This is the 2nd time I’ve used this cleaning company. We were super happy with how the cleaner, Martez, picked up toys strewn all over the room and bathtub in order to clean around them. He accommodated special requests and re-cleaned areas that I felt needed a do over.

We had a scare over some stolen items but my daughter ended up finding them. When we expressed our concerns to the company owner Norma, she was very professional, courteous, and polite. She was willing to replace the items and hand deliver them. I really appreciated her sincerity and understanding during the situation.

I recommend using this company for all of your cleaning needs in the future.

They did not show up for their scheduled appointment today, did not return my calls or respond to my email when I inquired about it. I’m very disappointed.

From scheduling the appointment to the final product, the experience with Clearly Clean Carpets was professional and positive. They arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, etc.

Dale came out today and cleaned my white couch and rug. Honestly, it looks so freaking good. I’ve had other companies come out and it’s done super quick but Dale really took his time and my couch looks so so so good! Definitely will be calling him again when we need it done!

Great customer service and even better stain removal for my carpets! Had 3 stains from kid’s throw up that they got out easily. Did a great job shampooing the entire house as well. Before and after for reference on their stain removing skills.

I searched for a local carpet cleaner, and Clearly Clean was the first one to come up. I inquired about pricing and was instantly given rates. I was then followed up with by a personal email from Dale, so I called him about adding a few more rooms.
Dale was very pleasant to speak with and we secured an appointment that day.
The technician was out yesterday to clean the carpets, and WOW, he did a GREAT job!
My husband said he was respectful of our property, courteous, and truly took his time on ensuring the carpets were clean. We wanted a good clean as we’d been in our home for 6 months and just felt they needed a refresh.

Did not meet expectations. We hired them to clean the tile in our home that is 2 years old that we just purchased. The grout lines have normal wear in high traffic areas that needs cleaned up. After cleaning the grout remains discolored. For over $1200 I expected the grout to be cleaned back to its original form. Tempted to buy a steam mop and use a baking soda/vinegar solution on my own. Emailed Dale but haven’t heard back yet.
