Loved the results. Hit some bumps in the road with supply issues but not their fault. We had to pivot here and there but it came out perfect!

I initially contacted Nu View the first week of February regarding a new pool build and a girl took my info but over a week went by and I never heard back so I contacted them again. More time went by until I finally heard from a gentleman at the end of February who was friendly and helpful and said they had been busy/in high demand so it would be the first week of March before I’d hear from a designer. It’s now mid-March with the time to swim season ticking away and after having my husband contact them again last week and leave a vm with no response we will be going in another direction for a pool builder. Such a shame because they have great reviews although we don’t understand how given the lack of communication. Perhaps they are busy enough that they do not need the business!

We highly recommend NuView pools. Shawn is extremely great to work with. He is very responsive and his follow up is terrific.
When we first discussed what our ideas were, Shawn asked many questions to get a complete understanding of the design we wanted. He sent us a rendering of his thoughts which included the pool, hot tub and landscaping for our backyard (which included a variety of plants, palms and fruit trees.)
When we received a photo view of what he proposed, we requested a few changes and he promptly sent us an updated view of them......which included the garden and pool lighting.
He was very helpful in showing us a variety of tile samples for the pool as well as travertine paver samples.
The quality of workmanship was extrodanary! We could not be happier with the end result.

My wife and I wanted to be extra-careful when we decided to build a pool in our backyard. We knew that it would be a time-consuming and stressful project and, after having watched more than a few episodes of "To catch a Contractor," doing our homework on who to hire was a major decision. We made the best choice with nuView pools. They were professional, knowledgeable, communicative and did a BEAUTIFUL job with our project. They even kept some extra work that we had requested with the pavers within our budget. NuView was a god send. Back in Aug 2022 I began shopping companies for a backyard renovation. I had a baseline of what I was looking for but was open to a company’s design to maximize the space. After going through 3/4 companies I landed on NuView. They were prompt with coming out for quote, were able to easily beat the competition both in price and turnaround time, and had the best design. The design was so good that other companies started asking me for renderings to try and match it. Talking to these other companies, I kept getting the “post COVID” explanation on why I was being given a 12-18 month ETA. Austin at NuView was not only transparent regarding their timeline but actually beat his own 6 month timeline he initially quoted me. Take into account this was adding a heated in-ground pool, an outdoor kitchen, as well as turf/dog run and landscaping. Austin and his team were constantly in contact with me and would provide me pictures of the job site daily so I was able to follow construction easily. Super grateful for Oswaldo and his construction team as they were GRINDERS. The guys did an incredible job, always kept the job site cleaned and ensured our gates were closed after they left for the day (Massive for me as I have 2 dogs). Overall, there is truly nobody else out there who can compete with NuView through and through. I would recommend Austin and the NuView team to anybody and everyone who is looking for new construction, renovations, etc.. Thank you again for all of the work and time you guys put into my dream backyard!

We recently used NuView to install our backyard on our new-build home and have been so pleased with our experience. We did a pool and landscape work with them and have been so happy with their workmanship and professionalism. After getting bids from 4 other pool/landscape companies - we chose NuView because we liked their design and felt that their quote was detailed and itemized in such a way that we were able to see what we were paying for. With many of the other companies it just wasn't broken out in such detail and we really appreciated that level of breakdown from NuView.

Shawn, Nohi and team were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We are very particular and detail-oriented homeowners and they all did a terrific job in making sure our expectations were met from the design process down to the final walkthrough. They were also very good at communicating with us throughout the build. They utilize a smartphone app that we were able to get daily updates on our phones with photos/notes from the team. This was a huge benefit knowing how things were going on the construction side each day.

If you're looking for an honest and professional company to do your landscape and pool work - this is them! They have a well-run team and the right tools in place to keep the customer happy. Thanks for giving us our dream backyard!

After purchasing a new home in Gilbert we searched for a reputable contractor to finish our unfinished backyard. Based on online reviews, we decided to work with Shawn at NuView Pools. Our back yard was all dirt and we didn’t have a clear sense of what we wanted it to look like. Shawn helped guide us through the design process, drew up plans with 3D renderings and provided a realistic cost associated with the project. Once we finalized the design, and the cost that was within our budget, Shawn began the permit and construction process. He gave us a clear timeline for the construction, set clear expectations and provided an estimated finish date. During the entire construction process Shawn was excellent about adhering to the budget, having trades arrive and finish on time and continually keeping us updated on the status of the project. He was on site frequently to ensure work was being executed per the design and made on site adjustments to better the project. Having worked with other contractors in the past, we couldn’t be happier with NuView’s attention to detail, costumer service, and clear communication throughout the process. Furthermore, the trades Shawn contracts share his focus on the same values (costumer service and attention to detail). I've heard people say before " I wish I could give greater than a 5 star review" ..well It is absolutely the feeling I have after the incredible experience My wife and I had with NuView Pools. NuView salesman Joe ( Merenda) was immediately likeable upon our first meeting, and he impressed us with his continued involvement, visits during the construction process of our pool. What was really impressive was the hustle and hard work displayed by the crew, even when the supervisor Austin was not on site, and even with the extreme heat that was present. With the Buildertrend app provided I never had to ask what would happen next. I have never provided such a wordy review before but In this case it was well deserved due to the exceptional service.

