We’ve been using Zerorez since probably 2005 (+/-) and have been extremely happy with them. Their staff are good, professional folks who take pride in their workmanship and it shows. Some time back, we found an absolute gem among the staff, Jeffrey Klaus, and we now always request him. We love his work. He’s a true professional that deeply cares about his clients and takes exceptional pride in his work. Plus, we enjoy having various conversations with him. Absolutely incredible! My carpets look amazing and there’s no toxic chemical smell (which as someone with a chemical sensitivity is a major deal for me). The technician was on time, explained everything to me throughly and checked in with me regularly to make sure I liked the way things were turning out. He made sure to clean any water spots on the way out as well. 100% recommend.

Tommy and Sage were awesome! They communicated what they would do and the price before starting. They were neat, efficient, friendly and had me do a walk through to make sure I was happy with the job. Highly recommend.

The two gentlemen who came to clean my dining room chairs and area rug were exceptional. They were professional, courteous, and extremely conscientious. They immediately put protective booties on before entering my home, which I truly appreciated, especially with real wood floors. They carefully carried all items out to the driveway to clean them, showing great respect for my home and belongings. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Mario was outstanding! Just purchased a new townhome with a lot of tile. Previous owner had animals so we had all the tile steam cleaned and treated for cat urine. Mario showed up and was very thorough on explaining everything to us. He was very genuine and personable. He did an outstanding job and we will be requesting him by name for our next job! The Service was great! And my carpet looks amazing! I did the special they have going right now.
The Communication could have been better I was told the technician would arrive 2:45-3pm when I called at 1:30- then at 3:40 pm I called again and they said that the technician ran into some issues and they were assigning someone new to my job and he would arrive around 4:45pm. Because of the late arrival and a prior commitment I was only able to get 2 rooms cleaned and the special was for 3 rooms! The technician did apologize and again he did a great job!

Zerorez delivered another outstanding experience. Mike was exceptional—professional, prompt, and even arrived a little early, which worked perfectly for my schedule. (10 put of 10) He removed several stubborn stains, and as always, the Zerorez cleaning process leaves the carpets fresh without being overly wet.

I am very disappointed with the condition of my carpet in all three bedrooms. This is the second time I have had you clean my carpets. I did not have this problem with your first cleaning. I now have carpet that needs to have someone (more money) after paying extra to have you do this.

Not satisfied at all! Grout are still dirty. After he left I took a brush and scrub between the grout and was getting dirt out in between. Over priced for a job not done! Will not recommend this company to anyone!

Kelvin came to clean several rooms and stairs. He arrived 30 minutes early which was great, and actually went through a bunch of things he does and provided great information for now and the future. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His work and prep were very clean and he started working right away. The overall process took maybe an hour and a half in total which he cleaned a lot of carpeted areas. I would definitely recommend Kelvin to come clean your home.

Two trucks came out today to take care of the second floor of our building.
After 2 years of being occupied as a office, the company had the carpet cleaned today and it looks fantastic.

Anthony Torres was very professional and courteous. He did a great job cleaning the carpet in my living/dining and entry way. The carpet was extremely dirty! It is at least 95% cleaner than it was.

Mark is a miracle worker! I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did at our home, he did a great job getting out some tough stains. He was right on time and a pleasure to have working in our home.

Great job, good price, no hidden fees, no up selling, professional and made magic happen!, I felt like I had brand new carpets, sofa, and ottoman! The best part was that he was able to do it the next day, overall good experience! I will recommend to friends and family.

This was my first time using Cardinal Carpet Cleaning and there isn’t a single thing they could do better. They were very reasonably priced, excellent quality, and completed progressional. They were on time, used commercial equipment, and got all the old pet odors out. Highly recommend and will be using them frequently.

Excellent work from a very personable professional. No obnoxious van, no hassle and a competitive price. I originally called Stanley Steemer but canceled when I saw Mark's perfect 5 stars from over 40 people now. On time, got the job done and I couldn't be happier. It's pretty cool that he's been doing this by himself since I was born. I couldn't have asked for more. The reviews don't lie! I owe this guy a beer, for damn sure.
