Today I had the pleasant experience of having my home serviced by Bright on Time. Wow, I didn't know how dirty my windows were. The glass in my windows sparkle.

I spoke most with Edward who was excellent. This young man will be successful in whatever endeavor he is called. My windows were cleaned inside and out, window tracks were cleaned, screens were cleaned, and my solar panels were cleaned. I recommend this business unconditionally. Their work was efficient. I felt like a valued customer. I will call them again when I need to have windows, screens, and solar panels cleaned.

Edward was wonderful! He texted when he was on the way and arrived right on time. Took great care with all of the things near the windows. I was made aware of what they were doing each step of the way. Both gentleman did an excellent job of cleaning my windows on the inside, outside and the screens.

I have a 3 story condo with many windows and a living room that is very open with 20foot floor to ceiling windows.
I set up an estimate with Pete.. we went over how I could save money since I'm on a budget. He suggested I clean the window casing tracks (12 years of dirt accumulation) to save some money. Pete instructed me on how to clean tracks.
I was happy to do the track cleaning before my scheduled appointment.
Edward (window cleaner) arrived and we went over all the windows and screens to be cleaned.
Edward was very professional, friendly, respectful and extremely hardworking (A rarity within the serviceindustry).
I'm more then satisfied with my clean, and sparkling clear windows.
Edward was incredible with the care he took in removal of and cleaning the old screens. My 3 level condo was not an easy job. Edward did not rush, he made sure I was 100% happy. Edward checked in to show me the side-by-side difference on one of my filthy windows versus the clean one next to it. It look brand new.
I highly recommend using "Bright on Time" window cleaning. They were reasonable and worth the price. Ask for "Edward" if he's available for your job. I'm a customer for life!

Normally I don’t leave reviews simply because you are paying who you hire to do their job. Bright On Time is at a different level. Easy to get hold of, great communication, various ways to pay. Just really easy to work with. The quality of work was far better than what we’ve had before. They took their time and were very thorough, which you would expect. They also asked us do a walk through to make sure. They did not miss anything. No doubt, we will use them again.

We recently had Bright on Time clean our windows inside and out, as well as wash the exterior of our home using a low-pressure system appropriate for stucco. The results were exceptional! Our home looks immaculate and better than it has in many years. I have never wished so much that I had taken a “before” picture. The windows are so clean that I can clearly see my reflection in the glass.