We chose NuView over seven other pool/landscaping companies. The experience with Nuview was wonderful from beginning to end. The team at NuView are amazing from designer Joe, Production Manger Austin and the daily communication from Cassy really added to the experience. The project was completed on schedule. Wow, Shawn and the crew at nuView are great! The entire process, from design to build, exceeded our expectations. We hired nuView after meeting with several builders, because we liked that they could do both the pool and landscape projects for us simultaneously. Shawn was patient with us throughout the design phase and offered great suggestions. The building process went smoothly and the crew was top notch. Their attention to detail and product quality were excellent. We divided our pool building project in to 2 phases. NuView has completed phase 1 so far and once we have the money saved up for phase 2 they will get the call for that project as well. They did an absolutely outstanding job with our entire backyard and their professionalism has been second to none. They worked with us every step of the way on this, being our first pool project. And when we couldn't figure out what to do with certain portions of the yard our designer, Nohi was quick with smart ideas we would have never thought of on our own. I had shopped around a bunch of pool builders in the valley and they were pushed out for months plus they were way more expensive than I had anticipated. My neighbor used to build pools and recommended Austin at NuView to put in our first pool at our new house. We had a pretty small backyard and had no idea what design would work or what would look good while keeping some green and areas to play. Austin and his team sent us build designs along with their city approvals all in the same time so if we wanted it, it was ready to go. They did an incredible job.. every morning their team was there and they were EXTREMELY fast and efficient. Not to mention, they update you with photos, texts, calls and more if you're away so you know exactly what is going on. Stop shopping other places I mean it, I already did that for you. These guys are the best and they are legit, you will not regret it.

From the moment we started this project with NuView, we knew it was going to be a great experience. Prior to talking with NuView, we had a few other pool companies come out to our house and give us quotes on building what we wanted, but they never even bothered to follow up to see if we were still interested, after they left.

My wife sent NuView an email on a Friday afternoon, to see if someone could come out to our house to give us a quote. Nohi, was quick to get a response back to us and was out to our house the next day to help us out. Not only did Nohi show up with an idea, it is what he brought with him, to make his job easier. He brought the elevation of our yard on paper, which included the square footage, plus he had google earthed our yard, so he already knew what the layout was, with existing landscaping already in place. We spent the next couple hours discussing what we wanted to have our back yard to look like, when it was all said and done. The one thing that we liked, it was not about what Nohi wanted us to have, he was more interested in what we wanted and how we were going to use our back yard when it was all said and done. After that session ended, he took some measurements and, talked about what would work, and gave us ideas of how it would look, when it was all said and done.

That following Wednesday, Nohi was back out to our house, with the design on paper. The design he drew up included a spool, a water feature, a 2 post pergola, plus some other additions that we added as well. I know some of you are thinking that I misspelled pool in the last sentence, but I didn't. We built a pool, that acts like a spa as well. What I mean by that, is we added 8 jets in the pool, so that we could relax as well as swim if we want to.

The next week, Nohi set up an appointment, for us to come into their office/design center, to pick out the colors of everything that we had wanted. That is when we first met Shawn, the owner of the company as well. You can't ask for a better team to run a company. Everybody is so professional and top notch. From there we set up a tentative date, as to when we were going to start the project.

I will tell you that when this project first started, I thought there was no way that everything would ever work the same again. What I mean is, that we already had a landscaped backyard, which included, drip systems, sprinkler systems, bushes, landscape lighting and trees. You just have to keep in mind, that if your yard is already landscaped, it's kind of hard to not cut through something. Well, I was proven wrong on that one. You will see from the pictures below, of what our yard looked like before and what it is today. It looks like Shawn's crews, just came in and dropped in our project, without touching anything around it.

Now on to the personnel that Shawn has hired to work with his company. These guys are professional and top notch. The three main guys, that I want to give kudos out to are Nohi, who did the design. DC, who stayed on top of the daily construction and Bernardo, who made sure the work was done right, he is such a perfectionist. The reason, I say Bernardo is a perfectionist is, when they put our wall back up, where they brought their vehicles through, he made one of his guys tear it back down and redo it, because he didn't like the grout line. Keep in mind that the wall was completely built back up, when he noticed it.

One thing that NuView does, when they are complete for the day, they send you notifications and photos on what was done that day, and what is coming up on the schedule. It took them 5 weeks exactly, from the day they started to complete our project.

WE have already talked to Shawn about future business, down the road, that we would like to do. You could not ask for a better run organization than NuView. Great job.
