RNR Pool Service has been extremely professional and helpful with all my needs. They are always reliable and do a great job of cleaning and keeping my pool running. To make things even better the owner Robert, does a great job at communicating. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable pool service company.

We have been using RnR Pools for over three years and they’ve been best Pool service we have had. Robert and George are really great to work with. They explain everything in detail if something needs to be fixed as well as send you a weekly report of the work completed including if everything is working as designed as well as a photo of the completed work.

For over 7 years I have used RNR Service Solutions for all the cleaning and maintenance of our pool. Weekly cleaning keeps the water crystal clear and sparkling. Routine maintenance is scheduled and performed on time. When occasional problems arise, I receive a detailed description of the issue, projected cost and timeline for completion. I also receive pictures of the ‘before’ and ‘after.’ RNR and their technician Rosalio, do a great job. I’m very satisfied with their work.

The RNR Service Solution team is an incredible partner and vendor. We hear nothing but stellar things from their crew and their clients as to their professionalism, communication and quality of their service. They go above and beyond to maintain the highest quality relationships with both home owners and other members of the business community here in Arizona. R&R Pool Service is the absolute best pool service I have ever had! (and I have had several!) Robert and Rosalio have always gone above and beyond to get the job done. They are reliable, efficient, professional and always pleasant to work with.

I am very happy with their service and straight forward approach. They are very responsive and communicate in a way that helps me understand what needs to be done. I feel confident I'm getting the best service at a competitive price but more importantly I trust that the work is getting done correctly and on time. All they do is skim the top, turn on your pool cleaner and leave. If your lucky, you’ll get chlorine tabs. My pool was left filthy, stuff floating, bugs, etc. I have them on video and pictures! Rob was extremely rude to me, laughed at me, which was also recorded, so I suggest you use a different service. I’m reporting him to the BBB and to AZ Ad.

I saw Robert at the airport wearing an RNR Pool Pros t-shirt, I got his card and we have never been happier with our pool service! It is perfection! They handle it all, are very responsive and proactive! We couldn’t be more impressed with their skill, knowledge and professionalism!! Great service! Great people!

Amazing work and knowledgeable! I got my pool worked on and was very impressed with their recommendations and work quality. The pool has needed some care and updates for a while and they handled it all with great care and suggestions. They called out some issues from prior installations (before I moved in) and recommended quickly the solutions. The turnaround time was quick and they were able to start work the day after contact while others booked out for a month or more. Definitely recommend their services! (pool drain/fill, acid wash, chemicals, new pool led light, replaced electrical box, new pool filter, proper equipment pad installation)

Robert and his son did great work fixing my 30 year old pool. They were professional, on time and cost competitive. I am the worst type of customer because I unsuccessfully tried to fix my pool myself making the job worse for them.

Robert and his team at RNR are incredible! As a first time pool owner, I honestly didn't/don't know anything about the maintenance of pools. RNR has been servicing our pool for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say that I could not be happier with them. They come once a week for regular check-ups and I get a report emailed to me every week to verify their checks and that everything looks good. Whenever there is a change to their schedule I get an email or text to let me know of the change to the schedule. This proactive communication is something that not everyone does, so has been very appreciated. Many of the things are included in the plan that I have with them and they let me know as soon as they perform one of the included services. Recently, there was a service that was needed that was not included in my package and was going to be a not insignificant amount of money. Robert jumped on a phone call right away and took the time to ensure that I understood what was needed, the mechanics behind the recommended replacements, and what my options were. He gave me all of the options including his recommendation, a 2nd best option, the "cheapest" option, and even what happened if I did nothing and/or how long I could go without it. He answered all of my questions with patience and without pressure. I am so happy that I have found them and would highly recommend RNR for anyone looking for a good service company that is as close to "set it and forget it" as possible. I love being able to enjoy my pool without needing to worry about all of the other things that go along with it.

I have worked with Robert for over 5 years! He is extremely thorough with every detail of my pool and pool system and communicates extremely well. They show up when they say and take before and after photos every time. I get an email with time and date stamps. Extremely impressive! My system has needed many repairs and he is always fair and responsive even in emergencys! Thanks for great service!!

After a recent big storm storm our pool got trashed with dirt & leaves. While I knew RNR would make a dent in cleaning it, I didn’t know that their techs would put in extra time and leave our pool immaculate like there was never a storm! Super cool! These dudes care!

If you are looking for the best and most responsible company to handle all your pool care needs. RNR is the best. I would give them more stars than 5 if I could. Robert, George, and Osiris have cared for our pool/spa since we had the pool built in 2019. The weekly service is so consistent. I love the service report/pictures that get emailed to me once they are done each week. My pool heater went out right before Christmas and George came out on Christmas eve day to install a new one, so we could use the spa during the holidays. We split our time out of state and it is nice to know Robert and the team will make sure everything is running smoothly when we are not in AZ and contact us if there is any issues.

RNR Service does a great job every week on our pool cleaning! We have had different parts break and they are able to fix them fast and cost effectively. We did the maintenance on our pool for years and finally hired RNR Service as they came highly recommended by our neighbor! It’s been awesome having a clean pool and never having to worry about it!

We needed to drain our pool and wanted to take the opportunity to change our pool from a traditional chlorine pool to a salt water pool. Robert, George and team were excellent in providing us superior service, exceptional knowledge about pool services and made this transition easy and seamless. The also installed a new pool display that hooks up to our wifi and let's us control the levels, etc. They came out a few times to make sure we were set up and hooked up.
