Absolutely the best!!!! Called Rob who gave me an estimate on the phone, sent some pictures to confirm grout color and made an appointment to clean tile and redo grout. Nick and Rick done an outstanding job. Looked like the tile was a new installation. Very cordial, hard working and aim to please. You will be proud and very pleased with their work!!!!!!!!!!!

Rob and Nick do terrific work! Great attention to detail and really brought our tired travertine back to life and looking great again. I would highly recommend them and we plan to use them again anytime we need this type of work done.

Rob was great from first contact! I advised over the phone what I needed and sent a couple of photos. Rob provided me a quote. Once I committed, he then gave me several options for appointments. I had some grout sealed in a small bathroom and my fireplace stone cleaned and sealed. Fantastic transformation for the fireplace! It’s a little hard to tell and the pictures, but the colors of the stone are much more vibrant and he said it’s not like likely it would have to be sealed again.

Rob and Nick performed a tile clean and grout color and seal on our porcelain tile floors which cover almost half of our 2200 sf home. They did a fantastic job! I am very happy with what feels like my new floors. This is a family owned and run business which I always like to support. They showed up on time and did all the work as promised. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Desert Tile and Grout 5 times in our home and our rental. Their work is outstanding! They tell you exactly what they are going to do and it comes out perfect. They are very friendly and on time and get the job done fast. It is a wonderful family business and I have recommended them to friends and they have not been disappointed. I cannot say enough great things about Tri-Gen Construction LLC!

From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. The owner, Kenny McIntyre, sets the tone for excellence—professional, responsive, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. His “do-it-all” handyman, Santiago, was equally impressive—skilled, dependable, and a pleasure to have working in our home.

Every contractor involved—plumbing, electrical, drywall, and more—went above and beyond my expectations. It’s clear that Tri-Gen works with a team of true professionals who take pride in their craft.

Our project was fairly extensive: we added a bedroom, installed two kitchens (including sinks, countertops, cabinets, and more), updated a bathroom, installed tile flooring, enclosed walls, and even closed in a staircase. Despite the scope, everything was completed not only to our expectations but ahead of schedule!

What really stood out was the communication and follow-through. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately, and when we needed a few touch-ups, Kenny personally made sure everything was taken care of right away—no hesitation.

Even though our project may not have been the largest, we were treated like top priority every step of the way. That level of care is rare.
