Must unpleasant costumer service by John, at the lighting area , out of all home Depot stores this one needs lot to work on

Didnt install flooring in 2 closets.

I rented a pool pump from this location. The hoses had enormous leaks thus making it extremely difficult to drain my pool. After it took far longer to drain my pool than I was quoted, I called and asked for recommendations. The employee told me to bring the equipment in and my time would be restarted and that I would only be charged for 1 day of rental. I brought the equipment in first thing in the morning and their was a different employee working. It was implied that I was lying and she charged me the full amount. I was told that she would communicate with who I spoke to the previous night and if he confirmed my story, I would receive a refund. Needless to say, I will not be coming back - horrible customer service.

Just a checkup. Nothing was in need of repair. All is well.

I purchased 2 security doors to the tune of $1,200.00 including installation. I normally do my own work but had no time on my hands for this project. This was my big mistake! The installation was done by Home Depot (I know they use outside sources) and the work was bad, real bad! I know because I've installed these doors myself on other homes I've own. My wife went back to Home Depot and let them know we were not satisfied and wanted the company to come back and correct the problems. She was assured this would take place. We waited 2 weeks and were not contacted by anyone. My next time in Home Depot I mentioned this and was told my wife didn't talk to the right person. I asked for the right person and was told that person was not in the store and had the day off.
I came back again this time after work and spoke with a lady in that department and was told she was the right person and recorded something in the computer and assured me we would be contacted, that has been more than 3 months ago! I am going back today and find out what is going on before I contact the news media.
I see why LOWE'S is growing their business!
I would not recommend this store or Home Depot to anyone! They have lost my loyalty and my business! I just don't have the time to be jerked around like this.

Absolutely appalling service from Home Depot’s blinds department! I placed my order over a month and a half ago and was promised professional service. They sent their team for measurements, but then complete radio silence. After numerous calls, I discovered they took incorrect measurements and needed to come back—twice! Each time, it’s been a hassle, with no progress made. To add insult to injury, they demanded full payment upfront—$3600 down the drain. Now, they’re offering a measly 25% store credit if I cancel. Avoid Home Depot for any remodeling needs. This isn’t my first terrible experience—I had a similar incident with carpeting a couple of years ago. Stay far away!

Okay, Im back to put updates on my order. After 2 months from the day we place the blinds order, nothing has been delivered yet. Always they have a good excuse to tell. Imagine We remodeled our kitchen floor tiles, new cabinets, countertops order and installation, new appliances installed, and many electrical works. All these works finished and The best tools and home needs place The Home Depot unable to deliver an order of some widows blinds. Shame on you. Thieves you took money in advance.

I had carpet installed. The installer did a great job.

All of the soap dispensers in the men’s bathroom were out. Every. Single. One. Told several employees and no one seemed to care. 4 associates used the restroom and walked out….how are they washing their hands?!

Do better HomeDepot.

The subcontractor (Parker and Sons) did not provide a detailed report of the HVAC system inspections. The recommended service work quotation did not provide much detail.

Home Depot had my floor installation the guys that were contracted did an awesome job seamless all the way through even fixed the tile at the very last because of a small flaw really good job very understanding and very helpful.

I had bought a refrigerator and was walking to the front of the store when a man walking around with a clipboard stopped me. I figured "okay , he's selling something I don't need. I just spent a ton of money here." He was selling a furnace and air conditioner checkup for $49. I hadn't had mine done in 2 years and I live in Arizona where it's it's hot and dusty as can be. I did it figuring they would try to sell me something else while they were there, which I would deal with later. You know how they get you with the "add-ons"? Or they always find something that's wrong that you need to fix? I bought it, he did the check-up and everything was fine. He blew it out and ran a hose through it to get the dust out. ( No chemical clean.... that's extra) And he checked my furnace filter inside. No add ons. So that's the first time THAT'S ever happened! And it was a great deal. Can't beat honest and dependable. I'm glad I caved to it after all. And my refrigerator was delivered on time and hooked up with no issues by a very nice delivery man. So I'm a happy camper with Home Depot and their services. And I might add I'm a person who is not easily impressed.

I love this store except for the fact that they only have one A/C contractor on the home services list...
Tried talking to a manager about it and I could've been talking to a wall , no help at all so I'm forced to just go with the lowest bid.... I was hoping to use my HD credit card !
