He was right on time (which I always appreciate), super kind, and very professional. He cleaned my carpets, removed pet stains and odor, and even did an area rug for me. Everything looks and smells so fresh.

You can tell he truly cares about doing a good job. He was respectful, thorough, and didn’t cut corners.

Highly recommend Ben. If you’re on the fence — go for it. You’ll be glad you did.

We have two bedrooms and a master closet cleaned today. We asked for the protectant to be added after cleaning to prevent future damage. The carpets look great and our technician was so very knowledgeable. It was so much faster than I thought it would be. I had the closets cleaned out and as much furniture moved as possible and that made it so the job could be completed super fast.

I had a great experience with ZeroRez carpet cleaning! It was very easy to set up and they communicated very well! I was not able to be there at the property while the service was done but Joseph made it very simple and let me know exactly what was happening. Will be using their service again!

This is our third year with the company. They provide the best carpet service we have experienced in the 11 years we have been in the valley. They called us at tge correct times, were here promptly and explained, in detail, what they were going to do. Oh, and the price was right. This was a wonderful experience.

Connor was well within the window time they gave. He crushed my 2 story, (three flights of stairs) full sectional and ottoman in a little over 2hrs - solid results. ECO friendly products 💪🏽highly recommend!

Zeroez is amazing!! Shawn did a great job. Knowledgable, respectful and provided excellent explanation of services. Shawn was thorough and efficient! We have a large amount of carpet and completed the job with the protectant. All in less than 2 hours. Even managed to remove a stain that another carpet service said they couldn’t get out. The stain is gone!! I will be a repeat customer!

Tamari Wooley was the tech that cleaned our carpets this time. He did an excellent job. I had the cleaned last year and frankly we were not that happy. The main entrance to the living room did not look clean. I almost did not call zerorez back this time. I decided to give them one more chance and I am sure glad I did. Thank you Tamari we will request you next time carpet looks new again.

Our carpet technician was Andrew and he was awesome! Andrew called 45 minutes before arriving, and he arrived as scheduled. After I gave Andrew a tour of the rooms to be cleaned he explained the cleaning process to me and immediately started preparing his equipment for the task at hand. Andrew was thoughtful and wore shoe covers, he protected the corners of my interior walls by placing guards around them, and immediately started the cleaning. Andrew cleaned three rooms of carpet in my home, and a pretreatment was applied. When he was finished with the carpets he dried up all the small drips of water from the floors walkways and left everything nice and neat. The photos does not do the cleaning service justice, but please believe me when I tell you the carpets look new again. Zerorez has definitely earned my business.

Had great experience with Zerorez today. We don’t use harmful chemicals in the house in any form and have chosen Zerorez for mainly this reason. The technician (Andrew) was very knowledgeable and understanding the problem. We have one room with high traffic on the carpet. Andrew was very thorough with darker spots and results were very impressive. He made carpet look almost like new. We were just amazed and honestly didn’t expect such beautiful results due to the amount of traffic. We can’t even see the trail of dark paws from the doggy door:) We will definitely use Zerorez for other rooms and highly recommend them for anyone who values the quality and harmful chemical-free cleaning.

The tech was curteous, knowledgeable and let me know exactly what he was gonna do and if I wasnt happy Zerorez would make it right . Who says customer service is dead, not at Zerorez!! Moved into a rental home, discovered there was old pet urine throughout all my carpeted area. Zach was more than accommodating to talk me through the Process and got things done in a timely manner. The pet stairs were gone after the full cleaning!

Reliable, Thorough, and a Lifesaver for My Airbnb!
