My husband and I hired Tri-C to do complete remodeling of 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Backyard & Pool, and Stucco/Paint the exterior of our house. Impressed with the stucco job as it is high quality, no cracking, and the paint color is integrated into the stucco. This is going to last a very long time. These guys are so pleasant to work with, and honest as the day is long! We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jarett made our dreams come true especially the master bath and master bedroom. It is now an ensuite with pocket doors and a privacy toilet. I did not want a door to enter the walk-in shower and he came up with a curved ('s' shape) wall design that allows you stay warm (without a glass door to clean and clean and clean) Love it!
They also came up with a solution for the contractor grade chintzy columns that hold up the patio roof: Installed 1 beam that goes across the entire length of the patio, so that got rid of 3 columns and opened up the view.
You cannot go wrong hiring these guys, seriously.

We hired Tri-C last spring to complete a whole house remodel and could not be happier with the results. All work was completed on schedule and the quality of the work, which included a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, new flooring, all new lighting, media wall makeover, and a wood ceiling on the patio was all top notch. The crew was great to work with and they obviously take pride in their work.

Tri-C is amazing! I had my floors redone with tile and carpet, a guest bath remodel, media wall remodel, lighting, and kitchen backsplash redone. They were always on time and upfront about cost. It was truly a stress free process as they kept the schedule we set out. They were always professional and available to answer my questions. I plan to use them for another project soon!

I've been using Sonoran Services for my rental properties for a few years now, they have competitive pricing and do good work. If you need a handyman (plumping, electrical, construction) these are your guys.

😡🤢 It took two (2) months for them to finally come out and start our flooring install (estimate was done June, now August). They showed up three (3) hours late, worked for less than an hour, then bailed on the job, stating, "The flooring is substandard, and the floor is sub-par (flooring was Mohawk brand new in the boxes (which he approved in advance, and the floor was flat concrete). They "TOOK" two boxes of the flooring, and so when we (two old ladies, one handicapped man and a teenager, put the exact same flooring down the next day, we could not finish due to the missing flooring.) BTW, it looks perfect, and we did it in five hours ourselves. Yassir, David and Lucky, will not return phone calls or text messages, they are completely ghosting us. Next step, filing theft charges and with the contractors licensing as they claim to be licensed and insured.

I found Sonoran Residential to be honest, quality work, and very reliable. I have several rental properties and Yasar has done lots of work for me. I highly recommend this company.

Yasar came right away to replace my rusted out gas water heater. He brought all the equipment necessary and the exchange was made in under an hour. It was great service at a great price with a great attitude!
