Difficult to book appointment. Home Depot hands you off to third party vendor. No follow up on status of order. Home Depot would not honor military discount on purchase. Overall , very cumbersome experience without the benefit of a discount.

This really isn't Home Depot's fault but they did push a $12 air conditioning tune-up special when we were in The Home Depot store a few weeks ago. 12 bucks to get our air conditioning service and tuned up which is usually $100 so of course I took it. Offered by Parker and Sons or reputable local company. Well when they came out they said that everything was wrong and they want to charge us $4,000! I know that nothing is wrong because our AC is only a few years old and we tune it up twice a year, every year. What a screw job! This was just Parker and Son's way of getting their fingers on my unit so that they could try to overcharge Your sex! Home Depot should be aware. This is fear mongering. And lying in Bad Business practices. Be aware! If it's too good to be true it probably is!

Being an Interior Designer for home remodels and interior design, or commercial. I used Yancey for the first time and there is no disappointment. Construction is hard work and how many customers know a contractor/president who works on the job site who has their master's in construction, electrical license, HVAC, and plumbing all at once ! ... Construction has a lot of moving parts and pieces. clients do not realize what is behind the scenes of construction, because our job is to make it look easy to our clients. Yancey and his team Dream House Development LLC are so professional, job sites are clean and fall all under proper safety. They are honest and work hard to get the job done. it's all about getting in and getting out so our clients can enjoy their new space. Thank you Yancey and look forward to the next job!!!!

Fantastic experience with Foam Pro Insulation—highly recommend.

They reached out immediately after my request and were one of the only companies willing to do an in-person estimate. Nathan came out, explained everything clearly, and gave me a very fair price. He also took the time to listen to my concerns about keeping soffit vents and attic equipment clear, and made sure his crew used baffles so nothing was blocked. That gave me a lot of confidence moving forward.

Communication was excellent throughout. They confirmed the day before, showed up exactly on time, and Nathan even texted me on his way. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient—they finished exactly when they said they would and left everything clean.

The results have been impressive. Even with it being 98° outside, my garage now stays between 77–80 degrees with very little fluctuation—and that’s without any AC added yet.

Overall, one of the smoothest contractor experiences I’ve had. Nathan and his team clearly care about their work, and it shows. Would absolutely use them again.

Hired Fidel and his team to remove, seal and install new insulation. Prices and scheduling were great. Fidel was so helpful explaining step by step their process. Plus he gave me tips on how to improve garage insulation. I’m so happy with the service and support. A must buy in AZ to cut on high electricity costs. Highly recommend!
