We had an outdoor plug that was off the wall and of the 2 outlets with only one working. Ryan H is a rockstar! Ryan came out to help us figure out how to fix this potential hazard and was met with many many questions.l and obstacles. He could have just left and said "sorry can't help.." but instead he said "I will find this circuit breaker amd I will make sure you feel safe when using your outdoor outlet!" The problem is our outlet outside was on another circuit breaker that was not next to or part of the main house. He hunted all around the house and yard until he suddenly realized there was a box beside the side of the house. VOILA! HE FOUND IT! He was super pleasant and determined to help us out. Not only did he re-attach the outlet box back to the wall but now we have 4 plug ins to use again and it's safe! No more wobbles or shock fears.

I was always soo nervous plugging anything in because it was not stable and I feared everytime being shocked. Not anymore. It's securely fastened to the wall and he stayed extra time just to make sure we had power to the outlet.

It's soo very nice to do business with folks who treat their jobs as their own homes. Ryan and the Mammoth team always make us feel like family and not just some job site number.

Thank you Mammoth for taking excellent care of us but also ensuring you hire only those who are stellar at their trades but also at customer service. Being good at your job is great but it's worthless without customer service and down to earth care.

We have worked with Leanna Rinehart on some maintenance issues on our rental property. She is professional, and knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend her.

Lawrence helped us with dishwasher brackets at our rental house. He also went above and beyond and helped us troubleshoot water valve issues we were having with a shower and our ice maker. He was very understanding and helpful 10 out of 10 service!

Our AC went out and stopped cooling the house, and the inside temperature reached 92 degrees—yikes! Needless to say, we called Mammoth Services, and they sent Michael Meadows out the same day. Michael and Leanna did an excellent job of implementing and installing Google Nest thermostat to my house. Original thermostat was in the hallway sensing wrong temperature. The new sensor got installed to master bedroom to read true temperature. Kudos to both Michael and Leanna. Thank you.

Leanna, you were incredible! I had no idea where to start in the process of finding/scheduling technicians to make the necessary repairs on my rental property. You jumped in and took care of every detail with ease...it was as if you were always two steps ahead of me! What a delight it is working with you!

My repair want technically an emergency because it was a leak on an outside faucet but when I spoke to Dominic he was empathetic about the possible cost of all that wasted water and instead of making me wait 4 days until the next available appointment they sent someone out the same day. Lawrence, the tech that showed up on site, was well prepared and had everything he needed to get the job done in one visit. He was out in some very strong wind conditions with dirt and debris blowing everywhere (it wasn’t nice) but there was no complaining. He made quick work of it and our leak is fixed. AC went out today with a newborn in the house and it got up into the 80s pretty quickly. Mammoth was able to dispatch Kendrick over to our house within 30 minutes or less. Kendrick was professional, transparent and overall just helpful in fixing our issue. Much respect for Kendrick going into attics in 110 degrees weather - thanks to him our newborn will be able to live in an air conditioned house!
