Tri-C Diversified Construction replaced all my windows in 2023. The whole experience was nothing but positive from beginning to end: prompt responses to request or questions; quality work by experienced workers; perfect clean-up afterwards. Their prices may be a bit higher than others but I feel like I got my money's worth.

I always check reviews but never post so this is a rare exception for me. Tri-C did some work for us in expanding the square footage of our house. That means they had to do everything from slab to roof. They started the job on time and each morning they were there a little early. They finished when promised and passed my inspection which is tough to do. Use them and you wont regret it.

My Kitchen/ Living remodel area is my favorite example of your high quality work. And then you also have made sure that my roof, electrical, plumbing and almost everything else including controlling birds at our home is always addressed in a timely, professional manner.

Tri C Built us a Casita that was literally attached to our house. The workmanship was so good that all of our neighbors and friends commented that they couldn’t tell that the casino was an addition to the house and that the house was not originally built that way. We were extremely pleased with not only the ownership, but with all the workers who came to build the Casita.
They were not the least expensive quote that we received, but I believe they were the best in quality.

Tri-C did an extensive remodel on my home. New flooring, installed a new door in master bedroom and built two walls to convert an open space to a private office. For the most part the work was satisfactory, but one of the walls is terrible. As you enter the house the wall is right there. You can see the drywall seams terrible construction, drywallng and texturing. I keep getting promises that it will be fixed but that is all I get is a promise. At this time, I will not consider Tri-C to remodel the master bathroom. S

We were kept informed in all phases of the project and were asked for feedback throughout the project. When looking at other projects in our neighborhood that seem to take forever, it’s nice having someone that knows their stuff available, that gets things done timely.

Tri-C installed tongue and groove rough ash wood planks to my 14 foot high patio overhang. Work completed in one day. Looks great. 4 years later had one loose plank. They came back and corrected the problem no questions ask. Truly honored their work. Price stayed within their quote. Work completed and job site clean. The Cole brothers and their family were very professional ,courteous and responsive to all of my requests and questions. All of their workers did a great job and they sent pictures and emails of their progress since we were out of town during construction. Plus their bid was very competitive and there were no changes or issues causing any cost increases. I would highly recommend Tri-C to anyone needing their services.

We had a very good experience with Tri-C Construction. They built our casita and did an extremely good job in the stated time. Actually, the casita came out better built than our original home here. They also took charge of the permissions and are well known here in PebbleCreek.

Tri-C Diversified is a superb general contractor. We had a wonderful experience with them. They were recommended by our architect and we are so glad we selected them. They added a 1,000 sq ft addition to our house. They estimated the job at 16 weeks and they completed the work as advised. It's a family-owned company now run by the 3 sons of the founder. They communicated well with us and helped us with recommendations for all the suppliers and owner decisions we needed to make. They were always fair with us on the inevitable extras that arise during an addition. Their crew was respectful and a pleasure to have in our house. We can't speak highly enough of Tri-C Diversified. We will always and only use them for any further work.

Tri C built our Casita. The quality of their work was excellent. They showed up every day and cleaned up every night. Jamie was easy to work with and very flexible. We paid a little more but got the quality we wanted. Even 3 years later we had a crack in a tile and they came and make it right. You can’t go wrong choosing Tri C

We had Tri-C do a major kitchen renovation that included removing an interior wall, complete cabinet replacement, re-plumbing for a kitchen island, patching in new tile flooring, etc.. We were very impressed with every person on the crew. They showed up on time and kept our project on time and on budget. We are extremely happy with the results!
