I recently had my first experience with Mammoth Services, and as a landlord, I couldn’t be more pleased. Leanna, who coordinated everything, was exceptional—professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. She handled scheduling directly with my tenant, which took a burden off my plate. The team provided detailed estimates, completed the work in a timely manner, and offered repair options that fit my needs and budget. Best of all, they were able to reduce the cost by eliminating one unnecessary item—something I truly appreciated. Payment was simple and at my convenience online. I look forward to working with them again.

I was having problems with moisture accumulating in my laundry room with the dryer and Mammoth services came out to find out what was going on. I can’t say enough about Kourtney and Mike. They came in and found the problem and did a phenomenal job with getting it fixed. I really feel like they went beyond their Expectations and gave extraordinary Customer Service. They were very nice and very easy to work with, Thank You Courtney and Mike for finally finding the problem after two other companies came out prior and did not find what you found. I am very grateful and thankful for your work and now I can put this moisture issue behind me. 😊

Mammoth made false repair reports I was aware of when I hoped on a plane to go verify their claims personally, as I guess they didn't expect the owner to do. Mammoth was hired thru On Q management, I would strongly advise you stay clesr from. I was in shock to also see the additional damages Mammoth created that were not their when I was at the property 2 weeks prior such as black hand marks on brand new painted walls & trash left everywhere I know was Mammoth as no one was in the property prior but me. Landlords I siggestbyou stay clear of these folks.

Mammoth Services has been amazing. They always show up promptly, and provide professional services to our home. We generally get the same tech every single time, Michael. He has been so great every time he is here. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The most recent time he was out, our downstairs AC went out. When he showed up, he walked through what he was doing to fix the AC with my husband. He took his time to explain the repair and show my husband everything he was doing and why it happened. The level of knowledge he has is incredible.
On top of that, the office staff and service coordinators are extremely friendly as well. I’ve spoke with Lydia and Leanna on multiple occasions and they always go out of their way to ensure the scheduling fits my needs as well. When the AC went out last week, Leanna made it happen to get a tech here before the long holiday weekend.
Five stars isn’t enough for this company!

Lawrence was so amazing and professional. He immediately knew how to resolve my issue. He was upbeat and happy. So nice to have a well educated and kind repair man in my home for a change.

Tj and another technician from Mammoth Services were absolutely amazing when they came to swap our fridges. Not only were they super quick and efficient, but they were also a huge help when they pitched in to unload all the delicate glass condiments and Tupperware for the transfer! That level of personal, unexpected help is why I highly recommend them, they truly went above and beyond!😊

Had homerenew over to add finish a drywall project that I started. They added mud and texture to the wall and were able to match my current texture very well. They were on time, on budget, cleaned everything up, and did a great job! I will be calling them on my next project!!

Ted came by on 2 separate days to do faucet installations after some remodelling work was done. He is professional, competent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and most importantly trustworthy and very a nice person. We'll be calling on Ted in the future for any Handyman Projects that arise.

Very pleased with the work that Ted did, and will definitely be calling him again. I had a small foundation/concrete related job that other companies would not take due to being smaller than their minimum work size. Ted came over quickly and displayed good knowledge of the problem and how to fix it. His schedule workflow was easy, he was ontime, and he ended up fixing more that I expected him too, and he was priced very competitively. I'm very happy with the results, and will definitely use him again!

We had Home Renew AZ install a new vanity in the family bathroom, replace the flooring in the bathroom and master toilet, and repair some drywall in our laundry room. We had some issues due to preexisting conditions in the house. Ted worked thru them, and they were resolved with quality. We are happy to have them resolved so well. The flooring was done exceptionally well.

Ted replaced our outdoor garage light fixtures last year, and did a fantastic job! Great communication, very prompt, fair pricing, cleaned up after - we could not have asked for more. Ted knows what he is doing, and will take great care in whatever he does to repair or upgrade your home. We are so happy we found homerenew!

I decided to go with this company, put down a deposit, scheduled April 6th for work to be started with the understanding that the job will be done in two days. Brandon emailed me on April 4th night to move the date to April 9th due to a funeral he had to attend on April 7th. He ensured that he will get the job start on April 9th and done by end of April 10th. On April 8th, I emailed, LM on phone, text confirming start date of April 9th and asking time of arrival in the morning. No responses. On morning of April 9th, no show. No responses to email, texts, calls. Today April 10th, no show, no responses. I am very disappointed. I used Brandon 2 years ago to install an oven hood and he was prompt and did good job. I would think even if he was dealing with family funeral, at least a text or email to reschedule the job or refund me back the deposit so I can get my bathroom done. I will pursue this further with ROC.

Detail oriented, punctual and always cleaned up after himself. Fair rates.
