We love the outcome of our backyard turf, lighting and plant additions! We most appreciated the process, collaboration and communication with Hunter to ensure expectations would be met. His team was very respectful and conscientious and focused on the details - they did an amazing job, including the clean-up!

The company has been incredibly easy to work with when it comes to schedule changes, which is much appreciated. Reliable, respectful, and consistent. Highly recommend!

Jason took the time to go over landscape ideas with us and he has a good vision for executing a project. He worked hard to bring us a competitive bid and it's obvious that he's invested in doing good work and making the customer happy.

Edit: Although I very much like the workers that actually perform the landscaping, I’m updating my review based on the lack of communication from dispatch/office. I was scheduled for 10-12 today and as of 1:45 pm, nobody has arrived nor have they reached out to tell me there would be a delay or if they need to reschedule. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal to most, but my dog has been crated for the appointment time they were supposed to be here and once again back in the crate because I don’t know when they are arriving, at this point. Wisdom to the office: a little communication would have managed my expectations & would have diffused the level of irritation I’m feeling right now. I’m a very reasonable individual and I know situations arise. I don’t think a call/text or email is too much to ask if you’re running 2 hours and counting, behind schedule. Especially when it was stated “as long as they’re running on schedule, they should be there by 11a”. I overlooked them being late for the very first visit and chalked it up to a scheduling glitch. Second time starts to illustrate a pattern.

Kyle and Gabe serviced my front yard for a one time clean up. They even removed this horrible mean thorn bush from the corner of the yard without me asking, which was a blessing! Super pleased with the results and Kyle was very communicative and extremely polite. I will be asking for them specifically to do the backyard in a few weeks.

Mike & Jim did my monthly landscaping maintenance today. It was a better experience than I've had with other companies. They checked with me when the arrived to make sure they were aware of everything I wanted done, then did a very thorough job of taking care of it. They also followed up before they left to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

These guys are awesome! I usually only leave bad reviews because I'm pissed (bad habit), but they have definitely inspired me to take the time to write a great one. I've been using them over the last 6 months after they bought out my previous landscapers. I was hesitant as the previous guys were so inconsistent and I constantly had to monitor when they were coming. This hasn't even been close to the case with Higher Ground. Not only are they very consistent and reliable, but Salvador and Andrew went above and beyond to collect every bit of debris in my yard packed behind my AC unit, or neatly raking my gravel driveway and picking up the fox poop. They are also very proactive on communication, such as when they got rained out and had to delay service. It's this kind of stuff that really makes my life as a homeowner, easier. I also appreciate how they took my request for afternoon service since all the people in my house work late nights and don't want to be woken by a blower out their window at 7am.

Thanks again for all you guys do. I am a very appreciative customer, and will always recommend.

Definitely beware of this company. We used them for a rental property and in addition to poor service received (as verified by neighbors observing them at the house for less than 10 min) they lied and stated they repaired a cut irrigation wire line. Absolutely no repair was made and system was non funcrional causing loss of multiple bushes.

Purchased a small home in Tempe for rentals and we needed a company that provided reliable and high-quality service to our lawn and pool.

First landscaping session, we arrive a day after and the pool is totally scattered with debris. Called the company and they said the equipment malfunctioned and sprayed the debris into the pool. Sure, mistakes happen but shouldn't you clean the pool? Or at the minimum, inform the owner?

Let this pass and continued with the pool & landscaping service. I notice the pool quality gradually worsens over time, finally having guests complain that the pool is lime green and causing me $$$ to refund their money. The company recommended I get a new pump and filter for thousands. I asked if they are backwashing the filter; response was "we do periodically". Told them to do it in front of me, to see DARK BROWN and GREEN water coming out for about ten minutes. The pool service guy acknowledged "yeah that hasn't been done for months". Well, since your company is the one that's been servicing my house for two months... Whose responsibility is that?

Overall, this company has been nothing but disappointing, not communicative in their mishaps, and tried to use their process gaps to con me into getting an equipment upgrade... Not to mention the $$$ it cost me to reimburse unhappy guests.

I highly recommend Higher Ground Landscaping! The entire process was incredibly smooth and their work is flawless. The workers were so respectful of cleaning up the property every day when they left for the day. I had a good idea of what I wanted to do with the project design and Hunter worked with me on making my vision come to life while also giving his expert opinion on how to make everything functional and flow well. Don’t look any further than Higher Ground for your next project!

We're big fans! Hired them for a few small jobs, then a major refresh of the front yard with some improvements to the back yard irrigation. Every time they were wonderful to work with - start to finish. Great owner and entire team. Very honest, reliable, and they do a great job.

The guys who did most of the tough work for the big job were amazing! They were incredibly thoughtful, super problem solvers, efficient and thorough. We're in awe.

Couldn't be more happy with the service provided. They took my dead grass and replaced it with rock and an accent river bed running through it. Work was completed on time, even early in fact and the follow up after the job was completed was great. I was more than happy with the work performed but had just a couple of things that I questioned and they quickly addressed them. I highly recommend them for any landscaping needs. This review is truly three years in the making. We have had Brandon and his team service our home for these past three years and they have been spectacular. Brandon is responsive, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. When we first called Brandon, we were desperate for an initial clean up service since our HOA had issued us a warning for weeds in our yard. Being new parents trying to keep up with all of our usual chores, we failed miserably to keep up with the relentless leaves, weeds, and yard maintenance. Brandon quoted us a fair price which also included tree trimming, initial clear up and monthly maintenance. I wish I still had the before and after photos after all this time because the transformation of the yard that his team performed was nothing short of magical. Brandon and his team clean up our yard once a month, they take care of our irrigation system and even clean up the pool if any debris happens to fall in during their cleaning. Brandon has gone far above and beyond the call of duty and after three years I can truly say that I trust him and his team beyond measure with our home. If you're on the fence about signing up for services like we were, thinking it would save you money to "do it yourself," just do yourself a favor and hire this team. Pristine Green LLC was truly a great find. Brandon and his crew provide amazing service at a reasonable price. I have been using them for regular maintenance and they also completed a small landscape update in my front yard. They are the most reliable landscape company I’ve used and happily refer them to others without hesitation. Brandon is responsive, shows up when he says he will and does great work…doesn’t get any better than that!
