Mr. T. from ZeroRez is very professional, friendly and remarkably thorough. After he was done cleaning the carpet, he mopped the tile clean and I appreciate that he wears a shoe cover as well. Mr. T. had cleaned our carpet before and we were so pleased with his work. We were glad that he was the one who came today. We really appreciate Mr. T's great work ethic. Thank you Mr. T!!!

He was absolutely tremendous, so customer oriented, so professional, did a wonderful job, made some recommendations which I took— I am very very pleased. A manager called me the day before and we were able to agree on a price— again, so customer oriented, so professional, I definitely recommend this company

Joshua was on time, contacted me ahead of arrival, and clearly explained the recommended services for my particular cleaning need. The cleaning was priced fairly, completed efficiently, and the area cleaned up nicely upon conclusion. This was a good first experience for a new customer.

Wow. Well first off, Cody was phenomenal. Secondly, I am astounded with the success of the service. We needed a clan due to pet urine and it was quite extensive in that room unfortunately. Barely 24 hours later, it’s like it never happened. We’ll be using them again very soon!

I originally gave 5 stars in an initial review, but that was right after the tech left and my carpets were still damp (the app wanted me to leave the review upon paying). I should’ve waited until everything was “dry” before leaving a review. So here’s an update. It’s been 3 days and my stairs are still wet - even with leaving 2 floor fans (one upstairs/1 downstairs) blowing on them for 2 days/nights now! The other 2 rooms that I had done, the carpet is now “crusty” feeling even after vacuuming twice. One of the rooms I had done was a guest room. Door to that room is always closed unless in use and has had very little foot traffic. The carpet is less than 4 years old. Black light used prior to cleaning showed a few small (about quarter size) spots in the room. After cleaning, they are still there. No change at all. But I guess that’s what I get for assuming such small spots unseen with the naked eye could get clean w/o “stain remover”. And the smell in my stair well now….. Musty! I have had to sprinkle baking soda mixture w/essential oils to try to pull out the odor, which still exists after going through 1 box of baking soda. I will not be using this company again.

I usually use Chem Dry, thought I’d give Zerorez a try. I had company coming for a week and wanted my sectional and carpet cleaned. My sectional is a performance fabric, everything wipes off, but it was overall soiled, so I thought having it cleaned should make it look like new. Same thing with the carpet, overall soiled from traffic patterns, but everything wipes off. As it dried the sofa looked dingier, no spots removed and what looks like a water stain on the back. The carpet looked no different than before, and was sticky to walk on. I called and asked to have someone come out and inspect. They wanted to come out and clean it again, but I had to put the furniture back since company was due in and I really didn’t want them to make things even worse. It was so disappointing to have spent $500, do all of the work of moving furniture back and forth only to have it look worse for company! After company left I called again to say I needed someone to come out and inspect. I did not want them to touch my sectional, it’s an $10,000 Century sectional. I just wanted them to see what they did and refund my money. After calling multiple times they agreed to send someone out, but all they did was look at it, call the manager (was told a manager was coming out) and told me all they could do was clean it again. Would never allow them to touch my furniture again. I will have Chem dry come out and try to fix their mess. Will post pics after Chem Dry recleans. Maybe this was a one off with Zerorez, but the way they handled everything was horrible. Do not use!!

The cleaner arrived as scheduled, did a walk through and looked at rugs and upholstery carefully. He used a flashlight that could detect urine, blood, or animal tissue on carpet. He recommended a spray that would mask any odor from the carpet. I declined. I am very satisfied with the work he did. We had a discussion re what was quoted when I made the appointment vs what he charged. But we worked it out and I would recommend Zerorez.

We adopted two puppies last year and boy did we need our carpets cleaned. Joseph was our tech. Very professional and came back a couple days later to make sure that we were 100% happy with our servive. I highly recommend.

Had my carpets "cleaned" on 10/07/25.
The technicians did show up 20 minutes earlier than quoted. Did 3 rooms and a hallway in under 40 minutes. Some of the carpets look like they didn't even get touched. When they were finished the dirty water dripping from the vacuum what dripped from the hall carpet to the front door on the tile, which I cleaned up myself. It wouldn't have been a big deal but I just had abdomen surgery. I would not recommend Zerorez.

We had 3 rooms cleaned with minimal water (because we have engineered hardwood flooring under the rugs) and did not want any damage done to the floors. As advised over the phone by the technician, the carpet & rugs came out looking very clean. A job well done. As expected the rugs were a little damp but absolutely no damage to the wood floor. The technician Ben made sure he extracted as much water as possible from the carpets & rugs to ensure little to no water residue left behind on the rugs or carpet. Ben did a great job. NO sales pressure. Reasonable price. Overall we are very happy with Zerorez!! Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent experience... Zach, our cleaning person, was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, and did an amazing job. He cleaned our carpet, couch, and recliner, and left good instructions for drying time and techniques.

I had an excellent experience with Zerorez. I had stains on my carpet that needed to be treated right away and they were very helpful in making an appointment ASAP (with 2 days). The cleaner was Mike and he did an outstanding job cleaning the stained carpet as well as the rest of the carpets in our home. He gave us a call with an arrival time and was very prompt. He was helpful, skilled and very pleasant to have in our home. I recommend this company highly and also recommend you ask for Mike. You won't be disappointed!

Zerorez has come through for us twice now, and both times they’ve made our carpet look brand new—even after our dogs made quite a mess of it. Today’s technician, Robert, was especially great. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me through the process. He also made solid product recommendations without overselling, which I really appreciated. The young man who cleaned my carpet did a wonderful job! I am very grateful for the good service. The carpet looks so nice after the cleaning. I had a master bathroom remodel done and the carpet was so dirty, now it looks great. Friendly, respectful service.

Our technician, Mike M. from Zerorez did an amazing job! The carpets look brand new again, and I honestly didn’t think they could come out this clean. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the process. The results exceeded my expectations — fresh, spotless, and no harsh chemical smell. There were 2 employees who conducted the cleaning - Shawn (the experienced guy) and Xavion (trainee). Both did an excellent job. I was especially impressed with Shawn's training/instructions to Xavion. He told and then demonstrated the correct technique and explained why to do it that way. Excellent technique. Both were professional and courteous. My carpet is old but it now looks, feels and smells great. I have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to do so as long as I HAVE carpet.
