I have no idea whether they do good work or not...they were MIA for our scheduled consult time. Completely forgot about me. I called to see where he was...not even close to my house. Moving on for sure.

Sundial suggested and planted a variety of new plants for me, installed pavers and extended my irrigation system. The cost was very reasonable and they showed up right when they said they would. They were here most of the day and were hard at work the entire time. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be using Sundial for any and all my future landscaping needs. Highly recommended!

Once the work was underway it went quick and on the surface looks great. What was disappointing was they left a pile of dirt and several sprinklers were quit working after 2 days. The company is totally MIA and have never returned.

I went with sundial not because they were the lowest price but because I expected high quality work. I was disappointed over and over again. I still have a plant they said they were going to replace and a leaky line they were supposed to fix.
Project was $5k and took a day to finish. My calls have been ignored, promises to come back out to fix the issues and haven't, wrong plants installed, 6 weeks later then expected to do it.

So far I have only received a bid, but I contacted Michael on the weekend and he showed up right on time Monday morning. His prices seemed fair. I will update after I work with him.

I called Michael on December 20th to have him come over and give us a quote on our landscape project. He never returned my call. Finally, he called after the first of the year and set up an appointment to come over on Tuesday, January 18th. He never showed up. Extremely poor customer service. They lost a potential customer.

Although my original review was positive I would like to make others aware this company has no follow through. Michael made promises of helping us with any problems that would arise and he has not done that in a timely fashion or not at all. Part of our system broke and it took a week for him to come. I don’t feel like his guarantee is worth anything because he does not respond to our calls or texts. Our grass looks as bad as it did $10,000 ago😬

Absolutely the worst landscaper ever!!! DO NOT USE! Michael is nothing but a crook. We hired him based on a recommendation from Pioneer Landscaping Materials, so unfortunately I did not do my due diligence and research his company. If I had, I would not have hired him and I would not be out thousands of dollars. FIrst and foremost, he's not licensed and has been in court for being an unlicensed contractor before. We hired him to do concrete curbing and a small irrigation project. We now are going to have to pay to have over 600 linear feet of curbing removed and replaced and likely going to have to completely remove the irrigation system. The curbing is the wrong color, put in the wrong place, and not put down properly so it is all junk. The irrigation system leaks, the heads are in the wrong place, and is a total mess. When I told him I wasn't going to pay the balance because the work was done so poorly and not finished, he kept calling and calling and calling and ultimately showed up and refused to leave my property. Next time I see him, I will call the police. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

We hired SunDial Landscaping to finish a job that another company never finished. They completed the job and it looks nice however, they left a pile of gravel in the road that they said they would come back and remove. They never showed up and we had to remove it ourselves. Also, our drip system has leaked from the get go (like our water bill has been through the roof). We have contacted Michael numerous times about the problem. He has never responded and never fixed it. After trying to fix it ourselves, we are now having to find a different company to fix a problem that SunDial created. Super disappointing.

We just had our rock refreshed in the back and changed out in the front of our home. Michael was very responsive and easy to work with! The price is very reasonable and they completed the job in about three hours for a huge yard! Definitely recommend.

Michael was on time for our quote and the 2 day job. He was thoroughly professional in every interaction. I would happily do business with him again and refer him to my friends and family.

Did work for me in April laying a new sprinkler line. Called in Sept as the line and valve they installed was leaking. Do not answer phone or return calls. Went to location listed but apparently have moved or closed.

This team did a decent job on their maintenance project on my property for almost a year. There was room for improvement. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them for a while, so I had to go with someone else. Good job on landscaping, very bad on communication with their clients

If you want someone who behaves like a child, Frank is your guy. Hired Frank to remove hubs and hard lines throughout our yard. We said we didn’t want spaghetti lines that were more than a 3-4 feet long, we wanted everything else to be hard lines. I went to install two new new trees and found miles of spaghetti line and horrible workmanship. We called him twice for leaks, which he did fix, but said they were not his leaks. We we called him to do another job for us that he had also bid and he declined to do the work because we “got other quotes”(we didn’t get other quotes, but even if we had, who cares?) and because we called him about leaks that weren’t his. Well we had no idea they weren’t his leaks till he told us. Nobody ever asked you to fix leaks for free. Just give us an invoice. Worst part is the material he used is impossible to fix if a spaghetti line is accidentally pulled out. Now he won’t answer his phone, even just to tell us where to find parts. If you want someone who will be around after the job is done, look elsewhere.

Frank and his team of professionals just completed my backyard landscape project. The project included sod, irrigation, pavers, and stone. The results of their efforts was phenomenal. Throughout the entire process, Frank explained every detail of the project and provided great recommendations to improve the aesthetics of the landscape. He treated this project as if it was his own home. We reviewed three different proposals and the key factor in C & H Landscape was the integrity and character displayed by Frank. I give him my highest endorsement and guarantee you will be highly satisfied with the results.

Frank and his crew completely renovated my front and back yard, pricing was more than fair. Good communication and work was done in a timely manner. Will definitely use this company again in future, excellent work!

C&H Landscaping was a very pleasant experience, arriving on time, going over everything with me, installing the irragation system and cleaning up after their work. The crew was courteous
and very knowledgeable about their work. They also finished the work as promised. It is the best Landscaping company that I have deal with in 20 years.

Wish I could give Frank and his crew 6 of 5 stars, they were that good! First off, they were punctual. From the quote to the two days of work, they showed up when they said they would. The pricing was more than fair and much less than a couple other quotes we'd gotten. When it came to the work (install 2 zone irrigation, sod, and a walkway), everything was high quality. I often regret hiring people to do work at my home, but not this time! I don't have a single gripe about C & H Landscaping. Don't be swayed by the negative reviews on Google; check out C & H on Angies' / Home Advisor where they have 4.9 out of 5 stars and far more reviews.

Our backyard was just dirt and it was turned into a beautiful and functional space. Thanks to Frank and his team's amazing work! We had turf, travertines, trees, rock and irrigation installed. They finished the project in a timely manner. The quality of his work for the price was a good value. He is very straightforward and tells it like it is which I appreciated. I would recommend C+H landscaping.

Turned out to be a huge mistake and disappointment hiring Frank Alimena and his company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Based on my experience, after working with him I can see why he has earned all the bad reviews he has received. Frank turned out to be very argumentative and confrontational. I hired Frank to install a complete new irrigation system in my back yard and paid him thousands of dollars for the work. Just a week ago I planted 17 new ficus trees and they were getting no water from the new irrigation system so I was having to hand water 17 new plants for two days in a row morning and night. I called Frank three or four times and sent texts to tell him the plants weren't getting any water and when he finally called back a day later he said, "EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE WHEN WE FINISHED AND IF WE HAVE TO COME BACK OUT WE WILL CHARGE YOU IF IT IS NOT OUR FAULT." A logical person would assume that a brand new irrigation system should be working properly and if things need to be fine tuned after the fact that should be part of the install. The work was done at a rental house and when they finished the project, he never contacted me to confirm and demonstrate that they were done and that everything was working properly, I just took their word for it, MY MISTAKE! When I paid him to have a new irrigation system installed I expected it to work properly and if it didn't I figured the contractor would correct it and make things good. I certainly didn't expect aggressive verbal blowback from Frank once he got paid. When I tried stating my case regarding not paying to have them come out again and get it working properly with no charge, HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A SENTENCE! Don't work with this guy. He is confrontational and doesn't help out after the fact without charging you or arguing with you.
