It's been several years since Jamie and his team did our backyard. I sit out here everyday just in awe of how beautiful it is, how well it was done, how long the artificial grass has lasted, the travertine, the plants. You need to put time into your yard but they gave us a foundation to grow on and I would use them over and over again. Thank you Jamie and company! We still love our yard these years later! The team at The Yard Stylist were courteous and professional and displayed a level of pride in their workmanship which is difficult to find these days. Julie and Jamie were great to work with. They were very patient with us as we had lots of questions and indecisiveness seeing as though we're from the East coast where we have plush green grass and flowers mainly:) Hence, not much need for such landscape as the desert. They routinely stopped by while the project was underway and was able to assist with questions as they arise. They also are scheduled to do a routine check up after the job is done which I think exudes customer service.

Jamie is very nice and we liked the design however the workmanship was shoddy at best. (A crew comes out to install, not Jamie and their work was terrible.) Our water system was installed incorrectly. Months later, we were having problems with pressure, leaks, pipes not run properly. Jamie did come back and attempt to fix but when we asked to have an additional item added, he said he would get back with a price then (as usual), I had to text and follow up to which he responded they were months booked out. Very much seemed they didn't want to come out and do any more work at our house. Our system is only a year old and my husband has spent the last 2 weeks digging up areas where it is still leaking. The pipes were not sealed and in looking at how it was installed, we will have to dig up the entire system to fix or we have will leaks at every water port junction. Our garden water still does not work properly which we realized now is probably due to yet another leak. We can't dig that up without removing the entire raised bed. What a waste of water and money in the future in addition to all the time spent correcting the poor workmanship.

We had an awesome experience working with Julie, Jamie and Jill at the Yard Stylist. They are very professional and communicate well throughout the process. The landscape and paver installers were also wonderful and did a great job. We highly recommend the Yard Stylist and look forward to working with everyone on future projects.

I have used the Yard Stylists on two projects over the last several years. They came to me by way of referral, which was important to me. Both projects were done with high quality and very fair pricing. The quality of the paver, masonry, and turf work was exceptional. They also did not shy away from 'unusual' requests that other landscape companies might not tackle. My oldest project was in 2019 and it still looks great (no settling) which speaks to proper compaction and preparation.
Yes they itemize their quotes and helped us to value engineer the projects based on real numbers. I see working with them as a Win Win and recommend them to others.

We could not have asked for a better experience remodeling our backyard. Jamie and Julie were not only a pleasure to work with but they made our backyard the clean, green oasis we always wanted. Requested a consultation, the guy was very “matter of fact” telling me what I ought to do with MY yard. On top of the condescending conversation with my “consultant” I never received any estimate, follow up communication or anything. I’m not sure why but due to the lack of professionalism in my visit and after my visit I’d never call them back to my home and recommend no one else does either. People’s homes are important to them and require genuine care and consideration, something at least we did not receive. I hope it gets better because there’s plenty of other options to take good care of your yard.

We are very pleased with the front yard and backyard landscape remodeling work done by The Yard Stylist. It was a pleasure working with the owners Jamie and Julie, who were involved throughout the process, from initial consultation to design to material/plant selection to project installation. They met with us at the landscape center and nursery and provided guidance while we chose our materials and plants. The crews who did the work were very professional and skilled. The cost of the project was reasonable and fair. Our front yard and backyard were transformed and they look very pleasing, balanced, and professionally designed. Highly recommended!!

Nightmare people. Would rather argue than help customize job to customer's liking. Takes days to respond, and then my direct questions are never answered. Almost like they don't want the money. I have money for a job - here! I guess business must be good for the other con jobs they carry out.

We wanted a yard that was updated, relaxing and low maintenance. We have a large yard and procrastinated doing anything because we didn’t know where to begin. J & J walked us through the process and it felt like a team effort. They made suggestions and recommendations during the process and they did not disappoint. We had various quotes and the cost included much more bang for the buck. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and I we always felt like the crews were respectful and considerate of us, our neighbors and that it was our home. Absolutely fantastic! The owners are friendly, professional, hard working, and most importantly trust worthy! I asked their opinion on certain areas of our yard and multiple times they suggested a direction that actually saved me money. This showed me that they cared more about the project and the finished product, than just chasing extra dollars and trying to upcharge!
