fed up and dread the days they come. Im currently getting proposals to switch companies.

I am so relieved my neighborhood is terminating the contact with this terrible company.

-They do not know how to cut bushes, trees or anything for that matter growing from the ground.
-They do not clean up their mess once trimming. They just leave it there and figure that either the wind will take it or someone else will clean it.
-When you ask them to clean up their mess, they will pick up a few leafs and then head out.

Note to whoever runs this place-hire quality workers or just shut this operation down. Your company is a menace to society and all plants for that matter.

They park in bike lanes like they are the law. Sorry but you are violating a state statute and need to know this. When confronting them they become verbally aggressive and tell me to walk away like they are the law. No concern for bike safety what so ever . Next HOA meeting that comes I will push to not rehire them. It’s not a matter of nowhere to park, there are plenty of places that they can park. They just don’t want to walk an extra 5 feet. As for their work, they leave messes everywhere.

My kids and I were crossing in the crosswalk at Power and Germann and one of their trucks ILLEGALLY turned into crosswalk and would have hit my son if he didn’t stop. NOT OK!

Saw these guys go out of there way to clean up some hazardous glass in the middle of the intersection on Cooper and Chandler Heights. Thanks for taking care of Gilbert!

Had one of your trucks at 9am this morning absolutely tearing through an active school zone. What the hell? I see other reviews here about your drivers, maybe an investigation needs opened? Either way, someone is going to get killed with idiots doing this.

What a lazy, irresponsible landscape company.
I live next to a property BrightView manages for Sonoma Ranch’s HOA.
They spray weeds next to our farm animals when it’s windy, and today they dumped loads of dirt - they just lifted the bed and drove fast.
When the driver realized I was not happy, he came back with more dirt and did a donut behind my house with the bed lifted and dirt flying.
Lazy, irresponsible, and they don’t seem to know that Gilbert and Maricopa County have dust ordinances!!

Subpar quality ethnic amenities, excessive debris in the bike path and streets resulting from inadequate maintenance, and neglect of our community lake, evident in the presence of dead leaves and grass. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable and unprofessional. It is perplexing to comprehend how a large corporation with stock ownership can justify the substandard quality of work performed. I am disappointed in this company and their inferior workmanship. Upon completion, the community still appears neglected.
Please dont hire this company.

When there's somebody behind you, you do not make them wait for you to reverse into a parking spot. Learn the rules of the road. Your horrible employees are giving a bad name for your company.

I witnessed extremely unsafe behavior from one of this company’s workers at Vista Allegre park. The employee drove a mower directly toward two women on the sidewalk without slowing down or giving them space, even following behind. It looked aggressive and careless, and the women had to move out of the way. This is unacceptable for a company working in public areas.

I have used this company for years and love them! I would highly recommend them as landscapers.

Very shady company and owner. When they actually do their job, they do a HORRIBLE job. Beware!

Guy who posed as owner, was driving work truck all over the road and almost ran a vehicle off. If this is to show how the company is run, then I will refuse to use them.
