True North is truly a great company to work with - they installed my AC unit on the roof a few years ago and now they perform the maintenance checks every 6-months. The same tech, Micah, who installed the unit, does the regular maintenance on it, which is a major plus for any company to have the same technician to work with over the last 4 years. Micah is such a nice, friendly and very professional person to know and I appreciate the hard work he continuously does. Thank you Micah, and thank you True North.

Fantastic customer service this afternoon from True north a/c company and there Technician Axle. Our 13 yr. Old system was acting up,not blowing cold air and engaging hard when starting up. True North was at our door within 90 minutes. Axle was impressive with his communication with the issues we're facing. I am looking into a new system being installed by True North.
I will update once the install is complete.

Micah came out same day - within hours - to diagnose the reason behind my thermostat not having power. He suspected the issue was in the attic and it was. A quick reset of the overflow valve and a system flush and all was working again. It wasn’t the middle of summer but it’s nice to have everything working so quickly. Now I know to get it flushed yearly. It was pretty gross.

True North Air Conditioning is fantastic! I was worried because it’s a Sunday morning and didn’t know how fast someone would be able to come to the house. From the moment I first spoke with them, they were professional and responsive—having a technician at my door within just 2 ½ hours. Even more impressive, my AC issue was completely resolved within three hours of my very first contact with them!
Micah the technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Thanks to their quick service and expertise, my home is now on its way to cooling back down and getting comfortable again in no time. Second time using their services. Always professional, friendly, fair, and reasonable. Micah, the technician that came out, was very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated the way they treated me the first time. That’s why, when I needed someone, I knew exactly who to call!

After a power outage, our A/C started blowing hot air inside while cold air was coming out of the outside unit, very confusing and uncomfortable. Jacob arrived earlier than the quoted window, diagnosed the situation quickly, and reassured us that the compressor and system itself were working perfectly.

The real issue turned out to be our outdated Cox Home Life thermostat, which had lost its programming during the outage. Impressively, Jacob went the extra mile to find an instruction manual online for this obsolete model and carefully reprogrammed it. In just 30 minutes, voilà! Cool air was flowing again throughout the house.

Beyond his technical expertise, Jacob was one of the nicest young men you could meet: professional, kind, and genuinely eager to help. Technicians like him are true assets to a company.

We had service done a few months ago, we upsized our vents and on a few of our vents it would leak when it rained. The upsizing went well, all our rooms get very cold. However, our vents still leak. We paid them to re-tar the base of the ducts as that's what they said that was the problem. We trusted their professional opinion. We also paid money to repair our ceiling. Come to find out they did not do this service. My husband checked the roof and they did not do all the ducts. Now we have to pay another HVAC company to address the issue and will need to repair the ceiling again. If True North can provide before and after photos of the alleged repair, I am happy to remove this review.

Regarding customer service, they charged me a service fee and did not apply it towards the repair until I brought it up. Please keep an eye on that. We needed to ask for the estimate and follow up on scheduling.

True North got back to us asap and got a technician here in under 2 hrs (even though it was Sunday evening and a holiday weekend) Jacob (our tech) was great. We are very satisfied. He did a great job explaining everything to us and all of our options. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use true north again and would ask for Jacob.

Jacob did a fantastic job!! Had an issue with our 2 year old A/C unit randomly shutting off and he figured out the problem within minutes. Very reasonable price to repair and was completed within about an hour. Definitely will be calling True North for future issues 👍🏻

In the past couple years True North has given me accurate diagnosis and inexpensive fixes, where other companies have tried to sell me a new AC unit.
For today's visit to seal and clean, Micah did great and was very professional yet personable.

When my AC went on Saturday, I called True North because my normal guy doesnt work weekends. Great choice! Micah arrived early, a day early to be exact! He was friendly, super efficient, and quite knowledgeable. He showed me the part thst failed and how he tests it to make sure it had failed. Yay for transparency! He showed me the part he was replacing the failed one with and explained the difference between them. My AC is back to blowing super cool air! This may have been my first time using True North but it won't be my last! I think I just found my new AC company!

The entire team at True North Air Conditioning has been amazing! From Trevor, the admin staff, and our installers Michael and Jared, they were all professional, on time, clean, knowledgeable and through. I can’t rave enough about our installers, they worked in tremendously hot conditions and replaced our entire HVAC system both outside and inside our attic. The work was completed/done and it’s like there were no contractors even at our home they left it so clean. Both Michael and Jared, listened to my concerns and questions. Trevor, was honest, through in the home inspection, with his recommendations, based on our needs. The cost of the project was extremely fair and very competitive. We didn’t feel pressured into selecting their bid, even after they knew we were obtaining multiple bids for the job. Our family is looking for a long term business relationship for our HVAC system and needs, it goes beyond the install meeting and installation.
