Our serviceman, Rob(?) was fast, efficient, and professional. He did a great job, which is why we're repeat customers. I've used Zerorez at my mother's house, too, with great results. I'll continue to give my business to this great company.

This was my third or fourth time using Zerorez to clean at my home. Easy to schedule and good communication ahead of my appointment. The technician was punctual, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job, very pleased with how well my carpets cleaned up.

Cody did a great job cleaning our tile. He was very clear on what we could expect. Some areas were just too stained to get the grout cleaned to the point of looking new. But most of our floor looks like it was just installed. Overall, we're very happy with the results.

This is my first time having carpet cleaned so I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to this. .

The carpet tech (Cody) that arrived to clean our floors did a fantastic job. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Furthermore he ensured that he cleaned up afterwards. He was not a pushy salesman but did offer tips on how to keep carpets looking better moving forward.

Joshua was absolutely amazing! He was able to add four couches to cleaning my carpet and did an absolutely fantastic job. He went above and beyond cleaning everything. I’m so very happy.

I would give six stars if I could. We have used two different carpet cleaning service services before and zero. Rez is the best yet. Friendly staff, easy to make an appointment, the representative showed up exactly on time and was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

The rep today did Excellent job. My floors look great! Only feedback is when calling to schedule your reps should give correct amount to bill. Guy did excellent in correcting rep on phones mistake. He was apologetic as I was given special rate when I called to schedule which ending up being no special rate for tile only carpet. Regardless this guy worked very hard & tile looks beautiful.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Getting the appointment set up was quick and easy. Then Anthony came to clean and he was AMAZING! He was very helpful, personable, AND the carpet looked brand new when he was done. I will certainly use them again and ask for Anthony!

The technician was on time and told me he'd be done in about an hour, cleaning the living room and hallway only. It was a good job, I'm just hoping the darkened areas from high foot traffic go away once it's dry. All in all great service and veteran friendly.

Chris showed up early, set expectations, delivered above, cleaned up after himself, demonstrated efficiency, and left me wishing there were more service providers in the world like him. He did our kitchen tile, and carpet in 3 rooms. I'm not normally a "5 star" kinda guy, but it was refreshing to have someone do what they said they would do the first time and have the results exceed the promise. I'll book again for sure.

Have had Zerorez clean my carpets a couple times now & always very pleased with outcome. Customer service is always good, the results are great & no strong odor occurs after cleaning. Prices are always transparent before they start cleaning also.

Dodger came this morning to do my area rugs. He did a fabulous job. I would recommend this company to everyone. They are professional and thorough. I’ve used this company before and every time they do a marvelous job.. Dodger is so thorough and professional. I would have him come again to do all of my flooring needs. We had our air ducts cleaned. Eric and Daniel did a great job! They were polite and efficient. All of our questions were answered and we appreciated the additional service to our bathroom fans and the dryer vent. They were careful to not damage anything and cleaned up very nicely. We also added the air purifier.

Best experience ever with carpet cleaning. Chris was the best technician l. Our carpet in our bedroom was a mess and what a beautiful job he did.
