I truly enjoyed my experience with this company. They were very communicative, attentive and very quick to come repair my AC issue. Thanks to Orlando and Sid, the job was done quickly, effectively, and they both showed awesome courtesy by offering to put on booties as to not dirty up my home. A lot of people and companies out there don’t even consider or offer to takeoff their shoes or put on booties. In my opinion, that is very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate to the homeowner. I truly appreciated this company all around! I would recommend them to anyone.

Hicken Air is a Great Company. If you’re looking for speedy service my AC wasn’t working and they got it fixed fast and working in the same day better than before . The Air Tech Ryan was a big help and provided great service to our family!!!

Hicken Air is a company filled with people who are willing to go above and beyond. Sierra is kind, professional, organized and in the details. She is awesome! Yvonne is kind, direct, helpful and professional. Daniel is one calm guy. He listens to concerns, protects his team and tries to find the best solution for every situation. Brett is hands down one of the nicest, honest technicians we have had at the house. He explains everything in detail and makes sure all questions have been answered. Matthew knows his stuff and works efficiently and with attention to detail. Shawn over explains everything and makes sure you understand exactly what is going on with your units. Every time he leaves my house, I feel like I could build an AC unit from the ground up.

Simply put, if you want excellent service, call Hicken Air. If you want to work with technicians that know their stuff and do so with integrity, call Hicken Air. If you want to work with an office staff that is BEYOND patient, call Hicken Air.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Hicken Air, especially with our primary point of contact Daniel. We reached out via social media to several friends asking for an HVAC recommendation to replace our basement unit and Hicken Air was the most recommended. The entire process from receiving a quote to installing the unit was quick and seamless. Pablo was on time, he was courteous, he was kind, he was extremely effective in the use of his time in examining our three units plus the condenser in the attic. He was everything I could ask for five stars is in adequate to rate him he is a 10.

Hicken Air was highly recommended to me by a friend who is a luxury home builder. I gave Hicken a call and they did not disappoint! Hicken Air’s bid was lower than my next closest bid by $1,000 and several thousand less than the other bid I got. They were super fast getting it replaced and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I have talked to 5 different employees during this process and they have all been friendly and professional! I’d give them 6 STARS if I could!

Where do I begin? Summertime brought the first heat, for the first time ever our unit kept throwing the breaker. I called Hicken Air, been working with them as far back as I can remember, I think they’ve been in the valley for 15 years or so. First guy I talked to was Shawn H. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, likable and very professional. Shawn quickly knew we’d need eyes on the unit so he wasted no time and sent out Jeremy. No nonsense kinda guy. Professional, courteous and knows his stuff. The diagnosis…terminal. Top brass at Hicken Air sprang into action wasting no time in finding the best price for me making me and my wife feel like we were the only family in the valley. When I received the quote, I did my research and found I couldn’t come close ANYWHERE ELSE. Not that I would have, it’s just prudent to check. This morning Daniel (apparently one of several amongst their staff) knocked on my door EXACTLY on time. Introduced himself and his team and promptly went to work. Like a fine oiled machine the crew worked flawlessly timing their readiness to the Crane’s arrival to the minute. Out with the old, in with the new, like a ballet. I am SO impressed with this company. In this day and age where doing the minimum seems like the best you can get, it’s nice to see old school everything play out in front of my eyes. Thank you guys. This experience has been restorative and therapeutic for my hopes in the future of business enterprise in metro Arizona.

Hicken is great. The techs are always very professional and explain everything they are doing when they show up. They are also on time, which has been an issue with other companies. I would definitely recommend Hicken for A/C and heating maintenance, which I have done now for 3 years.
