Swimming Pool Contractor reviews in Gilbert, Arizona

Shawn and the NuView team, developed and executed our perfect back yard. We could not be more pleased with our pool and our landscapping. They stand by their work, the staff is professional and the work was completed timely. We would recommend this team for pool development build and Landscapping needs

From start to finish NuView was amazing to work with. We began by requesting a design to remodel our backyard and pool. Nohi Montgomery is a talented designer. He is comfortable and casual, but always so professional and this resulted in great rapport, and of course, a beautiful back yard! His computer rendering and the final result were incredibly close. We found the computer design rendering to be extremely helpful in making our decisions. Nohi was patient with us while we experimented with several options. Once the work began the crew came everyday without interruption and on time. They were professional, cheerful (even in the grueling AZ heat) and clearly prideful of their work.
Thank you, Nu View for a job well done! We love our yard!

We are new to Arizona and needed a dream backyard with a pool, pergola, misters, planters and landscape. We found NuView in another neighborhood close by. We noticed the NuView trailer on a job site. The job site was neat, clean and orderly as compared to other pool companies in the neighborhood.

We presented our ideas to NuView (Shawn) at our first meeting. After a few changes the 3D drawings exceeded our expectations.
We signed with NuView. We did not get any other quotes. Everyone at NuView Pools is amazing from Cassy, Shawn, Austin and Bernardo & crew. Bernardo’s expertise is unbelievable. We received daily updates on our project with the Builder App and the Calendar.

Efficiency, punctuality and diligence describes NuView and the entire team. Our project was completed in a shorter time frame than expected even with a few changes that we requested.

Important note: NuView has their own crew for each individual job site (no subs) great asset!

Thank you NuView for your outstanding workmanship and to make our dream backyard a reality.

We have a new build and had been looking for a pool builder/company that could work with us to transform a dirt backyard into the recreational space we wanted. After considering a few other “options” the clear choice was NuView Pools, hands down.

From the initial meeting with Joe M, to seeing the rendering of our thoughts and ideas the process was seamless. Joe M has a wealth of design knowledge, ideas and suggestion to help guide you.

The construction process was well planned, organized and supervised. Our construction supervisor (Austin) was awesome and would regularly check in on the build. Austin, Joe M and Cassy are always easy to contact for questions/concerns and updates if needed. That being said all your answers will be in the software they use to track/plan your build - it’s extremely nice.

If you are looking for a dependable, well organized, professional pool builder NuView should be your first choice. you will not be disappointed.

Thank You to Shawn & the NuView Team.

Update: Oct, 2021: Thank you Shawn and nuView for the amazing backyard that we enjoy almost every day. Like many people who decided to update their backyard during the pandemic, we had our share of delays/issues but Shawn and the team were able to push the project through. A special shoutout to Austin, he was very responsive and great to work with. Having an actual project manager through the project made a huge difference. We highly recommend nuView.

NuView Pools & Landscape exceeded all our expectations from start to finish! From the initial design phase to the final implementation, everything was top-notch. The communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way.

Our project manager and crew were incredible—clean, hardworking, friendly, and professional. They brought our vision to life with precision and care, creating the dream pool, spa, and landscape we had always imagined.

The end result is a stunning space that we can enjoy year-round. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend NuView Pools & Landscape to anyone looking for exceptional service and results!

NuView Pools did an outstanding job turning our dirt backyard into a resort-like oasis! They far exceeded our expectations. Joe listening intently to our vision and incorporated his ideas as well and came up with a great design. He’s knowledgeable, accommodating, talented, and personable. His enthusiasm for our project was very refreshing. It was exciting to see the design come to life.

Austin did an awesome job of coordinating all the details, often onsite to ensure things went as planned and kept us informed about the project from start to finish. Communication was made easy through the app, providing schedules, updates, and pictures.

Bernardo and crew did an excellent job—very knowledgeable, professional and worked with precision. It was a pleasure to work with everyone in this company. We had a great experience with NuView and we highly recommend them!

We had such a great experience with NuView, they’re very thorough and made sure everything was perfect. They completed the job very quickly, and the job site stayed so clean throughout the entire process. They do an amazing job & would highly recommend them!!

We selected Nuview for our new pool, hot tub and outdoor bar & Grill area over two other choices. We made the best choice as they were awesome to work with and did a wonderful job. Joe was great to work with in designing and picking out everything and was very accommodating and had outstanding ideas. Pepe and his crew were awesome to work with as they did the work on the backyard. They worked hard all day and were very particular and cleaned up after themselves on a regular basis. Our project was completed in three months on schedule. AUSTIN was a great project manager of the overall project and was always available as needed Nu view has a very good portal which they updated regularly so we knew what was planned. The portal also made it easy to send in questions and seek information. We highly recommend Nu view to do your backyard and meet your overall pool, hot tub and other needs!!

When my wife and I bought our new home in Gilbert, one of the first things we wanted to do was turn the backyard into something special. We started looking for a landscape designer and met with Shawn, the owner of nuView. From our very first meeting, he really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted. We walked the backyard together and talked through a bunch of ideas.

From there, Shawn showed us some 2-D renderings that helped us really visualize the new design including a pergola, tv wall, built-in grill area, in-ground trampoline, turf, and new decking including step pads. Then came the 3D renderings, and that’s when it all came to life for us. Seeing the design from every angle was amazing — it looked fabulous even before it was built!

