ArborCraft was great, they were professional and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job trimming my tree. There were a lot of bushes below but they were very careful to not damage them.

The crew was on time and thorough and provided good tree care suggestions and made sure they met our expectations. Appreciated the thorough post cutting clean up.

Brandon was the one sent out and did a superb job. Right on time, notified when on the way and cleaned up all the debris. The over the top moment was seeing the deep clean of the artificial grass. Usually after trimming the Palo Verde it’s little leafs build up and compact in the grass. Will be hiring Gilbert Tree Trimmers again for the next tree 🌳

We got exactly what we expected as it pertained to the tree removal. There was an opportunity in the “arrival window”. They were over an hour early and then took an hour break mid project, might have been better to just show up in the arrival window. If you want the yard tarp’d, you’ll need to provide the tarp.

They were able to quote us (the lowest quote we got) and get the work done much faster than I could have hoped for! The whole process was quick and easy.

So, from the first estimate to the final removal of our tree, Valley Tree Trimmers can’t be beat! Joe came out and gave me an estimate for removal and stump poisoning that was an honest and fair price. But honestly, when their team arrived they jumped in and removed our tree with great care and expertise. It was a 4 story sissoo tree and boy we are glad that it’s finally gone. Seriously, call Valley Tree Trimmers for any tree issues you may have. I will certainly be recommending them to my family and closest of friends.

This was the most efficient tree service I have used in 40+ years of homeownership. They were affordable, timely, and left my yard looking better than expected. I have already referred them to family and friends in the Gilbert area.

Dan recently pruned a large desert orchard bush and turned it into a multi-trunk tree. His crew were here today to do major pruning on a 25 year old Jacuranda tree. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. The clean up was very thorough. I have used Dan’s company for many years. Don’t bother looking elsewhere. I highly recommend his company to care for your trees and shrubs. 🌿🌿🌿

Chris and his team did a great job at our house. They came out and gave a quote. They showed up on time with all the right equipment. They asked exactly how we wanted the trees trimmed and did what we were expecting. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Joe came out right away and evaluated the job and the team was scheduled right away. Chris the foreman was super nice and did a great job communicating with me and making sure everything was spotless when they left. A few months later they came out again for another tree and I had the same great experience. Chris even took the time to collect grapefruit for me after tree trimming.

Had two large ficus trees planted on our patio planted 30 years ago that were causing the cool deck and concrete to start lifting. I kept putting off their removal for fear of how costly it would be and having no idea who to call. Finally found the Valley Tree Master website, decided to give them a call and was impressed with the first person I talked to who said they could handle the job and scheduled an appointment with Joe who came out to survey the job and provide an estimate. I was impressed with his experience and knowledge base, to say nothing of the reasonable price which I thought would be much more. My team of three including Jim and Robert kept me apprised of their arrival status and made short order of the two trees that were taller than my two story house and meticulously cleaned everything up in just about an hour! They were most friendly, courteous and efficient even in the 110 weather! I had to call Joe after they left to sings their praises and tell him I wanted them to return when the weather cooled down to trim two more house-sized trees in another part of the yard as well as two palo verdes that have been ignored forever. It's so great to know who to call when I need reliable and professional tree trimming and removal service in the future.....may even add some major hedge trimming as well now that I have witnessed the care they put into their work.
