Miguel, Andy and Kevin went above and beyond on our job multiple times. They not only did great work sealing the attic and adding insulation, but they found multiple issues in my attic that needed to be fixed for the best air quality in my home. They also recommended other contractors that come out same day. On top of that, I received the best price from them vs three other companies. My home is now MUCH cooler and AC unit running way less. If I ever need insulation or attic services again, I won’t consider anyone else.

Hands down best experience with a contractor. They told me everything that was wrong with my attic and vents from the 80s. My house is cooler, new vents, AC system and smart thermostat back to new. They treated us like we were family and it shows in the workmanship and calls they would make from the steps that need to be taken to get my ventilation up to date. Had AtticRUs out at my property in central phoenix and they did a phenomenal job. The whole process from the estimate to the job being finished was very easy and worry free. Extremely well done job by Attic R Us! I had a mix of blown in insulation and batt insulation. They first cleaned the entire attic out (not an easy job, and over 30 years of insulation, dust, and trash). They did an incredible job cleaning it all out. The spay foam insulation was installed pretty quickly - they were extremely thorough. Other insulation providers will sell against spray foam insulation - typically say it smells - However, while there is a smell the first day, this quickly dissipates and you won't know the difference. It's a much better seal than any other kind of insulation as well. The house in Scottsdale is a rental, so if there were any adverse side effects I'd definitely hear about it - I also have spray foam insulation in the house I live in and can confirm no issues with smell or anything else.