Once the design was finalized, Shawn put together a detailed estimate with clear pricing and timelines. He was incredibly easy to talk to and very transparent — which, in my opinion, makes a huge difference during a big project like this.

The building process itself was very smooth! The crew was professional, respectful, and always cleaned up the site before leaving each day. Even with all the hardscaping, they managed to keep everything tidy, which we really appreciated.

There were no delays at all, and the final result turned out even better than we expected. We couldn’t be happier with how our backyard turned out. Before and after pics posted. Huge thanks to Shawn and the entire nuView team — the craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail were all top-notch. It’s easy to see why they’re so highly rated. Highly recommend!

This is really great backyard landscape design company, really next level pools and design concepts, really impressed. A lot of the contractors that I’ve dealt with in the past, barely have showrooms and have had mixed experiences with the design process, but Nuview is really a step above. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is when you have a truly professional pool contractor helping with the design and the build of your backyard, totally different and result, thank you so much to Shawn Palmer and the whole crew at Nuview!!

Erik and his crew(s) were amazing from the design consultation through the entire process of creating a new backyard with pool, water feature and spa. We highly recommend using them for your next project!

Love working with Eric and Christa. They are super easy to work with and have the best contractors in AZ working for them. Their work is phenomonial. They also have the best pricing of any contractor.

Christa and Erik were top notch for our entire backyard build. They were easy to reach with out endless questions, they stayed right on schedule and everything turned out better than we could’ve imagined. Everyone they worked with were so kind and i completely trusted them in our backyard. I’m so thankful we worked with them and we will never build anything with anyone else!!!!!

Working with Erik from C&E Builders restored our total loss of confidence in Arizona contractors. After being burned several times by contractors who don’t show up, overcharge, deliver poor quality, and never finish; we waded into the waters slowly with C&E. We started with a portion of our very large backyard project, and upon seeing the results and professionalism, we gave more and more to C&E. They installed coping, waterline tile, and glass mosaic underwater stools and accents in the pool. If you are doing a pool, reach out to them. Don’t just take the standard and pick pool tile at National Pool Tile (NPT). Use Erik and check out Meridian Pool Tile. You will get something unique for the same or less money. Our pool came out amazing and doesn’t look like anyone else’s.

Considering the pool job, we used Erik for our entire landscape. Over 120 trees, shrubs, and vines, with artificial turf, travertine and LED lighting. It looks beautiful. Remarkably, almost everything survived being planted in 110 degree temps. The crew was great, everyone could communicate, and we were included in the entire process. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. We are hard people to please when big money is being spent. We are pleased. Were are now having Erik compete a ramada that was not finished by another contractor. We are hopeful and will write a supplemental review when they’re done. We are hoping they continue to achieve at such a high level for such a moderate cost.

Thanks Erik! We love our yard now.

Erik came in and rescued our project. It had stalled 2/3 from completion and he finished the job on time. Everything was as we expected. He knows how to get things done, and his crews know how to work hard and reliably. We would recommend C&E Builders to anyone, especially if you’ve been burned before!

I recently had the pleasure of working with C&E Builders on my Paradise Valley residential construction project and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend C&E Builders. The standards and values set and enforced by their ownership were world class.

C&E has been amazing! They completed a drop zone in our garage entryway, a backyard pergola complete with market lights and a fan, and an indoor modern glass wall. With every project, their team is courteous and professional. They were diligent about the details and made sure everything was perfect. Christa was especially helpful with design decisions. Albert and his team were fantastic and friendly. And Erik makes sure everything turns out just right. I highly recommend!

Eric and his team did outstanding work and completed on time. Each crew was supervised very well with great coordination. Was super easy to communicate with. Sent me text updates as to what crews where coming and when. He personally made visits and knew I had certain expectations that he overwhelmingly met. He went as far as adding touches that ended up making our pool project develop into over the top as his ideas enhanced the project to tie into our fabulous outdoor kitchen.
If I could have rated him 10 stars I would have given him that rating with confidence. I would recommend C & E Builders for any of your projects.

C&E just finished completely redoing our pool deck and pool. To say our backyard now looks like a resort would be an understatement. It’s a freaking oasis in our own backyard!! Their work is IMPECCABLE. The crews are respectful and detail-oriented, they use high quality materials, and do what they say they will and when they promised to do it. They left the worksite completely clean, not a single remnant of materials or dust remained. Eric, I can’t thank you and C&E enough. We’ll never work with anyone else again. You’re a freaking genius!!!

Erik and C&E provided our family with the absolutely best landscape design and execution hands down for our backyard. We have worked with other companies before- large and independent, and have always had troubles with communication and design shortcomings. When talking with Erik initially, he completely understood our vision and designed an amazing backyard that stayed within our budget. He is amazing with his communication and started and finished projects extremely quickly with high quality work. We had a few punch list items that he took care of and now our backyard is everything we dreamed of. We have a beautiful pool and spa, pergola, in ground trampoline, travertine patio and decking, and really great looking artificial turf. Erik makes sure to design something unique in his projects so you don’t get a cookie cutter project. He really takes care of his clients and stands behind his work. I highly recommend C&E and appreciate the company’s professionalism, friendliness, solid communication, and efficient, beautiful work.
