Copper State Home and Outdoor Co did such an amazing job on my backyard. It was all rock until now. They are very professional and affordable, I highly recommend.

I reached out to Copper State Home and Outdoor Co. after seeing an ad on Instagram. Shawn gave me a call within minutes and got me on the calendar to get us a quote on our new build backyard.

Shawn was excellent with working with our somewhat limited budget and his team produced an awesome space for my family. The entire project took 2 days. His team was polite, professional, and made sure to try and not disturb our newborn baby’s naps.

I have more planned for our house and will surely use Copper State in the future!

Shawn came by my home to notify me about his workers doing my neighbor yard and excuse the extra vehicles on the road.

I asked him if he could quote me a yard and made an appointment to discuss more.

He came by at my best convenience and helped me with not just my back yard but installing solar panels.

The process was smooth and easy. The panels installed in just one day and the back yard was done in such a short time, i was expecting at least a week.

Him and his workers are very professional and respectful. All great communication with me and check ups.

Shawn came over and went over the process of what we envisioned. He gave us options, samples to look at and we signed! He took our vision and transformed our backyard. Quality, detailed, very professional, creative, knowledgeable, are a few words that describe Shawn and the team. I'd give ten stars if that was an option. Highly recommend! So here is my experience. Before coming across Copper State Home and Outdoor Co. I reached out to 2 other company prior to get my backyard done. The first company that I reached out to came 20mins late and when trying to get my idea out my Brain, I got not help with how things will look and go (which I needed since I’m new to this). Second company I reached out to didn’t even show up, when I reached out to them they told me they didn’t have me scheduled for anything but I had text messages that shows it. Then while using th restroom I stubble across Copper State Instagram with Shawn talking about a project he just did. So I told myself let’s reach out and see what happens. Not even 5min after submitting my request to a call, I got a call from Shawn. Fast forward to a few days later he shows up 15mins early. After walking him through my little ideas that I had, he marked it out and then ran me through a few different ideas. During this process we started getting very little light and it started to rain a bit. Did any of that stop him? No Shawn continued to draw out the ideas with me. We finally got finished with that and then he showed me what it would looked like in a 3d model. Fast forward a few weeks later incoming the installers who also knock it out the park. Just wanted to share my experience.

Love this store and the atmosphere is always clean and associates great.

I parked in the nearest handicapped parking spot right outside of the garden center. I have a legal placard due to mobility issues. There was a Walmart employee at the gates. He pointed me to the garden soil. When I went back to him to ask where the check out was he said “Sorry, you are going to have to walk all the way to the inside of the store because these registers are down. He literally was doing nothing but standing at the gates. He didn’t offer a cart or assistance. I left my item and drove away. If you can’t check out at the garden center perhaps they should close the gates and give him another job where he would actually be doing something

I was looking to get my backyard redesigned, that's when I came across Sanctuary Landscape. They were very accommodating and patient with answering any questions I had. The final product was amazing and I greatly recommend Sanctuary Landscape.

We started our new build in 2020. Sanctuary came recommended by Presidential Pools, whom I highly recommend, and so hence Sanctuary was hired. Sanctuary began the ramada, grill, pergola, fire pit, and travertine pavers back in November 2021. It is now the end of July and they have completed the grill, countertop, and pavers - but the ramada and the pergola and fire pit have are not completed. It has been where they show up two days out of the month and work but then go completely MIA for the rest of the month. Our builder has called them, emailed them, and repeatedly tried to get a date on WHEN they will be completing the job… to absolute no avail. They were paid half the job initially and in March we kept asking and asking when will they be completed. They said they would not come back unless we paid in full. We said we wouldn’t pay in full unless they actually came back. Finally, they said they guarantee everything would be completed, so in April we paid them in full for the job. It is now end of July and still they are not done with the job, STILL only showing up 2 days then MIA for the rest of the month. It has been an awful experience to say the least! If my life depended on it, I would never work with sanctuary again… because either way I’d be dead before they actually complete the job.

I used Sanctuary in tandem with Presidential pools. Their workers were extremely courteous super fast and addressed any issues after installation immediately. Want to give major kudos to Daniel and his team. Collin thank you for working with me on picking out the right plants and trees I wanted. Thank you all

We had our pool built through presidential pools and this is the landscaping company that they partner with, so we were held hostage with this company. By far a complete nightmare. If you are considering this company to use for your project, please keep looking. Not sure how this company stays in business and not sure why presidential attaches there name with there’s. Maybe that’s how they stay in business. Email me if you want to hear about my experience but I would highly recommended that you keep looking.

If I could put negative stars I would. I Had a pool built by Presidential pools. They are great. However. We did some additional work with our pavers that was installed by Sanctuary, the subcontractor. . Our contractor said the original work wasn’t done properly. So I called. And called and called. Presidential referred me directly to Sanctuary. 6 months later. Yes. 6 months. They came out to “correct” the problem. The issue was they did not put the sand down after laying the pavers. Huge gaps and sent photos etc. So we leave for vacation assuming the problem was going to be corrected while we were gone. Oh they put sand down.... BEACH sand. NOT the polymeric sand that should’ve been used. Like we are dumb or something. It was a big middle finger to us from them making them come out and correct the problem. Needless to say I did not have them come back to fix it. Didn’t want any more damage done. They are horrible. Do not use them.

Sanctuary did all my landscaping, travertine and pergola. They did an amazing job. CJ, my sales manager, is the best. He was very communicative, set expectations and delivered. They made my back yard beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.
