Everything seemed fine, kind owner, scheduled a time. Then came the morning of. I waited for 2 hours, called multiple times, texted and received no response and no one showed. Not sure what happened. Hope everything is ok. Just wished I had an explanation.

I took a trip to my vacation home in Peoria and it needed the windows cleaned pretty bad. I looked up a couple vendors and found Blue Gem! Casey was the guy that came and cleaned em I didn’t expect for him to have shoe covers on but it was a nice + he was professional very well spoken and all around a good guy who really takes pride in his work.
