WORST pool company EVER! They are fine until you complain about something. We’ve been using this company since the owner of Navy Dave’s sold his business to RNR Pool Pros about a year ago. Everything was being done as agreed, and well up until a few weeks ago. I got a new job and wasn’t paying very close attention until my roommate told me they had weren’t cleaning the pool and that if she wanted to swim she had to brush everything down. And she would watch him “clean” the pool and he wouldn’t do anything but put in chemicals and we’re paying for full service. And she payed especially close attention after a huge dust storm, nothing was cleaned and he came the day AFTER the storm. So it’s not like he cleaned it and then the storm hit. He just didn’t even bother! When I called the owner to ask him why this wasn’t getting done, he yelled at me and insisted that it was. When I asked him if he personally cleaned our pool or if one of his employees did, he said one of his employees. I proceeded to ask how he knew if it was for sure being done correctly then? and I all i wanted was for him to speak to his employee about the job not being done right. We pay for a service and it should be done efficiently. He said yelling at me still “HE DOES CLEAN THE POOL PROPERLY! IM DONE WITH YOU! FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAN YOUR POOL!” And hung up. I have no words. All I wanted was for the service we pay for to be done correctly and if it wasn’t, for that to be addressed. Apparently he doesn’t like having customers. I HIGHLY discouraged ANYONE from using this Pool company.

I would also like to add, this was the first time I have ever complained to him. He was NOT professional and didn’t care about my concern. His reply below is false. I’ve never had to write the bad of a review before, I am still in shock about how this was handled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Willie does an excellent job of maintaining the pool weekly and George is the technical expert for all equipment issues. All employees are friendly, professional, reliable, and perform quality work.

Professional pool service. Employees of pool service organizations can sometime be unreliable. But, RNR is able to successfully manage their team to maintain a high level of service at a reasonable price

Use RNR for my pool maintenance. The come every week for water maintenance and my pool always looks spectacular. Also have use them for big projects like replacing total pool equipment and a light, always professional and on time. Would recommend

Started using RNR Poll Service since the summer of 2016. I have absolutely no complaints. Rosalio, the on sight pool service tech, has always given the up most of attention to our pool. I check with him every week that I see him and watch him as he tests the pool chemicals, (from my office window). He is very throrough and we never had any problems.
Our pool is always clean and ready for use without worries. The Company has been there with good sub contractors and supervision when we had an under ground water line leak. I find them reasonable and fair in their pricing. Also, nice to know, that the owner runs a legitamate business and that the men and equipment are insured, as they should be. Most are not and are treated as sub-contractors to skirt the insurance and payroll obligation(s). But they still charge the same price or more.

Good people and company.

We use RNR for pool maintenance, pool renovation/addition of gas line for heated pool, replacement of pool light and replacement of pool pump. Robert communicates well and educates the customer on the multiple options available. He is very responsive and diligent in his work. I’m impressed with the speed he was able to get the above items coordinated. Would (and have) highly recommended him to others.

RNR Pool Pros has been servicing my pool for several years. I have an older, finicky pool that sometimes requires extra work. The serviceman, Rosario, always takes extra care and is quick to notify the owner, Robert, if something extra is required which is then communicated to me. The monthly fee is very reasonable, and parts replaced only as necessary - always with accompanying pictures and a full explanation of what is needed. I am beyond pleased with the level of service that RNR Pool Pros offers.

We have been using RNR for 6 years. I remember selecting RNR because of Robert’s professionalism, knowledge and transparency. Over the years those qualities have remained true. Rosalio is outstanding and consistently delivers on our ongoing maintenance and care. We unfortunately had a major filter and pump issue. Rosalio was able to come by quickly and assess the situation. Robert contacted me with options. Then within 24 hours they were able to fix the issue and ensure our pool was maintained. RNR has great communication and consistently delivers. They are a team we trust.

Robert and team are great! Always responsive, gives honest assessments, and is reasonably priced. On top of that, they do an awesome job! I've had a hard time finding reliable service since I moved to the valley, and these guys have just been spot on since the day they came to my rescue about a year ago. My pool was in pretty bad shape! They replaced my pump and filter which came with some good rebates and warranties. And now they perform regular monthly maintenance. They never miss a beat! Never have to track them down. Never feel like they are trying to get over on me, pricing is always honest and fair. And they really do just a bang-up job all around!

We have tried a few pool companies before we finally found RNR. They are incredibly communicative and professional. They have responded to my requests immediately, and have gone out of their way to do the job right every time. We highly recommend RNR for all your pool maintenance needs, and we are thankful to have finally found a reliable and good pool company!

Robert and team are fantastic. My pool was in awful shape when I hired them; “dead” water, filter sand was mud, 100% swamp. They did a complete drain, clean, and refill-restart. Since then they have been coming weekly to service the pool, and it’s been perfect. Each week I get a email report with info about the pool. They hooked me up with a great vacuum, new chlorine floats, and they’ve been so great with communication. Highly recommended - 10/10, client for life!

Wow! Our pool service is unmatched! Without fail, they are always on time and arrive with a kind professional and positive attitude! The consistency and routine has made them incredibly dependable! My kids safety is so important, and they have never left the gate open, unlocked, or at risk by leaving the key in a child's reach! I can always count on them to communicate efficiently, personably and professionally and always timely! I haven't had any major pool issues and I'm confident it's due to their diligence to communicate small concerns before they grow! They are incredibly attentive and aware and bring things to my attention without me having to ask! This is by far the best pool company we have ever used!
